    E-Commerce Pandemic Covid-19 Home Industries and SMEs

    This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of the Covid-19 on the home industry and SMEs sector. The research method used was a literature study. Literature study is method research conducted by examining ten previous studies on strategies to survive the SMEs during the pandemic. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are on the edge of a cliff. The Covid-19 pandemic caused the economic downturn. The lockdown stopped economic activity, reduced demand, and reduced interactions with others. At the beginning of the lockdown, SMEs one by one suffered losses and went bankrupt. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the home industry and SMEs sector is certainly influential because it has made a significant contribution to the economy in this field. The results showed that the use of information technology had been applied quite widely in various areas. Quite a lot of offline shops have also tried to open shops online, e-commerce sites, and even web e-commerce, apart from being accessed via the web, are also widely available. From the use of computers and the internet in managing their business. The conclusion that millennial customers' online buying interest during the Covid-19 outbreak was not influenced by product prices but influenced by millennial customer trust

    Risk Factors of Premature Rupture of Membrane

    Maternal mortality rate in Indonesia based on 2012 Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey is 359 per 100,000 live births. Causes of the maternal mortality are still dominated by bleeding, preeclampsia/eclampsia and infections. One of causes of infections is premature rupture of membrane (PROM). PROM may increase morbidity and mortality among mothers and children. Incidence of PROM is amount 10.7% of all childbirths. This study aimed to analyze risk factors of PROM incidence at Mother and Child Hospital of ANNISACiteureup, Bogor District in 2014. This study was analytical study using case control design. Samples consisted of case as many as 114 mothers who suffered from PROM and control as many as 228 mothers who did not suffer from PROM. Results of study showed that risk factors of PROM were age, parity, education. Based on multivariate analysis, education was the most dominant risk factor toward PROM incidence

    Stres dapat dikatakan sebagai proses adaptasi dengan lingkungan yang baru. Beberapa fenomena dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres meningkat pada mahasiswa kedokteran gigi di tahun pertama, disertai adanya efek negatif terhadap akademis dan kesehatan. Cara yang paling tepat dalam mengurangi efek negatif dari stres pada mahasiswa baru adalah adalah dengan manajemen stres Cognitive- behavioral. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai efektivitas manajemen stres metode Cognitive-behavioral dalam menurunkan stres pada mahasiswa tahun pertama tahap sarjana Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter Gigi (PSPDG) UMY. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasy experimental dengan rancangan pretest-intervention-postest. Sampel terdiri dari 40 mahasiswa tahun pertama PSPDG UMY yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon karena distribusi data tidak normal. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah diberi manajemen stres dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 (p 0,05). Hasil rata-rata menunjukkan penurunan nilai sebesar 9,60. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen stres metode Cognitive-behavioral efektif dapat menurunkan tingkat stres mahasiswa tahun pertama PSPDG UMY

    The internet has increased the growth of Internet users quite significantly, The development of internet users has pushed public traffic which will create market potential. The potential of e-commerce in Indonesia is large, easy to see internet access and the population of Indonesia which has begun to be understood and recognizes the process of buying and selling online. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determination of customer value in on line shooping. Sampling is 200 respondents using purposive sampling. The population in this study were Lazada Indonesia customers who had been registered as members of Lazada Indonesia and had transacted at Lazada Indonesia. The results of this study are significant trust in Customer Values, Increased trust will increase Customer Value, Significant Service Quality on Customer Values, Trust increases significantly towards Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality indicates significant Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Value is significant to Customer Customer Satisfaction.     STRATEGY OF RURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN PAMARICAN VILLAGE CIAMIS DISTRICT INDONESIA

    Purpose of the study: The village people of Pamarican Ciamis West Java Indonesia have great potency to be entrepreneurs. This study aims to implement the strategy to develop rural entrepreneurship potency in Pamarican.  Methodology: This is an action research. We are working with several business groups.  Triangulation done by conducting sources triangulation, triangulation amongst researchers and theory triangulation. Main Findings: The results shows that a business group can become a forum for the community in developing their business potential, their knowledge and skills increases by the reading material, training and guidance, the increasing knowledge and skills can make them running their business better, the small business activities have been able to increase their income. Applications of this study: This research is expected to contribute to the government in floating the entrepreneurship of rural communities. Novelty/Originality of this study: In this research, we emphasize in improving knowledge and skills to develop the rural communities become entrepreneurs. From 2015-2017, we have provided 300 books of entrepreneurship and other resources to fill their spare time. We hold regular meetings to guide the community to understand the reading material especially in Sukamukti Pamarican. To improve their skills, we also provide entrepreneurship training, mentoring and equipment that necessary to implement reading materials, such as equipment for making salted eggs, cookies and other equipment to several business groups under our guidance

    Pertumbuhan Mikroalga Chlamydomonas dalam Medium Beneck dan Air Tanah yang Mengandung Insektisida Berbahan Aktif Klorpirifos

    The research of insecticide effect to the growth of genus Chlamydomonas had been done.  Research was experimental study with block random design to 9 concentrations of chlorpiriphos containing insecticide in Beneck and soil water media i.e. 0 (control), 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35, and 0.40%.  Observations were done for 35 days.  Friedman test showed that there were some effects of media and insecticide concentrations on cell numbers of Chlamydomonas (cell/ml) in culture (p>0.05).  Dunnets test showed that mean of cell numbers of Chlamydomonas (cell/ml) differ (on p>0.05) and very differ (on p>0.01) on every concentrations in Beneck and soil water media.  Insecticide could reduced the cell size of Chlamydomonas, yet increased the number of cells on 0.05--0.30% concentrations in Beneck medium, and 0.05--0.20% concentrations in soil water medium.  On peak culture, insecticide with 0.10% concentration produced the highest cell numbers i.e. 21,179,167 cell/ml in Beneck medium, and 4,087,500 cell/ml in soil water medium

    The Indonesian Governments policies after the implementation of village autonomy are directed to villages business development. Village governments duties and functions are not only related to administrative matters anymore, but also in operation of villages business. This shows that there is a developing business commitment in Indonesia. The research result shows that the Business-Government Relationship in Indonesia has changed from one way to mutual interaction, as shown with the development of Public Sector Entrepreneurship and business commitment in village government environment. Both factors evidently improve the capacity of business, which begins to be developed by the Indonesian Government at all levels. The development of Public Sector Entrepreneurship is shown with the business creativity, business cooperation, and professionalism of village government in governments business management. Meanwhile, local governments business commitment is shown with support of policies, funding and human resources in governments business management. Governments business capacity is shown with efficiency, effectiveness and economy (value for money) achieved by governments business unit. In Indonesia, particularly in Banyumas Regency, village autonomy has given opportunity for the development of Business-Government Relationship at local level

    THE USE OF STUDENT TALK TECHNIQUE IN TEACHING SPEAKING TO THE ADVANCE STUDENT OF ESADA 2020

    This study is to find out the result of “ The Use Of Student Talk in teaching speaking  To The Advance Student Of Esada Course Darussalam 2020 â€. The subject of the research is the student of advance class 2020 that consists of 13 students. The researcher just focuses on the six students that have low speaking skill. These students are chosen based on their speaking skill score before the reseacher observes the class. The reseacher took score from the teacher assesment of the speaking final test. The research design used in this study is a classroom action research.and researcher use mix method to anaylisis data. The result of analysis shows that the implementation of the student talk technique increases those aspects. Based on the finding, the improvement of simple T-Test was conducted T value ( 6000 ) > T table ( 2,776 ). This shows that there are significant that the use of student talk was effected on advance student. The researcher recommends this student talk technique, because it is really useful to improve the student speaking skill

    SLBM Program implementation in Banyumas Regency involves many stakeholders, one of them is community. Through KSM, community has authority to manage program from, beside government roles as facilitator. Thus, institutional system is required to support performance of KSM. By using descriptive qualitative approach, this research aimed to analyze institutional performances of KSM and aspects which is able to support and inhibit the institutional performance of KSM. This research found that institutional performance of KSM has not been able to reach policy goals. This can be seen from community participation in SLBM program. Program\u27s effectiveness is also not optimal. Thus, there have been no changes in the community habits of sanitation-related issues. Moreover, some of support and inhibit aspects of institutional performance of KSM has indentified
