Muzakki Preference Analysis to Pay Zakat Through Traditional Zakat Institutions in the 5.0 Era
Based on BAZNAS data, the collection of zakat funds in 2019 reached Rp. 10,227,943,806,555. This amount is still not comparable to Indonesia’s zakat potential in 2019 which reached Rp. 233.8 trillion. The wide disparity between collection and the potential for zakat funds is a “homework” for the BAZNAS function. In addition, it also demands the need to improve the performance of BAZNAS in carrying out its institutional functional responsibilities. The method used in this research is qualitative. The research used in this includes field research. The study suggests that traditional zakat institutions could be a viable option for the community to distribute zakat. However, these institutions need to obtain a decision letter from the authorities as legal proof for collecting and distributing zakat to muzakki. So, if the community chooses to distribute their zakat to mosques, it is recommended that the mosque has been registered as UPZ as an extension of BAZNAS in the community so that in paying zakat the community does not violate existing regulations. Regulating the people is one of the maslahah dharuri that must be fulfilled. The government is realized to fulfill the world’s maslahah for its people, so the afterlife mashlahah will not be realized if the world’s maslahah is not fulfilled, with the promulgation of Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning zakat management, which in the law is regulated by BAZNAS as a traditional zakat management institution. So, the obligation of every Muslim to pay zakat should be channelled through BAZNAS as the national zakat institution.

Khazanah Passenger’s Utterence Train Department of Malang — Bandung (Sosiopragmatic Study)
This research aims to (1) describe code-switching utterences of train passenger’s Malang-Bandung, (2)describe the meaning of utterences of train passenger’s Malang-Bandung, (3) describe the effect of utterances of train passenger’s Malang-Bandung. This type of the research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research methodeused case study that lead to phenomenology approach. The subjects of of the research are the train passengers with form of utterences. The technique used of collecting data are SBLC, record, notes, and documentation technique.The instrument are notes, recording devices containing audio, visual, and audio-visual. The result of the research is a khazanah of utterences of train pasengers Malang-Bandung route with some factors that being background of code-switching occurred. This research uses siciopragmatic in analyzing the data to find the meaning of the utterence on the use of language in certtain cultural societies and social conditions. The result of the research included (1) the speech form of code-switching the train passengger’s for Malang—Bandung that was part of the intern and ekstern code, (2) the official meaning utterences code-switching of train pasengger’s Malang—Bandung, and (3) factors that affected the code-switching of train passengger’s Malang—Bandung
PENGARUH BRAND EQUITY DAN HARGA TIKET TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN OLEH PENUMPANG MASKAPAI AIRASIA RUTE DOMESTIK DI BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL JUANDA
Pengkajian ini bermaksud mendapati dampak ekuitas merek dan tarif tiket terhadap ketetapan pembelian oleh penumpang maskapai AirAsia rute domestik di Bandara Internasional Juanda. Keputusan pembelian adalah kemungkinan konsumen akan melakukan pembelian setelah melalui tahap pengenalan terhadap produk. Sebuah produk dapat diperkenalkan dengan mencari informasi tentang produk atau merek tertentu. Ekuitas merek merupakan sejumlah asset dan tanggung jawab terhadap merek, nama dan simbol dengan kata lain adalah identitas perusahaan yang dapat meningkatkan atau menyusutkan nilai suatu produk layanan kepada pelanggan dari perusahaan(Aaker, 2014). Harga tiket merupakan bauran pemasaran yang menghasilkan pendapatan dari kegiatan penjualan tiket yang bersifat fleksibel karena dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tergantung dari keadaan supply dan demand yang beredar di masyarakat. Metodologi yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan populasi yang ditetapkan adalah penumpang AirAsia rute domestik di Bandara Internasional Juanda. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 150 orang dengan penerapan non-probability sampling. Teknik akumulasi data terhadap penelitian ini memanfaatkan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) variabel brand equity (ekuitas merek) secara terpisah memiliki efek positif dan berpengaruh dengan ketetapan pembelian. (2) variabel harga selaku terpisaah juga mempunyai dapapak positif dan bersar terhadap ketetapan. (3) variabel brand equity dan harga sebagai simultan berpengaruh besar terhadap ketetapan pembelia
Impact of Transformational Leadership and Work Motivation on Performance with Work Ethic Mediation
The study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance with work ethic as a mediator variable at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Samarinda Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with 136 employees of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk - Samarinda Branch. The analytical tool used in this research is the SmartPLS version 3.2.9 application. The data analysis process in this study was carried out with the measurement model (outer model), structural model (inner model) and hypothesis testing using Bootstrapping. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work ethic (Z), work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work ethic (Z), transformational leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), work ethic (Z) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), this study also proves that work ethic (Z) is able to mediate the effect of transformational leadership (X1) on employee performance (Y), and work ethic (Z) is able to mediate the effect of work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y)

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KONSUMEN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SECARA ONLINE ATAU MELALUI SITUS JEJARING SOSIAL (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Angkatan Tahun 2012/2013)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel
kepercayaan, kualitas pelayanan, dan minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian
secara online. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari metode penyajian data hasil
tanggapan responden (kuesioner). Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS
16.
Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 88 responden dari
mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Prodi Manajemen Angkatan Tahun 2012/2013
Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang pernah berbelanja secara online.
Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh dengan
menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan nilai signifikan 5%. Analisis
ini meliputi: uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda,
pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F, serta analisis koefisien determinasi
(R2). Dari analisis tersebut diperoleh persamaan regresi :
Y = 6,149 + 0,231 X1 + 0,186 X2 + 0,359 X3 + e
Di mana variabel keputusan pembelian (Y), kepercayaan (X1), kualitas pelayanan
(X2), dan minat beli (X3). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan
bahwa secara parsial ketiga variabel independen secara signifikan mempengaruhi
variabel dependen keputusan pembelian. Kemudian melalui uji F dapat diketahui
bahwa secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil pengujian koefisien Determinasi (R2)
sebesar 0,377 menjelaskan bahwa 37,7% keputusan pembelian mampu dijelaskan
oleh variabel independen yaitu kepercayaan, kualitas pelayanan, dan minat beli.
Sedangkan 62,3% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam
penelitian ini.

Apparently the result of r count r is greater than the table on the stage signifikasnsi 5%, ie 0.470> 0.374, so that the socialization of Personality Ethics Rules have positive effect on the performance of student Department of Communication Science Muhammadiyah University of Malang. The effective contribution of socialization Ethics Rules Personality on performance of female students is 22.1%, which means 77.9% is another variable that is not studied yet sama-sama affect the appearance student. Asean Guidelines for Special Economic Zones (SEZs) Development and Collaboration: A Study of SEZ Arun Lhokseumawe, Aceh- Indonesia
The establishment of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) Lhokseumawe, Aceh province in 2017, has  accelerated economic development in post-conflict situation in Aceh province, Indonesia. This area is supported by the existence of former Arun gas industry facilities which was ended in 2014. This paper investigates the meaning, the extent to which the Asean Guidelines for SEZ has been applied and contributed to accelerate investment in SEZ Arun Lhokseumawe, along with progresses and challenges ahead. This is essential for sustainable peace post peace agreement(MoU) Helsinki.  Using doctrinal approach and secondary data, this paper found that SEZ Arun Lhokseumawe has partly adopted the Asean Guideline for SEZ, in terms of a clear development strategy, clarification and separation of roles and responsibility, delegation of authority, building strong institutional capacities, and increasing Asean SEZ cooperation. Therefore, little progress of this SEZ become questionable. Current constraint of asset ownership, the absence of independent management has advised to have Aceh Qanun on the Administrator Institution of the SEZ Arun Lhokseumawe. The Qanun is expected to become a legal umbrella and technical guidance in the effective management of the SEZ Arun Lhokseumawe
