Obsahem práce je návrh formátu pro zápis parametrů a požadavků jednotlivých úloh určených pro systém Beaker a návrh a implementace programu, který na základě vyloučení možných kolizních požadavků sloučí úlohy definované na vstupu do souboru úloh, jež je možné spouštět společně. Výstupem je formát spustitelný v systému Beaker. Práce popisuje instalaci operačního systému, na kterém definuje kolizní požadavky. V práci je popsán způsob zadávání a spouštění úloh v systému Beaker. V závěru je provedeno testování vytvořeného programu.The goal of this thesis is to design a format for entering parameters and requirements of individual tasks intended for the Beaker system and to design a program that merges tasks defined upon input based on elimination of possible collision requirements into collection of tasks that can be run together. The output format should be acceptable by the Beaker system. The thesis describes installation of the operating system on which collision requirements are defined. The thesis describes how to specify and run tasks in the Beaker system. The results of the program testing are shown in the thesis' conclusion.

Library for Multiplatform Development of Mobile Apps

Tato práce se zabývá potížemi s vývojem mobilních aplikací pro vícero operačních systémů a vývojových prostředí, s cílem vytvořit ideální knihovnu pro tvorbu uživatelských rozhraní. Na základě moderních webových standardů byl navržen a implementován framework pro vývoj HTML aplikací, umožňující vývojářům snadné vytváření aplikací s jednotným zdrojovým kódem, které se samy inteligetně přizpůsobí zařízením a operačním systémům, na nichž jsou spuštěny. Zvřejněn coby open-source projekt, současně podporující Windows 10, Android, Chrome OS a Web, je Flexus frameworkem návrhu uživatelskách rozhraní v aktivním užívání a nadálém vývoji.This thesis addresses the issues when developing mobile applications for multiple operating systems and development environments, with the target being to create the ideal user interface library. A framework for HTML app development has been designed and implemented that is built on top of modern web standards, allowing the developer to create applications with a single codebase that will, when deployed, intelligently adapt to the device and operating system that they are being run on. Released as an open-source project and currently supporting Windows 10, Android, Chrome OS and Web. Flexus, a framework for building user interfaces, is in live use and active development.

Effect of individual intervention programme on selected components of health-related fitness to proband without previous movement experience

Název: Vliv individuálního intervenčního programu na vybrané komponenty zdravotně orientované zdatnosti u jedince bez předchozí pohybové zkušenosti Cíle: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je tělesná analýza a diagnostika pohybového aparátu jedince, tvorba individuálního intervenčního programu a následné vyhodnocení zda a jak může osobně vedený program ovlivnit vybrané komponenty zdravotně orientované zdatnosti u probanda bez předchozí pohybové zkušenosti. Metody: K potřebám diplomové práce bylo využito několik druhů měření. Tělesné složení pomocí bioimpedančních metod, posturální stabilita posturografem, laboratorní zátěžový test pomocí běhátka, terénní zátěžový test na atletickém oválu, základní pohybové stereotypy pomocí diagnostiky pohybového aparátu dle Jandy, jako doplňkový test byl vybrán dynamometr ke zjištění síly svalů ruky a předloktí. Výsledky: V průběhu 16 týdenní intervence došlo ke změnám v mnoha sledovaných parametrech. Individuální intervenční program přinesl významné změny tělesného složení, konkrétně snížení poměru ECM/BCM v prvních fázích programu, posléze však došlo k jeho opětovnému zhoršení. Obecně se prokázaly tendence zlepšování posturální stability vlivem všeobecně realizované PA. Intervenční program neprokázal signifikantní změny aerobního výkonu, i přes navýšení objemu...Title: Effect of individual intervention programme on selected components of health- related fitness to proband without previous movement experience Objective: The main objective of the thesis is physical analysis and diagnosis of individual, individual intervention program creation and subsequent assessment of whether and how personally leaded program can affect selected components of health-related fitness to proband without any previous experience. Methods: For the needs of this thesis several types of measurements were used. Body composition using bioelectrical impedance analysis, postural stability - posturograph, laboratory stress test on a treadmill, terrain stress test on the athletics track, the basic movement patterns using diagnostic according to Janda, as a complementary test was chosen dynamometer to determine the strength of forearm muscles. Results: During the 16-week intervention changes occurred in many of the parameters. Individual intervention program has brought significant changes in body composition, specifically to reduce the ratio of ECM/BCM in the early phase of the program, but later was its exacerbation. This diploma thesis describes Sudetenland in environmental, economic and sociological view. The main question of this research is if Sudetenland still exist as a marginal area. The theoretical part contains a summary of basic terms, for example amenity migration, a plan of development of a municipality and a coefficient of the ecological stability (KES). It also contains explanation of the word "Sudetenland" as a geographical, socio-economic and histroric-political term and so on the historical consequences, which influenced Sudetenland. The practical part of this diploma thesis is focused on observation the socio-economic behaviour of inhabitants of particular part of the Sudetenland, village Celnice and on a calculation of KES of its cadastral area. This thesis is designed as a case study. It considers the amenity migration as a solution of some socio-economic problems of this area

Pests and diseases of hop - factual information database and e-learning system

This work deals with making factual database for crop Humulus lupulus L. The information, contained in the database falls within the protection of plants and more specifically to the field phytopatological, entomological and phytosanitary. Literature research provides an overview of the issue and information technology. The database has been compiled in the years 2007 - 2009 and the idea is to create a system for diagnosis and effective source of information for plant protection. For the creation of databases and educational system have been used languages PHP, HTML and cascading style sheets to format the graphic. For the purposes of the database was used by the SQL language and relational version of MySQL. The system is a detailed description, bionomics and protection. The system also contains a considerable number of pictures. The results are presented as a guide for working with the system

Movement regime, eating habits in girls aged from 15 to 19 years in the capital city Prague

The thesis deals with movement regime and eating habits of girls aged between fifteen and nineteen years in the capital city of Prague. The research sample was selected in high schools all over Prague. The theoretical part of the thesis explains concepts on healthy lifestyle, benefits of physical activity, healthy nutrition, also the consequences of hypokinesia and obesity. The practical part is primarly focused on the research examining the file above. The girls are queried by the poll in which they will answer all kinds of questions. Results are presented in tables and graphs

Financial analysis of Austin Detonator s.r.o.

My bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of the company Austin Detonator s.r.o. Goal is to evaluate and to assess financial health of the company. Bachelor thesis is processed for years 2013 – 2016. All used data come from annual reports of the company and from Amadeus database. First part describes the methodology of financial analysis and individual ratio indicators. Second part applies these instruments to the selected company. At the end of the second part is comparison of selected indicators with european competition. The results show, that the company is in good financial health, achieving great results in profitability and is not in debt.Má bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti Austin Detonator s.r.o. Cílem je zhodnotit a posoudit finanční zdraví podniku. Práce je zpracována pro období 2013 až 2016. Potřebná data jsou čerpány z výročních zpráv společnosti a z databáze Amadeus. V první části je popsána metodika finanční analýzy a jednotlivé poměrové ukazatele. V druhé části jsou tyto nástroje použity na vybranou společnost. Na závěr druhé části je uvedeno mezipodnikové srovnání vybraných ukazatelů s evropskou konkurencí. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že společnost je finančně zdravá, dosahuje výborných výsledků rentability a není zadlužená

This bachelor thesis describes opinions on entrepreneurs and stereotypes of thinking about their characters. It also introduces public ideas about entrepreneurs and their relationship to morality. The theoretical part defines basic terms such as free market capitalism, entrepreneurship, enterprise, profit, works with similar research from Czech market agencies and uses the archive of Socioweb to discuss the results. This bachelor thesis is focused on opinions of inhabitants of Písek district situated in South Bohemia. The practical part subsequently presents the quantitative research using questionnaires. This part also contains an evaluation of the collected data and explains the results of the research. The bachelor thesis suggests how to possibly improve the public opinions on characters of entrepreneurs

Preliminary design of the COMPASS upgrade tokamak

COMPASS Upgrade is a new medium size, high magnetic field tokamak (R = 0.9 m, Bt = 5 T, Ip = 2 MA) currently under design in the Czech Republic. It will provide unique capabilities for addressing some of the key challenges in plasma exhaust physics, advanced confinement modes and advanced plasma configurations as well as testing new plasma facing materials and liquid metal divertor concepts. This paper contains an overview of the preliminary engineering design of the main systems of the COMPASS Upgrade tokamak (vacuum vessel, central solenoid and poloidal field coils, toroidal field coils, support structure, cryostat, cryogenic system, power supply system and machine monitoring and protection system). The description of foreseen auxiliary plasma heating systems and plasma diagnostics is also provided as well as a summary of expected plasma performance and available plasma configurations
