Limited Attention Allocation in a Stochastic Linear Quadratic System with Multiplicative Noise
This study addresses limited attention allocation in a stochastic linear
quadratic system with multiplicative noise. Our approach enables strategic
resource allocation to enhance noise estimation and improve control decisions.
We provide analytical optimal control and propose a numerical method for
optimal attention allocation. Additionally, we apply our ffndings to dynamic
mean-variance portfolio selection, showing effective resource allocation across
time periods and factors, providing valuable insights for investors
To Improve the Efficacy of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea
[Abstract]It has been nearly 30years since the adoption of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea(UNCLOS) in 1982.This article seeks to examine The status of the Convention as it is currently implemented, identify its deficiencies, and explore the principles to follow and the approaches and institutional mechanisms to adopt to enhance its efficacy. The constitutional status of the Convention in the context of the law of the sea dictates that the Convention is viewed from the vantage point of the seas as a whole and its efficacy enhanced as part of the law of the sea and international law.As the amendment procedure prescribed in the Convention renders it difficult to activate, the most effective way to enhance the efficacy of the Convention is arguably through the standardization of state practices via diplomatic negotiations and legislation at the international and regional levels.Meanwhile, the multi-tierednature of the rule of the sea also calls for the cooperation among international and regional organizations as well as other related institutions, and the synchronization of their ac-
tions, which will have the effect of strengthening the uniform application and effective implementation of the Convention across sovereign states
Penciptaan Tokoh Jasmine Tiger Dalam Naskah Jasmine Tiger Terinspirasi Dari Novel Sang Pemenang Berdiri Sendirian Karya Paulo Coelho
Naskah Lakon Jasmine Tiger terinspirasi dari novel Sang Pemenang
Berdiri Sendirian terjemahan Rosemary Kesauly dari The Winner Stands Alone
karya Paulo Coelho.
komponen pelengkap lainnya seperti setting panggung, kostum, make-up dan
musik ilustrasi.
Proses pelatihan termasuk menyanyi, menari,
berlatih beladiri, dan belajar dialek yang berbeda.

Genetic mapping of QTL for maize leaf width combining RIL and IF2 populations
Leaf width is an important component of plant architecture that affects light capture during photosynthesis and wind circulation under dense planting conditions. To improve understanding of the genetic mechanisms involved in leaf width at different positions, a comprehensive evaluation using the RIL (Recombinant Inbred Line) and IF2 (Immortalized F2) populations and a subsequent meta-analysis were performed. Forty-seven QTL associated with leaf width at different positions below the tassel were detected. The individual effects of QTL explained 3.5% to 17.0% of the observed phenotypic variation, and ten QTL explained over 10%. The initial QTL were integrated into eight mQTL (meta-QTL) through a meta-analysis. Our results suggested that leaf widths at different positions may be affected by several of the same mQTL and may also be regulated by many different mQTL. These results provide useful information for breeding high density tolerant inbred lines and hybrid cultivars, as well as for using marker-assisted selection for important mQTL
Multicolor Stimulated Raman Scattering Microscopy with a Rapidly Tunable Optical Parametric Oscillator
Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy allows label-free chemical imaging based on vibrational spectroscopy. Narrowband excitation with picosecond lasers creates the highest signal levels and enables imaging speeds up to video-rate, but it sacrifices chemical specificity in samples with overlapping bands compared to broadband (multiplex) excitation. We develop a rapidly tunable picosecond optical parametric oscillator with an electro-optical tunable Lyot filter, and demonstrate multicolor SRS microscopy with synchronized line-by-line wavelength tuning to avoid spectral artifacts due to sample movement. We show sensitive imaging of three different kinds of polymer beads and live HeLa cells with moving intracellular lipid droplets.Chemistry and Chemical Biolog
Fiber Four-Wave Mixing Source for Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Scattering Microscopy
We present a fiber-format picosecond light source for coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering microscopy. Pulses from an Yb-doped fiber amplifier are frequency-converted by four-wave mixing in normal dispersion photonic crystal fiber to produce a synchronized two-color picosecond pulse train. We show that seeding the four-wave mixing process overcomes the deleterious effects of group-velocity mismatch and allows efficient conversion into narrow frequency bands. The source generates more than 160 mW of nearly-transform-limited pulses tunable from 775 to 815 nm. High-quality coherent Raman images of animal tissues and cells acquired with this source are presented.Chemistry and Chemical Biolog
Towards A Synthetic District:The Revitalizing Plan for the Textile City Core Area
This thesis reviews the theoretical background of urban renaissance represented by Rogers’ research and report, was well as the theories and models of preservation and reuse of industrial heritages, to discuss the trends and principles of urban renewal process, and the concept and measures of protecting-utilization of industrial sites and buildings, and several successful examples are studied here to learn the application of these theories into real practice. On trying to apply the theories into the project of the Textile City Core Area, the background and the current situation of this area is analyzed, and according to the Master plan of the whole Textile City made by the Urban Planning and Design Research Institute of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, the master plan of the core area is made and presented here to create a synthetic district and revitalize the whole Textile City is presented. And a further design proposal is made focusing on the old industrial site and textile factories going to be reused as the Creative Factory, the Textile Museum and the Shopping Mall, the abandoned railway and the linear green field along with it having great potential to be transformed into public space, and a former urban village area that can be remodified into Street-shopping District. Key words: urban renaissance, industrial heritage, revitalizatio
One River Two Stories
By investigating Yanjiao and Beijing sub-centre, on both sides of the Chaobai River, it reveals that today more than 40% of the population in Yanjiao travels to and from Beijing for work. Because of the inequities of political and administrative systems, as well as massive and uncontrolled urbanization, Yanjiao is losing its identity gradually. Comparing Yanjiao with Beijing Sub-centre on the urban configuration, building typology, topography, and hydrology, the conclusion is that there are: 1) traditional small-scale allays and buildings, 2) significant unidirectional commuter flow to Beijing, and 3) the Chaobai River is not only the administrative boundary but also the development boundary between the two cities. To optimize this situation, three different levels of planning and design have been made:1.Regional planning: To improve the sustainable development situation of Yanjiao through inter-regional synergistic development, while creating more equal urban spaces with a water-based landscape structure. 2.Urban Design: By extracting the traditional urban morphology, local lifestyles, three primary interventions have been created for the design part. Through these three interfaces, the site links the surrounding urban space with a good spatial transition.3.Detailed design: Intervention and feeling of spatial qualities are shown through the rendering of the three interfaces
