Participants' satisfaction with Salomon Trail Running Cup 2014 sports event

Název: Spokojenost účastníků sportovní akce Salomon Trail Running Cup 2014 Cíle: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit úroveň spokojenosti běžců se sportovní akcí, zanalyzovat jejich názory a odhalit případné nedostatky jednotlivých závodů pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě vyhodnocení empirických dat získaných z marketingového výzkumu vymezit problematické oblasti a následně navrhnout vhodná doporučení, která by vedla k větší spokojenosti běžců se sportovní akcí. Dílčím cílem je pak zjištění případné souvislosti mezi spokojeností závodníků a tím, zda se uvedené sportovní akce zúčastnili poprvé nebo opakovaně. Metody: K získání informací od respondentů byla použita kvantitativní metoda dotazníkového šetření. Respondenti byli dotazováni jak osobně, tak písemně. S managementem firmy zastřešující tuto sportovní akci byly vedeny neformální rozhovory. K vyhodnocení případné souvislosti spokojenosti závodníků s jejich účastí v Salomon Trail Running Cupu v minulých letech je využit T-test. Výsledky: Z marketingového výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že běžci jsou se sportovní akcí spíše spokojeni. Vykrystalizovaly ale určité problematické oblasti, na které by se organizační tým sportovní akce měl zaměřit, aby naplnil očekávání běžců pro nadcházející sezónu 2015. Define any problem areas and suggest appropriate management recommendations by evaluating empirical data obtained from own market research. This would lead to improvement of runners' satisfaction with this sports event. Partial goal of this diploma thesis is to find potential coherence between customers' satisfaction and whether they attended Salomon Trail Running Cup for the first time or repeatedly. Methods: Quantitative questionnaire research was used to obtain data from respondents. Respondents were interviewed either in person or in writing. Informal interviews were made with the management of the sports event. T-test method was used to find potential coherence between customers' satisfaction and their attendance in the past Salomon Trail Running Cup events. Causes Of unfinished secondary school studies of socialy disadvantaged female students

The topic of this thesis is the causes of non-completion of secondary school studies of socially disadvantaged students. The focus is on mapping the causes of three major areas that contribute to the dropout of female students with social disadvantages, namely school, family and leisure time. The thesis is devided in five main chapters, of which the first two chapters are theoretical, while the following chapters are devoted to the empirical part. The first chapter focuses on secondary education and selected specifics of adolescence. This chapter describes the adolescence period, secondary education and subsequently academic failure. The second chapter is devoted to the specificities of education of pupils with social disadvantages, focusing on the causes and problem areas of social exclusion and on systemic support for pupils with social disadvantages. The main aim of the thesis is to find out the reasons for the non- completion of secondary education of girls with social disadvantages. Based on the main objective, sub-objectives and research questions were set. Důraz je kladen na zmapování příčin ze třech zásadních oblastí, které se podílejí na předčasném odchodu žákyň se sociálním znevýhodněním, a to konkrétně škola, rodina a trávení volného času. Diplomová práce je koncipovaná do pěti základních kapitol, ze kterých jsou první dvě kapitoly teoretické, následujícím kapitolám je věnována empirická část. První kapitola se věnuje střednímu vzdělávání a vybraným specifikám dospívání. V této kapitole je popsáno období dospívání, střední vzdělávání a následně studijní neúspěšnost. Druhá kapitola je věnována specifikám vzdělávání žáků se sociálním znevýhodněním, zaměřuje se na příčiny a problémové oblasti sociálního vyloučení a na systémovou podporu žáků se sociálním znevýhodněním. Studying the influence of additives on rheology XYPEX fresh concrete and hardened concrete durability

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na studium vlivu krystalizační přísady XYPEX, na reologii čerstvých betonů a trvanlivosti zatvrdlých betonů. Zkoumá se vliv krystalizační přísady na reologii cementových past s různými druhy cementů a s různými teplotami, zvýšení vodotěsnosti, plynotěsnosti a pevnosti v tlaku. Dále se posuzuje pórová struktura s možností překlenutí různých trhlinek.This thesis is focused on the study of the influence of crystalline ingredients XYPEX, on the rheology of fresh concrete and durability of hardened concrete. It examines the influence of crystalline additives on the rheology of cement pastes with different types of cement with different temperatures, increasing water tightness and gas tightness and compressive strength. Also assesses pore structure with different bridging cracks.

From peace to Crimea: Russia's media image in Czech commentary in years 2013-2014

Bakalářská práce s názvem Z poklidu ke Krymu: mediální obraz Ruska v českých komentářích z let 2013 až 2014 zkoumá podobu komentářů spjatých s Ruskou federací a snaží se zachytit proměny mediálního zobrazení země v mínění Zimních olympijských her v Soči, konfliktu na Ukrajině a všech předcházejících událostí. Teoretický základ staví práce na teoriích sociální a mediální konstrukce reality - agenda setting, framing a gatekeeping; zabývá se také stereotypizací. Rozsáhlou kapitolu věnuje česko-ruským vztahům v průběhu posledních více než sta let, ve které představuje důležité body ve společné historii a zmiňuje události, jež v minulosti zásadně ovlivnily mezinárodní scénu. Analytická část využívá metody kvantitativní obsahové analýzy s využitím prvků kvalitativní obsahové analýzy. Mediální obraz Ruska předkládá text na základě výsledků zkoumání osmi proměnných (frekvence, médium, rozsah, autoři, událost, témata, hodnocení role Ruska a stereotypy).Bachelor's thesis titled From peace to Crimea: Russia's media image in Czech commentary in years 2013-2014 analyzes the form of commentaries related to Russian federation and endeavors to capture a transformation of medial view on the country in the context of Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, conflict in Ukraine and all previous events. The theoretical background of the whole thesis is based on the theories of social and medial construction of reality such as agenda setting, framing and gate-keeping and deals with stereotyping as well. An extensive chapter is devoted to Czech-Russian relations in a time span longer than a century, presents important points in shared history and mentions events which radically influenced international history in the past. The analytic part applies the method of quantitative content analysis and utilizes elements of qualitative content analysis. Thin-Layer Hydroxyapatite Deposition on a Nanofiber Surface Stimulates Mesenchymal Stem Cell Proliferation and Their Differentiation into Osteoblasts

Pulsed laser deposition was proved as a suitable method for hydroxyapatite (HA) coating of coaxial poly-ɛ-caprolactone/polyvinylalcohol (PCL/PVA) nanofibers. The fibrous morphology of PCL/PVA nanofibers was preserved, if the nanofiber scaffold was coated with thin layers of HA (200 nm and 400 nm). Increasing thickness of HA, however, resulted in a gradual loss of fibrous character. In addition, biomechanical properties were improved after HA deposition on PCL/PVA nanofibers as the value of Young's moduli of elasticity significantly increased. Clearly, thin-layer hydroxyapatite deposition on a nanofiber surface stimulated mesenchymal stem cell viability and their differentiation into osteoblasts. The optimal depth of HA was 800 nm
