Import 11/07/2012Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem činnosti a zhodnocením hospodaření organizace v oboru vodovodů a kanalizací. První část práce je zaměřena na objasnění souvislosti mezi veřejným sektorem, technickou infrastrukturou, odvětvím vodního hospodářství a oborem vodovodů a kanalizací a na vysvětlení a definice souvisejících pojmů. Obsahem dalších části práce je základní charakteristika, struktura činnosti, analýza a zhodnocení hospodaření konkrétní organizace v oboru vodovodů a kanalizací (Krnovské vodovody a kanalizace, s.r.o.) v letech 2007 - 2011.The bachelor thesis deals with the description of activities and evaluation of management of the organization in the field of water supply and sewerage systems. The first part of the thesis is aimed at clarifying the relation between the public sector, technical infrastructure, water industry and field of water supply and sewerage systems and the explanations and definitions of related terms. Import 05/08/2014Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou strategie rozvoje a systému financování školství v České republice. První část práce je zaměřena na objasnění souvislosti mezi veřejným sektorem a vzděláváním a na popis struktury vzdělávací soustavy v České republice. Druhá část práce se zabývá vývojem školství a charakteristikou zřizovatelů právnických osob vykonávajících činnost škol a školských zařízení v regionálním školství. Obsahem dalších částí práce je seznámení s některými cíli a reformními kroky stanovenými v Dlouhodobém záměru vzdělávání a rozvoje vzdělávací soustavy České republiky na roky 2011 - 2015 a analýza systému financování školství a dále zhodnocení vybraných cílů a reformních kroků v oblasti základního a středního vzdělávání a financování regionálního školství.This thesis analyses the development strategy and the funding of education in the Czech Republic. The first part is focused on clarifying the relation between the public sector and education and the description of the structure of the education system in the Czech Republic. Employee Benefits as Motivation Tool in Selected Company

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení nastaveného systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti. Cílem práce je zhodnotit stávající systém poskytování benefitů ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout možná zlepšení, která povedou k větší spokojenosti a motivaci zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je popsán proces motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců. Dále jsou zde vysvětleny právní, daňové a ekonomické aspekty zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V praktické části je představena vybraná společnost spolu s jejími nabízenými zaměstnaneckými benefity. Jednotlivé zaměstnanecké benefity jsou popsány spolu s celkovými náklady, které společnost ročně na jejich poskytování vynakládá. Dále jsou na základě dotazníkového šetření vyhodnoceny jednotlivé preference respondentů a je provedeno celkové zhodnocení systému nabízených zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V práci jsou navržena jednotlivá doporučení pro vybranou společnost tak, aby nový systém benefitů přispěl k větší spokojenosti a motivaci zaměstnanců.This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the employee benefit system currently used in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current benefit system and to offer recommendations for possible improvements, which would lead to higher employee satisfaction and motivation. In the theoretical part, the process of motivating and rewarding employees is described. There is also the characterization of legal, tax and economic aspects of employee benefits. The practical part contains an introduction of the selected company as well as its employee benefits. Individual employee benefits are described together with their total annual cost. Based on the questionnaire, there is an evaluation of the respondents’ preferences presented and a total assessment of the employee benefit system is provided as well. Tyto lokální zm ny exprese ve viscerální tukové tkáni ovšem nekorelovaly s celkovými koncentracemi prolaktinu v mate ském organizmu, což podporuje spíše domn nku o jeho parakrinním p sobení v p ípad periferní produkce. P ímé účinky PRL na zralé adipocyty nebyly dosud uspokojiv popsány. LDLR je receptor pro LDL partikule (OMIM 606945). Exprese LDLR byla v námi vyšet ovaném souboru proti zdravým t hotným v s.c. tuku signifikantn zvýšena u žen s GDM-I i GDM-D (P=0,008, resp. P=0,003). Zvýšení LDLR v s.c. tukové tkáni p i GDM m že být časnou známkou nedostatečného zásobení adipocyt s.c. tukové tkán glukózou, které je kompenzováno zvýšenou poptávkou adipocyt po lipidech získávaných jejich redistribucí cestou lipoprotein syntetizovaných v játrech. 6 SOUHRN Dizertační práce se zabývá studiem možného podílu tukové tkán na ovlivn ní inzulínové senzitivity...23 7 SUMMARY This work deals with the role of adipose tissue-derived hormones - adipokines in the development of insulin resistance in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). The study consists of two parts. In the first one, the characterization of changes in concentrations of circulating adiponectin - the most abundant adipokine - during menstrual cycle in healthy women was performed. The second part was focused on the changes of gene expression in pregnant women with GDM relative to healthy pregnant controls (14 vs. 13 subjects). Specificial attention was focused on adipokines and their receptors (ADIPOQ, ADIPOR1, ADIPOR2, LEP, RETN, TNF , CFD a PAI1) as well as other genes potentially contributing to the etiopathogenesis of GDM in the samples of placenta, subcutaneous, and visceral adipose tissues obtained during surgical delivery. The changes of gene expression were assessed by the two approaches: Firstly, the gene expression of insulin signaling pathway regulators was characterized using expression arrays in a limited subset of samples from GDM and control subjects.
