PERJANJIAN JAMINAN FIDUSIA DALAM PRAKTIK PERBANKAN MENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 10 TAHUN 1998 TENTANG PERBANKAN
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi hak debitur terhadap objek jaminan fidusia menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 42 Tahun 1999 dan apa saja yang menjadi objek jaminan fidusia menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 42 Tahun 1999. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, disimpulkan: 1. Hak debitur terhadap objek jaminan fidusia menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 42 Tahun 1999 yaitu: 1) Debitur berhak menguasai benda yang menjadi objek jaminan fidusia. Debitur diberi hak untuk mempergunakan objek jaminan fidusia tersebut, dengan syarat bahwa pemberi fidusia tidak menjual ataupun mengalihkan objek jaminan fidusia.tersebut kepada pihak lain. 2) Debitur berhak untuk mendapatkan pinjaman uang  yang jumlahnya sesuai yang tertera di dalam surat perjanjian yang dibuat oleh pihak pemberi fidusia dengan pihak bank atau pihak lainnya. 3) Debitur berhak memperdagangkan objek jaminan fidusia yang berupa barang dagangan (inventory). 2. Objek jaminan fidusia menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 42 Tahun 1999 yaitu: 1). Benda bergerak yang berwujud. 2) Benda bergerak yang tidak berwujud. 3) Benda bergerak yang terdaftar. 4) Benda bergerak yang tidak terdaftar. 5) Benda tidak bergerak tertentu, yang tidak dapat dibebani dengan hak tanggungan, seperti hak milik satuan rumah susun di atas tanah hak pakai atas tanah negara dan bangunan rumah yang dibangun di atas tanah orang lain. 6) Benda yang tidak bergerak tertentu, yang tidak dapat dibebani dengan hipotek. 7) Benda tersebut harus dapat dimiliki dan dialihkan.Kata kunci: Perjanjian, jaminan fidusia, perbanka

Lameness detection challenges in automated milking systems addressed with partial least squares discriminant analysis
AbstractLameness causes decreased animal welfare and leads to higher production costs. This study explored data from an automatic milking system (AMS) to model on-farm gait scoring from a commercial farm. A total of 88 cows were gait scored once per week, for 2 5-wk periods. Eighty variables retrieved from AMS were summarized week-wise and used to predict 2 defined classes: nonlame and clinically lame cows. Variables were represented with 2 transformations of the week summarized variables, using 2-wk data blocks before gait scoring, totaling 320 variables (2×2×80). The reference gait scoring error was estimated in the first week of the study and was, on average, 15%. Two partial least squares discriminant analysis models were fitted to parity 1 and parity 2 groups, respectively, to assign the lameness class according to the predicted probability of being lame (score 3 or 4/4) or not lame (score 1/4). Both models achieved sensitivity and specificity values around 80%, both in calibration and cross-validation. At the optimum values in the receiver operating characteristic curve, the false-positive rate was 28% in the parity 1 model, whereas in the parity 2 model it was about half (16%), which makes it more suitable for practical application; the model error rates were, 23 and 19%, respectively. Based on data registered automatically from one AMS farm, we were able to discriminate nonlame and lame cows, where partial least squares discriminant analysis achieved similar performance to the reference method
3C 48: Stellar Populations and the Kinematics of Stars and Gas in the Host Galaxy
We present deep Keck LRIS spectroscopy of the host galaxy of 3C 48. Our
observations at various slit positions sample the different luminous components
near the quasar, including the apparent tidal tail to the NW and several strong
emission line regions.
By fitting Bruzual & Charlot (1996) population synthesis models to our
spectra, we obtain ages for the most recent major episodes of star formation in
various parts of the host galaxy covered by our slits. There is vigorous
current star formation in regions just NE and SE of the quasar and
post-starburst regions with ages up to ~10^8 years in other parts of the host
galaxy, but most of the NW tidal tail shows no sign of significant recent star
formation. We use these model fits, together with the kinematics of the stars
and gas, to outline a plausible evolutionary history for the host galaxy, its
recent starburst activity, the triggering of the quasar, and the interaction of
the radio jet with the ambient gas.
There is strong evidence that the 3C 48 host is an ongoing merger, and that
it is probably near the peak of its starburst activity. Nevertheless, the
quasar itself seems to suffer little extinction, perhaps because we are viewing

The fate of biogenic iron during a phytoplankton bloom induced by natural fertilisation: Impact of copepod grazing
International audienceThe impact of copepod grazing on Fe regeneration was investigated in a naturally iron fertilised area during KEOPS (Kerguelen Ocean and Plateau compared Study, Jan.-Feb. 2005). 55Fe labelled natural plankton assemblages (< 200 μm) were offered as food to copepod predators sampled in the field (Calanus propinquus, Rhincalanus gigas, Metridia lucens and Oithona frigida). Diatoms (Eucampia antarctica, Corethron inerme and Navicula spp.) constituted the bulk of the protists whereas microzooplankton (i.e. ciliates and dinoflagellates) were in very low abundance. Copepod grazing on phytoplankton ranged from 0.3 to 2.6 µgC ind-1 d-1 and reflected low utilisation of the food stocks (1-10% of total Chlorophyll a d-1) and low daily rations (0.2-3.3 % body C d-1). Copepod grazing resulted in a 1.7-2.3-fold increase in Fe regeneration. Fe speciation determined by extraction onto C18 columns showed that less than 1% of the regenerated Fe was complexed with hydrophobic organic ligands. This suggests that Fe was regenerated as inorganic species and/or bound to freely soluble organic ligands. The biogenic Fe budget established from our study and literature based data indicates that most of the primary production is recycled through the detrital pool, which represents the largest Fe pool (49% of total Fe). Our iron budget further indicates that mesozooplankton and diatoms represent the dominant Fe biomasses above the Kerguelen plateau. The rate of Fe regeneration accounts for half of the Fe demand, strengthening the need for new Fe sources to sustain the massive phytoplankton bloom above the Kerguelen plateau
Deep far infrared ISOPHOT survey in "Selected Area 57", I. Observations and source counts
We present here the results of a deep survey in a 0.4 sq.deg. blank field in
Selected Area 57 conducted with the ISOPHOT instrument aboard ESAs Infrared
Space Observatory (ISO) at both 60 um and 90 um. The resulting sky maps have a
spatial resolution of 15 x 23 sq.arcsec. per pixel which is much higher than
the 90 x 90 sq.arcsec. pixels of the IRAS All Sky Survey. We describe the main
instrumental effects encountered in our data, outline our data reduction and
analysis scheme and present astrometry and photometry of the detected point
sources. With a formal signal to noise ratio of 6.75 we have source detection
limits of 90 mJy at 60 um and 50 mJy at 90 um. To these limits we find
cumulated number densities of 5+-3.5 per sq.deg. at 60 um and 14.8+-5.0 per
sq.deg.at 90 um. These number densities of sources are found to be lower than
previously reported results from ISO but the data do not allow us to
discriminate between no-evolution scenarios and various evolutionary models.Comment: 15 pages, 11 figures, accepted by Astronomy & Astrophysic
Method For Making 2-Electron Response Reduced Density Matrices Approximately N-representable
In methods like geminal-based approaches or coupled cluster that are solved
using the projected Schr\"odinger equation, direct computation of the
2-electron reduced density matrix (2-RDM) is impractical and one falls back to
a 2-RDM based on response theory. However, the 2-RDMs from response theory are
not -representable. That is, the response 2-RDM does not correspond to an
actual physical -electron wave function. We present a new algorithm for
making these non--representable 2-RDMs approximately -representable, i.e.
it has the right symmetry and normalization and it fulfills the -, - and
-conditions. Next to an algorithm which can be applied to any 2-RDM, we have
also developed a 2-RDM optimization procedure specifically for seniority-zero
2-RDMs. We aim to find the 2-RDM with the right properties that is the closest
(in the sense of the Frobenius norm) to the non-N-representable 2-RDM by
minimizing the square norm of the difference between the initial 2-RDM and the
targeted 2-RDM under the constraint that the trace is normalized and the 2-RDM,
- and -matrices are positive semidefinite, i.e. their eigenvalues are
non-negative. Our method is suitable for fixing non-N-respresentable 2-RDMs
which are close to being N-representable. Through the N-representability
optimization algorithm we add a small correction to the initial 2-RDM such that
