MARKETING DETERMINANTS OF SOCIAL NETWORKS WITH SPECIAL FOCUS ON INFLUENSERS
Tema ovog rada su druÅ”tvene mreže, njihov povijesni razvoj, prednosti i nedostatci te posebno njihova uloga u marketingu. IstiÄe se marketinÅ”ki znaÄaj druÅ”tvenih mreža kako i sam naslov rada govori, a posebno istaknuti su influenceri kao osobe koje uvelike doprinose promociji odreÄenih proizvoda ili usluga upravo preko druÅ”tvenih mreža. Kao primjer marketinga na druÅ”tvenim mrežama naveden je Lidl Hrvatska, a provedeno je i istraživanje kroz koje se saznaje koliko su mladi upoznati s pojmom āinfluencerā i koliko ih prate te smatraju li ih korisnima.Main topic of this thesis is social networks, their historical development, advantages and disadvantages, and especially their role in marketing. The focus is at importance of social networks in marketing, as the title of the thesis says, while the biggest part of it talks about influencers as people who greatly contribute to promotion of certain products or services via social networks. As an example of social network marketing there is Lidl Hrvatska. Furthermore, the research has been done to find out how much are young people familiar with term āinfluencerā, how often they follow them and if they consider them useful
Children with speech and language difficulties and reading comprehension in EFL
A teacher who at least once had a pupil with speech and/or language disorder such as: dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia etc. in his/her class is aware of the fact that it is a demanding, responsible and very difficult job, especially when teaching foreign language. It is very important that such teachers are aware of their pupil's situation and diagnosis. A teacher has to educate him/herself about the disorder in order to help his/her learner in the right way. Parents are there to help teachers and that is why good communication between them is of great importance. Such disorders are sometimes genetic, so some parents also struggle with them. However, the causes can vary from unknown to, for example, prematurity or a certain trauma. It is very important to notice the symptoms on time and go to logopedic therapies in order to determine if the child can attend regular school or a special school for children with speech and/or language disorders. The biggest challenge both for the teachers and learners is reading comprehension. It can be difficult for pupils with a speech and language disorder to stay focused on a long text and to answer related comprehension questions afterwards. In this graduation thesis I wanted to investigate whether successful adjustments result in succesfully solving reading comprehension tasks. The research was conducted in the SUVAG Polyclinic Primary School in Zagreb and the participants were seventh graders. They wrote the test twice, the first time with no adjustments and the second time with graphical and content adjustments of the text and tasks. As expected, the results were much better after the adjustments had been made.Osoba uÄiteljske struke koja se barem jednom u svojoj struci susrela s uÄenikom koji ima neku govorno-jeziÄnu teÅ”koÄu kao Å”to su disleksija, disgrafija, diskalkulija i sliÄno, zna koliko je to izazovan, zahtjevan i odgovoran posao, pogotovo kada se radi o pouÄavanju stranog jezika. Ono Å”to je od izuzetne važnosti je da uÄitelji moraju biti svjesni situacije svojih uÄenika i najprije se educirati o njihovoj teÅ”koÄi kako bi im mogli na ispravan naÄin pomoÄi. U tome im pomažu i roditelji takvih uÄenika te je vrlo važno imati dobru komunikaciju s njima. Ponekad teÅ”koÄe mogu biti rezultat genetskih utjecaja te se s njima suoÄavaju i roditelji ili rodbina. MeÄutim, uzroci mogu varirati od nepoznatih do, na primjer, preranog roÄenja ili odreÄene traume. No izuzetno je važno na vrijeme uoÄiti simptome i odvesti dijete logopedu kako bi se napravila procjena težine teÅ”koÄe i može li uÄenik pohaÄati redovnu Å”kolu ili Å”kolu s posebnim uvjetima obrazovanja za uÄenike s teÅ”koÄama. Jedan od najveÄih izazova, kako za uÄenike, tako i za uÄitelje predstavlja Äitanje s razumijevanjem. Vrlo je teÅ”ko uÄeniku koji ima poteÅ”koÄe u Äitanju i/ili pisanju biti koncentriran na neki dugaÄak tekst o kojem kasnije joÅ” mora i odgovarati na pitanja. U radu sam željela dokazati kako uspjeÅ”na prilagodba teksta i zadataka rezultiraju uspjeÅ”nijim rjeÅ”avanjem zadataka Äitanja s razumijevanjem kod uÄenika s govorno-jeziÄnim teÅ”koÄama. Istraživanje sam provela tako da sam uÄenicima sedmoga razreda Osnovne Å”kole Poliklinike SUVAG prvi puta dala pismenu vježbu Äitanja s razumijevanjem bez ikakve prilagodbe. Rezultati su bili oÄekivano loÅ”i, a nakon analize sam napravila grafiÄku i sadržajnu prilagodbu istog teksta i istih zadataka te sam nakon otprilike dvadeset i osam dana uÄenicima dala pismenu vježbu drugi put. Rezultati su bili oÄekivano puno bolji te sam tako dokazala svoju pretpostavku

Komponente prinosa semena lucerke u zavisnosti od sistema kosidbe
To ensure high and stable seed yields, in regions with semi humid climate, it is necessary to prevent the luxuriant growth of alfalfa plants and their subsequent lodging. The most effective method of controlling rank growth in alfalfa is cutting. Effect of cutting schedule on alfalfa seed yield was studied in four-year experiments (2001-2004). Four cutting schedules with variable dates of initial cutting were tested: first cutting for hay was carried out on May 5 (budding) in the c1 schedule, on May 15 (start of flowering) in the c2 schedule, on May 25 (full flowering) in the c3 schedule, and on May 5 and June 5 in the c4 schedule. Second regrowth was used for seed production in the c1-c3 schedules, and third regrowth in the c4 schedule. The study involved the seven most widely grown alfalfa cultivars in Serbia, six domestic and one French. The single late cut (c3 schedule) achieved the best balance among the yield components and thus the highest seed yield (468 kg/ha). Significant positive correlations were found between seed yield on one side and the number of fertile shoots per unit area and the number of pods per inflorescence on the other, r = 0.608 and r = 0.837, respectively.Da bi se osiguralo postizanje visokih i stabilnih prinosa semena potrebno je spreÄiti suviÅ”e bujan rast i poleganje lucerke. Najefikasnija mera kojom se utiÄe na bujnost lucerke je kosidba useva. TakoÄe, kosidbom se odreÄuje kalendarski rok poÄetka i dužina trajanja faze cvetanja semenskog useva, kako bi se cvetanje podudarilo sa maksimalnom aktivnoÅ”Äu insekata opraÅ”ivaÄa, Å”to je od presudnog znaÄaja za prinos semena lucerke. U cilju utvrÄivanja komponenti prinosa, prinosa i kvaliteta semena lucerke u zavisnosti od sistema kosidbe semenskog useva izvrÅ”ena su ÄetvorogodiÅ”nja ispitivanja na Rimskim Å anÄevima. Ispitivana su Äetiri sistema kosidbe: rani sistem - kosidba krmnog otkosa 05. maja (u fazi butonizacije), srednje rani sistem - kosidba 15. maja (u fazi poÄetka cvetanja), kasni sistem - kosidba 25. maja (u fazi punog cvetanja) i proizvodnja semena iz treÄeg otkosa (kosidba 05. maja i 05. juna). Genetic Variability of Yield and Its Components in Winter Forage Pea Cultivars
The genus Pisum (peas) is rich in variability of morphological traits. It provides an excellent basis for breeding, but is also one of the reasons for the still undefined status of Pisum taxons (MihailoviÄ et al., 2004a). The majority of forage pea cultivars used belongs to subspecies sativum and variety arvense (Maxted & Ambrose, 2000). PreÄiÅ”Äavanje semena lucerke na magnetnom preÄistaÄu
The paper analyzes alfalfa seed cleaning using a magnetic separator, and the influence of the dodder seed amount on the cleaned seed amount. Seed cleaning was performed at the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad and three alfalfa seed lots were cleaned after passing through the primary cleaning process (selector, gravity table and roll mill). After cleaning, the quantity of pure seed (kg), waste (kg) and the time used for cleaning (h) was measured. The input quantity of all three seed lots was 1000 kg, whereas the waste ranged from 7.8 to 9.8 kg after cleaning. The purpose of this study is to monitor the operation of a magnetic separator in order to determine the amount of waste after cleaning. On the basis of the results obtained, an insight into the influence of the dodder seed amount on the cleaning rate and the required number of cleaning repetitions was obtained.Pri doradi semena lucerke veoma je važno dobiti Äisto seme bez prisutva karantinskih korova. U radu je analiziran proces dorade semena lucerke na magnetnom preÄistaÄu (dekuskutoru) tipa Emceka Gompper i uticaj koliÄine semena viline kosice (Cuscuta spp.) na dobijenu koliÄinu preÄiÅ”Äenog semena. Po zakonu o ÄistoÄi semena, u doraÄenom semenu lucerke nije dozvoljeno prisustvo ni jednog semena viline kosice. Dorada semena lucerke uraÄena je u Zavodu za krmno bilje u Institutu za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo u Novom Sadu, a doraÄivane su tri partije semena koje je proÅ”lo primarni proces dorade (selektor, gravitacioni sto i rol maÅ”inu). Partije su imale razliÄitu koliÄinu semena viline kosice. Nakon procesa dorade je merena koliÄina Äistog semena (kg), otpada (kg) i vremena potrebnog za preÄiÅ”Äavanje (h). Ulazna koliÄina sve tri preÄiÅ”Äavanje partije semena lucerke je iznosila 1000 kg a nakon preÄiÅ”Äavanja otpad je iznosio od 7,8 do 9,8 kg. Cilj ispitivanja je bio praÄenje rada maÅ”ine Emceka Gompper kako bi se ustanovila koliÄina izdvojenog otpada, tj gubitaka semena u procesu preÄiÅ”Äavanja. Na osnovu rezultata dobija se uvid u uticaj koliÄine semena viline kosice na brzinu preÄiÅ”Äavanja i potreban broj ponavljanja preÄiÅ”Äavanja semena lucerke
Hemijski sastav liÅ”Äa i stabljika divergentnih sorti lucerke
Alfalfa is a perennial crop that provides a higher yield of proteins per unit area than any field crop, which makes it highly desirable for the production of hay and feed for domestic animals (especially ruminants). The objective of this study was to determine the dry matter chemical composition in the whole plant, leaves and stems of five divergent alfalfa cultivars. Variations were found in the contents of proteins, hemicellulose, NDF, ADF, ADL, cellulose, and minerals depending on genotype and plant part. Significant differences existed between the cultivars in quality parameters, indicating that breeding for high alfalfa quality is justifiable.Lucerka je viÅ”egodiÅ”nja vrsta koja daje veÄi prinos proteina po jedinici povrÅ”ine od bilo koje ratarske kulture, pa je zbog toga veoma poželjna za proizvodnju sena i u ishrani domaÄih životinja (posebno preživara). Cilj rada je bio da se odredi hemijski sastav suve materije lucerke kod pet divergentenih sorti lucerke u celoj biljci kao i u listu i stabljikama. Lucerka varira u sadržaju proteina, celuloze, hemiceluloze, NDF, ADF, ADL, i mineralnih materija u zavisnosti od genotipa i biljnog dela. Postoje znaÄajne razlike u komponentama hranljive vrednosti lucerke izmeÄu sorti Å”to ukazuje da oplemenjivanje na veÄi kvalitet lucerke ima smisla
