Sumber belajar adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan segala kemudahan dalam belajar. Sumber belajar tersebut dapat berupa Manusia (People), Lingkungan (setting), Tekhnik (Technique), Alat (Device), dan Pesan-pesan (massages), guru adalah salah satu sumber belajar yang memilikiperan strategis dalam mendorong terjadinya kegiatan belajar pada peserta didik. Pusat sumber belajar adalah suatu bangunan dan lembaga yang terdiri atas kepala dan staf yang diatur secara khusus dengan tujuan menyimpan,merawat, mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan sumber belajar dalam berbagai bentuknya baik individusl msupun kelompok untuk memberikan layanan informasi dan pengetahuan kepada peserta didik. Kelengkapan berbagai layanan informasi dan pengetahuan (sumber belajar) kepada peserta didik dipastikan akan memberukaj nilai positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan pada suatu lembaga pendidikan tertentu. Mutu merupakan suatu kumpulan pemikiran seseorang tetapi merupakan pemikiran yang kolektif. Artinya setiap orang yan g terlibat, dilibatkan dalam menghasilkan sesuatu yang terbaik. Dan mutu sebagai kualitas, didefinisikan sebagai konsistensi dalam menghasilkan produk atau jasa. Dalam kaitannya dengan kondisi peserta didik, maka peserta didik pun berhak mendapatkan pelayanan yang memadai dansesuai dengan apa yang pernah ditaearkan oleh pihak sekola

The data of this research were analyzed by applying a distributional method with the technique of immediate constituent analysis as its basic technique. This research presented findings regarding the type and model of the argumentation of the results and discussion of journal articles in the field of pharmacy. Upaya Meningkatkan Keterampilan Motorik Halus Anak Menggunakan Bubur Kertas Pada Kelompok B Tk Kartika Iii-4 Demak

Berdasarkan Kenyataan dilapangan, kemampuan dalam motorik halus anak pada kelompok B kemampuan motorik halusnya masih rendah, saat membuat bentuk bebas anak bingung akan membentuk apa. Kegiatan menggunakan bubur kertas merupakan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan motorik halus anak. Penelitian ini berupa Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motorik halus pada anak TK B, semester I tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan jumlah 15 anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus masing-masing siklus melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif pada tiap-tiap siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tercapainya indikator keberhasilan penelitian tindakan kelas dan adanya peningkatan motorik halusnya (dapat menyatakan ide untuk membuat bentuk lain, mengerjakan tugas sendiri tanpa bantuan orang lain, serta berani menunjukkan hasil karyanya sendiri). Kondisi awal motorik halus anak berdasarkan pengamatan dengan lembar observasi diperoleh data sebesar 0% atau belum ada anak yang mampu mencapai kriteria baik, di siklus I sedikit meningkat 20% atau 3 anak yang mempunyai skor baik, dan pada siklus II menjadi 80% atau sebanyak 12 anak. Jadi dengan adanya kegiatan menggunakan bubur kertas dapat meningkatkan motorik halus anak

The Change of Body Composition of Indigenous Rams on Different Body Weight and Feeding Level

The aim of this research was to investigate the influence of body weight and feeding level on the changeof body composition of indigenous ram. This research was expected to establish the efficient feeding levelto produce high growth rate and meat quality of ram in tropical environment. Sixteen rams with differentbody weight (BW) were divided into 2 groups, i.e. light BW (10 + 1.47 kg) and heavy BW (18 + 1.18 kg).The experimental design was Split Plot design with two factors. The main plot was body weight (light andheavy) and the sub plot was level of feeding (FL, 1x maintenance and 1.5 x maintenance). The parametersmeasured in this experiment were live weight gain and body composition. The results of this study showedthat body water, body protein and body fat were significantly higher (P<0.01) in heavy body weight (HBW)than those in light body weight (LBW), and was higher in 1.5xM than those 1xM. Ram of HW and LW hadsimilar change rate of physical composition. Ram given 1.5xM had higher rate of change of body fat andbody water than those given feed at maintenance level. It can be concluded that there was no interactionbetween BW and FL on the change of body water, body protein and body fat. Ram of HBW and LBW hadsimilar rate of change of physical composition. Level of feeding affected body water content, the higherlevel of feeding resulted in fatter ram, leading to less body water content

Hacia productos saludables elaborados con arroces ricos en melatonina.

El arroz (Oryza sativa) es un cereal fundamental para más de la mitad de la población mundial. Como alimento básico es un aporte calórico en la dieta, adicionalmente contiene melatonina, compuesto beneficioso para la salud. En resultados previos, los arroces; integral, negro y rojo poseen mayor nivel de melatonina comparándolos con otras muestras analizadas, por lo que estos fueron seleccionados para iniciar un estudio de desarrollo de nuevos productos con arroces ricos en melatonina. En esta etapa, se analizó el efecto de la cocción sobre el contenido en melatonina, manteniéndose ésta en niveles aun elevados: 138 µg/kg-1 en el arroz rojo, 95 µg/kg-1 en el arroz negro y 22 µg/Kg-1 en el arroz integral; en el arroz blanco apenas alcanzó 6 µg/kg-1. La evaluación sensorial mediante prueba de calificación hedónica de los atributos globales aspecto, olor, sabor y textura mostró que no hay diferencia en la aceptación entre las 4 variedades de arroz. Mediante encuestas se analizaron otros factores que a priori podrían influir en la aceptabilidad del producto por los consumidores, tales como, la información en el etiquetado del contenido de melatonina y su origen, los mensajes sobre su efecto beneficioso en el metabolismo, y la familiaridad con la marca

Mapping ergonomics application to improve SMEs working condition in industrially developing countries: a critical review

In industrially developing countries (IDC), small and medium enterprises (SMEs) account for the highest proprotion of employment. Unfortunately, the working conditions in SMEs are often very poor and expose employees to a potentially wide range of health and safety risks. This paper presents a comprehensive review of 161 articles related to ergonomics application in SMEs, using Indonesia as a case study. The aim of this paper is to investigate the extent of ergonomics application and identify areas that can be improved to promote effective ergonomics for SMEs in IDC. The most urgent issue found is the need for adopting participatory approach in contrast to the commonly implemented top-down approach. Some good practices in ergonomics application were also revealed from the review, e.g. a multidisciplinary approach, unsophisticated and low-cost solutions, and recognising the importance of productivity. The review also found that more work is still required to achieve appropriate cross-cultural adaptation of ergonomics application. Practitioner Summary: Despite continuous efforts in addressing ergonomics issues in SMEs of IDC, workers are still exposed to poor work conditions. We reviewed factual-based evidence of current ergonomics application to inform future strategies of ergonomics in IDC, using Indonesia as a case study

Tree islands enhance biodiversity and functioning in oil palm landscapes

In the United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration1, large knowledge gaps persist on how to increase biodiversity and ecosystem functioning in cash crop-dominated tropical landscapes2. Here, we present findings from a large-scale, 5-year ecosystem restoration experiment in an oil palm landscape enriched with 52 tree islands, encompassing assessments of ten indicators of biodiversity and 19 indicators of ecosystem functioning. Overall, indicators of biodiversity and ecosystem functioning, as well as multidiversity and ecosystem multifunctionality, were higher in tree islands compared to conventionally managed oil palm. Larger tree islands led to larger gains in multidiversity through changes in vegetation structure. Furthermore, tree enrichment did not decrease landscape-scale oil palm yield. Our results demonstrate that enriching oil palm-dominated landscapes with tree islands is a promising ecological restoration strategy, yet should not replace the protection of remaining forests
