Nowadays, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) or drones are also one of the applications to provide the required services and to gather information from the target location.  Because smart city applications effectively deal the drone interaction and enhance the human lifestyle with drones. Moreover, UAVs are generally utilized due to their privacy threats, lower cost, pose security, and versatility, which request dependable detection at lower altitudes. However, the less sensing module in the drone has earned the low sensing accuracy of location tracking. So, this paper aims to develop a novel Firefly-based Recurrent Neural Mechanism (FRNM) to enrich the sensing capacity of the drone vehicle. In addition, the sound of the research is medicine delivery through UAVs in emergencies. This UAV system is one of the most crucial features to delivering essential medical items aids by reaching properly correspondent patients.  Moreover, the client's needs are stored in the FRNM cloud then that stored data is trained to the UAV machine. Hereafter, based on the trained details, the drone can reach the destination and has delivered the requested medicine to the specific clients. The planned design is drawn in Network Simulator (NS2) environment, and the robustness of the projected replica is valued by calculating the chief parameters. Hereafter, the improvement score was valued by the comparison assessment. Hence, the FRNM has reported the finest performance by earning less location finding duration, running period, and error rate

Abstract The tremendous growth of information technology and its advancement has made a drastic change in the way of retrieving, handling and storing information in the digital form became necessary to meet user needs of today. As per the user needs libraries are shifting from then traditional resources and services to digital resources and services. The present study paid most of its attention on the awareness, purpose of use, satisfaction and services amongst the users of Central Library of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK). The study discloses that among the digital resources majority of users are aware of e-books and e-journals and find these resources important for their study and research. The more frequently used service is OPAC/Web OPAC service. The study in its findings shows that the purpose of using digital resources and services amongst the users is to search for their area of interest. 69.4% of the respondents are satisfied with the available digital resources and services

Design and performance analysis of a novel vulture based FOPID controller for the nonlinear biological system

In recent times, the field of Automatic Control Systems Engineering engaged in regulating large number of biological processes has played a significant role in biological and biotechnology applications. In human body, the very most important biological parameters are pancreas, insulin, glucose and genetic regulatory network (GRN). Any abnormal change in these biological system parameters may leads to occurrence of severe diseases and finally leads to the death of the infected patient. Thus, to tune the biological parameters in the human body, an efficient optimal controller is essential. Hence, a novel hybrid controller called Vulture based Fractional Order Proportional-Integral-Derivative (VbFOPID) controller is designed and implemented in this paper. The designed controller is implemented in MATLAB platform. From the obtained simulation results and its comparisons with the other existing controller's in the literature, it clearly presents that the proposed VbFOPID controller has superior performance over the other optimal PID controller designs in terms of rise time, convergence time, settling time, error percentage and maximum overshoot
