Software Support for PLC Automation Systems

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především studiem komunikačních protokolů mezi systémy řízení technologických procesů firmy Siemens a jim nadstavbových systémů (SCADA/HMI) po rozhraní ethernet. Jedná se o systémy řízení, které jsou převážně používány firmou Aucon s.r.o. v praxi. Dále se věnuje využití OPC serverů a jejich použití s klientskými aplikacemi. Důraz je pak kladen na teoretický rozbor některých typů meziprocesní komunikace ve Windows. Od těch jednodušších až po model COM, který je základem technologie OPC. Praktická část realizuje implementaci programového rozhraní v jazyce C++ s využitím WinSock2 a IPHlpApi knihoven, zajišťující komunikaci se zařízeními Siemens Simatic S7. Toto rozhraní pak může být využíváno při programování klientských aplikací.This thesis mainly deals with the study of communication protocols between process control systems of company Siemens and their superstructural systems (SCADA/HMI) the Ethernet interface. This is a management systems, which are mainly used by Aucon s.r.o. in practice. It also deals with OPC servers, and their use with client applications. Emphasis is placed on the theoretical analysis of certain types of inter-processcommunication in Windows. From the simple one to the model COM, which is the basis of the OPC technology. Practical part realize implementation of a simple programming interface, providing communications with equipment Siemens Simatic S7. This is realized by C++ with using WinSock2 a IPHlpApi libraries. This interface can be used at programming client application.

Dynamics of monetary integration with a focus on EMU

In context of recent development in the euro area it is obvious that the status quo is unsustainable and it is necessary to execute certain measures which would ensure its functioning in the future. The aim of this thesis is to find out the most appropriate solution for the European Union as a whole. Thesis presents and compares the three most likely scenarios for future development. A brief overview of the development of European integration, the concept of optimum currency area with the criteria for its better functioning and examples of other monetary unions with the threats they could possibly face are included for better understanding of the issue

Development of public expenditures in light of the progress of political cycles in Czech Republic between years 2000 and 2015

The thesis is concerned with the analysis of the development of public expenditures in Czech Republic between the years 2000 and 2015 with regard to the progress of political cycles. The analysis of overall development of each budget chapter (especially the year on year comparison) is based on real outcomes of state finances collected from final state accounts. The purpose of the thesis is to discover potential influence of political cycles on the level and structure of public expenses. The author created his own theoretical assumptions and set an original methodological approach. Final findings mostly comply with the created hypothesis

Improving the Perception of Special Warning Signs of IRS Vehicles

Práce se zabývá problematikou slyšitelnosti a vnímání výstražných zařízení vozidel IZS. Cílem práce je návrh možných opatření a systémů pro upozornění řidičů na blížící se vozidlo s právem přednosti v jízdě. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní principy akustiky a fyziologie vnímání zvuku, rozbor možných příčin nedokonalého vnímání výstražných znamení ze strany řidičů a legislativní úprava těchto zařízení. Praktická část je zaměřena na průzkum u složek IZS ohledně současně používaných zvukových výstražných zařízení, měření prostupu výstražného signálu karoserií vozidla a existující systémy a řešení, které by mohly zlepšit vnímání výstražných zařízení.KŘÍŽ, K. Possibilities of defective perception of special warning devices from the point of view of drivers are analyzed also in this part. Development of public expenditures in light of the progress of political cycles in Czech Republic between years 2000 and 2015

Práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje veřejných výdajů ČR mezi roky 2000 a 2015 s ohledem na průběh politických cyklů. Na základě reálných výsledků hospodaření získaných ze státních závěrečných účtů je provedena analýza celkového vývoje jednotlivých rozpočtových kapitol a zejména jejich meziroční komparace. Cílem práce je zjištění možného vlivu politických cyklů na výši a strukturu veřejných výdajů. Za tímto účelem autor vytvořil vlastní teoretické předpoklady a stanovil originální metodologický postup. Evaluation of Audible Warning Devices from the Point of View of Audibility

Import 26/06/2013Práce se zabývá problematikou slyšitelnosti výstražných zařízení na vozidlech IZS. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda v podmínkách současného silničního provozu jsou tato zařízení dostačující pro včasné varování jeho účastníků. Práce je rozdělena do 7 částí. V 1.a 2. části jsou vysvětleny základní principy akustiky, šíření zvuku v prostoru a jeho vnímání člověkem. Ve 3. a 4. části je uvedena rešerše související legislativy a okolnosti slyšitelnosti v reálném silničním provozu. 5.a 6. část je věnována návrhu, realizaci a vyhodnocení experimentu k zjištění slyšitelnosti výstražných zařízení v několika modelových situacích. V 7. části jsou uvedena doporučení pro praxi získaná z provedeného experimentu.The thesis is focused on issues of audible warning devices on IRS vehicles audibility. Target of the thesis is evaluation, whether these devices are enough to satisfy early warning to drivers in conditions of current traffic. Thesis is divided into 7 parts. Part 1 and 2 deal with basic acoustic principals from the point of view of area spreading and human perception. Research of legislative related to audible warning devices is stated in part 3 and 4. Part 4 is also focused on circumstances of audibility in traffic reality. 5th and 6th part deals with designing, realization and evaluation of several scripts of an experiment to find out the audible warning devices level of audibility.
