Na území ČR jsou tyto cíle uskutečňovány prostřednictvím operačních programů, přičemž jedním z těchto programů je také Regionální operační program Moravskoslezsko (ROP MS) Cílem bakalářské práce je představit základní aspekty regionální politiky EU a přiblížit využití finančních prostředků ze strukturálních fondů EU na příkladu vybraného projektu realizovaného v rámci ROP MS v programovacím období 2007-2013. Byl vybrán projekt „Cyklostezky trasy K, S, V Bohumín – část trasy K“, v roce 2010 a jeho smyslem bylo zvýšit kvalitu života obyvatel ve městě Bohumíně, zvýšit kvalitu bezpečnosti infrastruktury pro dojezd obyvatel města do zaměstnání, za zábavou a službami i pro volnočasové aktivity a turistiku. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to present the key aspects of EU regional policy and to describe the usage of the financial resources from EU structural funds, on the sample of selected project realized within the ROP MS in the programming period 2007-2013. Import 06/11/2014Cílem mé diplomové práce je definovat antroposociální a ekonomické problémy subsaharské Afriky. Charakterizovat současnou ekonomickou a politickou situaci v zemích Subsaharské Afriky a zároveň se detailněji zaměřit na rozvojovou pomoc proudící do tohoto nejchudšího regionu. Zhodnocena bude především pomoc realizovaná v rámci plnění Rozvojových cílů tisíciletí. Výsledky práce budou vycházet zejména z analýzy odborných publikací mezinárodních organizací a dalších relevantních textů, které se daným tématem zabývají. Pro svou práci jsem si vybrala hodnocení následujících cílů, konkrétněji cíle 1 – odstranit extrémní chudobu a hlad, cíl 4 – snížit o 2/3 dětskou úmrtnost, cíl 5 – zlepšit zdraví matek, cíl 6 – bojovat s HIV/AIDS, malárii a dalšími infekčními nemocemi a cíl 8 – vytvořit globální partnerství pro rozvoj, který má v sobě zahrnuté oddlužení. Pokrok zemí subsaharské Afriky k jejich splnění byl doposud značný, avšak v některých případech je bohužel již jasné, že vytýčených cílů dané země nemohou dosáhnout.The aim of my thesis is to define Anthropological, social and economic problems of Sub-Saharan Africa. To characterize the current economic and political situation in the countries of Sub-Saharan Africa, more detailed focus on development assistance flowing to the poorest region. Primarily assistance will be evaluated implemented under the Millennium Development Goals. Results of the thesis will be based mainly on the analysis of scientific publications of international organizations and other relevant texts that deal with the topic. For my thesis I chose an assessment of chosen objectives, specifically targets 1 - Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger, Goal 4 - Reduce by two thirds child mortality, Goal 5 - Improve maternal health Goal 6 - Combat HIV / AIDS, malaria and other infectious diseases and goal 8 - develop a global partnership for development, which has a covered debt relief. The topic holocaust is integrated to the Framework education programme for general education with the accent on cross-curricular subject Multicultural education. They are defined basic multicultural terms related to the topic holocaust. Lastly is presented a model seminar of the holocaust proposal for pupils in the secondary school.Diplomová práce nastiňuje historicko-společenskou perspektivu holokaustu, přičemž zvažuje kulturně-historický kontext pronásledování Židů a Romů a zabývá se i holokaustem českých Židů a českých Romů. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření návrhu podnikatelského záměru rozvoje společnosti. V první části je obsažen teoretický úvod do problematiky, základní pojmy, metody a informace. Druhá část se zabývá stávajícím stavem společnosti a zhodnocením jejího finančního zdraví. Je zaměřena na zpracování Porterového modelu pěti sil, SWOT analýzu, SLEPT analýzu a finanční analýzu. Poslední část je věnovaná celkovému zhodnocení projektu a vlastním návrhům na zlepšení současné finanční situace společnosti pomocí vypracovaného podnikatelské¬ho plánu.The aim of this bachelor thesis is the project of entrepreneurial intention of business development. First part contains theoretical introduction of basic concepts, methods and information. The second part deals with the current state of company and the evaluation of its financial health. This part is about Porter´s five forces model, SWOT analysis, SLEPT analysis and financial analysis. The last section is about overall evaluation of this project and about improving the financial situation of the company.

The Factors Affecting the Presentation of Events and the Media Coverage of Topics in the Mass Media

Cultural commercialization and globalization, which we can witness more and more today, are interrelated with the media coverage processes, i.e. with the mass communication processes, the aim of which is to highlight particular topics. This paper deals with presenting the ways of selecting topics within the media environment. We will focus our attention on one of the media coverage segments. Namely, we will discuss the following issues: “How are topics selected by the mass media?” and “What are the factors affecting this process?” We will deal with news as the simplest journalistic genre as regards its structure. Our views are based on the assumption that media coverage reflects the interrelations among the mass media subjects, media, media products and social reality. The main reason for this is seen in the fact that media coverage is also becoming a very efficient tool for creating media reality. By the audience with low levels of media literacy, this type of reality is perceived as social reality.Komercionalizace a globalizace kultury, ktoré jsme stále více svědky, je spjatá s procesy medializace, tzn. s masově komunikačními procesy, jejichž cílem je akcentovat konkrétní témata. V příspěvku se zaměříme na prezentaci způsobů, které se uplatňují v mediálním prostředí při výběru témat. Zaměříme se na jeden segment medializace, a to na problém, jak masová média vybírají svá témata a které faktory tento proces ovlivňují. Budeme se zde věnovat konstrukčně „nejjednoduššímu“ žurnalistickému žánru, zprávě. Vycházíme z konceptu, že medializace vyjadřuje vztah mezi subjekty masové komunikace, médii, mediálními produkty a sociální realitou. Association between Stress Urinary incontinence and Depressive Symptoms after Birth : the Czech eLSpAc Study

The study objectives were to (1) identify risk factors related to stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and postnatal depression (PD) after birth, and (2) investigate both possible directions of association between SUI and PD in population-based sample of Czech mothers. 3,701 nulliparous and multiparous women completed the self-reported questionnaires at 6 weeks and 6 months after birth and were included into the analyses of this prospective cohort study. Unadjusted and adjusted logistic regressions examined relationship between SUI a PD accounting for range of other risk factors. During the first 6 months after birth, 650 mothers (17.6%) developed SUI and 641 (17.3%) displayed signs of PD. The mode of delivery, parity and higher BMI were associated with SUI. The rate of PD symptoms was higher in mothers with positive history of prenatal depression, and in divorced or widowed mothers. Both conditions were associated with worse self-reported health, back pain and stop-smoker status. Initially, SUI at 6 weeks was slightly, but significantly associated with onset of PD at 6 months (OR 1.51, 95% CI 1.02–2.23) while PD at 6 weeks was not significantly related to new cases of SUI at 6 months (OR 1.48, 95% CI 0.91–2.39). After full adjustment these OR reduced to 1.41 and 1.38 (both non-significant), respectively. SUI and PD are common conditions in women postpartum that share some risk factors. Our study suggests that both directions of their relationship are possible although a larger study is needed to confirm our findings
