Pengaruh produk domestik regional bruto dan investasi swasta serta upah minimum terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan Investasi Swasta Serta Upah Minimum Terhadap Penyerapan  Tenaga Kerja di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series sebagai data sekunder pada periode 2009-2018 yang di analisis dengan menggunakan model analisis cobb douglas di fasilitasi melalui perangkat lunak  SPSS (Statistical Program Social Science) versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel Produk Domestik Regional Bruto berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, Investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dan Upah Minimum tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Jumlah Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan yang Melayani dan Budaya Sekolah sebagai Upaya Mengurangi Dampak Learning Loss di SMA Negeri 14 Palembang

The research aims to determine servant leadership and school culture to reduce the impact of learning loss at SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. This quantitative research explores the influence of service leadership and the culture of excellence in schools in overcoming learning loss. Data was collected from a sample of SMA Negeri 14 Palembang teachers using a questionnaire with triangulation of observations and documentation studies. The results of the research show that there is a 31% influence of servant leadership on learning loss recovery efforts, there is a 10.4% influence of school culture on learning loss recovery efforts, and there is a joint influence between servant leadership and school culture on learning loss recovery efforts at SMA Negeri 14 Palembang it was 48.52%. THE EFFECT OF ISLAMIC HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX ON POVERTY LEVEL IN BIREUEN DISTRICT PERIOD 2000-2017

The study entitled "The Influence of the Islamic Human Development Index Against Poverty Levels in Bireuen District 2000-2017". The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of time series data from 2000-2017 obtained from BPS Bireuen. Data were analyzed by multiple regression methods. The results of the research based on Index ad-dien show that the crime rate has a significant negative effect on the poverty level, based on Index an-nafs shows that life expectancy does not have a significant effect on poverty levels, based on Index al-'aql shows that the average length of school has a negative effect significant to the level of poverty, Index an-nasl shows that the birth rate does not affect the level of poverty and expenditure per capita population does not affect the level of poverty in Bireuen District. This reflects that although per capita expenditure remains high, it will not increase the number of poor people in Bireuen District

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Partisipatif Kepala Sekolah dan Empowerment Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 21 Palembang

The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the influence of participatory leadership of school principals and empowerment together on performance at SMA Negeri 21 Palembang. This research was conducted by taking place at the State High School 21 Palembang. This research was conducted for 4 months in the 2022/2023 gazal semester which lasted from July 2022 to the end of October 2022. In this study, it used field research (field research) which is of the causality type. The population in this study was all teachers of state high school (SMA) 21 Palembang which amounted to 86 people. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula and obtained the number of 57 teachers. Data collection techniques use questionnaires/ questionnaires, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data normality tests, homogeneity tests, liniearity tests, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, t-tests, F tests and coefficient of determination tests. This research shows the principal's participative leadership and empowerment influence teacher performance at SMA Negeri 21 Palembang, contributing 99.2%. In conclusion, the principal's participative leadership and empowerment significantly influence teacher performance at SMA Negeri 21 Palembang. Pengaruh rasio profitabilitas dan good corporate governance terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan perbankan

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of banking companies traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021 in relation to profitability ratios and corporate governance. Quantitative methods were used for this study. Purposive sampling was used to select 15 banking companies included in this study that are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data in this study. Common effect, fixed effect, chow test, Hausman test, lagrange multiplier test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test were used during the model selection process. The F test shows that there is a positive and statistically significant correlation between the variables ROA and Institutional Ownership with CAR in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2021

APLIKASI PEMBANGKIT SUMBER DC DAN PENSTABIL SUMBER DC PADA RANCANG BANGUN MESIN PENGISIAN AIR MINUM OTOMATIS DENGAN SUMBER ENERGI KINCIR AIR

The purpose of making this report intended that the author can make DC source and DC source stabilizer as an energy source from automatic drinking filler machine, DC source generator is obtained from the rotation of water turbine, the connection between generator and turbine is using chain. Auto Buck-Boost Converter is using as stabilizer of the output voltage from generator, the output voltage of generator is setting on set point 13,5 Volt. The voltage who obtained from Auto Buck-Boost Converter is saved in accumulator with the specification of 12 volt 32 Ah for the next using as energy source on Automatic Drinking Filler Machine. For the next upgrading author recommended for changing the chain with the gearbox so that the voltage who had missing be on the wane and author recommended to enlarge the diameter size of turbine so that the rotation of the turbine is more large and also the voltage who obtained is more large too
