Communication in children's groups - comparison of interactions in healthy and mentally handicapped children

This thesis focuses on communication in groups of children. The main attention is put on intact children and children with disabilities. My work deals primarily with the components of non-verbal communication, alternative and augmentative communication. I focus on children at school age, on their ability to communicate and on their skills of working in the group. I monitor interactions at the level of children and the group leader and at the level between children themselves. The aim of the work is to observe the common, different and specific features of communication in groups of children. Dignified old age - evaluation of the project "Don't get lost in old age"

The topic of the diploma thesis is evaluation of the project "Don't get lost in old age". This project is focused on education and counseling in topics of aging. In theoretical part, I focus on description of current situation of old age and aging, summarize old age associated key problems to which the project tries to respond. I also describe the concept of dignity, clarify the needs of seniors and their families. I also mention the possibilities of social services that focus on the elderly or support the carers. The main topic of the work is to introduce and evaluate the consulting portal and all its activities. The project includes many professionals such as a lawyer, nutritionist, financial expert, psychologist and social worker. Range of areas of consultations is therefore wide. However, in order for the project to reach the public as much as possible, it is necessary to direct activities right, to promote the consulting portal and increase interest in the topic of old age and aging with it. In practical part, through interviews with experts and project participants, I evaluate the functionality of the project and I map where improvements would be appropriate. V teoretické části se zaměřuji popisem aktuální situace stáří a stárnutí, klíčovými problémy spojenými se stářím, na které se projekt snaží reagovat. Dále se věnuji pojmu důstojnosti, vyjasnění potřeb seniorů a jejich blízkých. Uvádím také možnosti sociálních služeb, které cílí na seniory nebo podporu pečujících. Hlavním tématem práce je přiblížení a následné hodnocení poradenského portálu a všech jeho aktivit. Součástí projektu je mnoho odborníků jako například právník, nutriční terapeut, finanční odborník, psycholog či sociální pracovník. Škála oblastí pro poradenství je tedy široká. Aby se však působení projektu dostalo co nejvíce mezi veřejnost, je potřeba aktivity dobře cílit, propagovat poradenský portál a zvýšit tak zájem o téma stáří a stárnutí. V praktické části pomocí rozhovorů s odborníky a účastníky projektu hodnotím fungování projektu a mapuji, kde by byla vhodná zlepšení. Pomocí hodnotícího dotazníku se zaměřuji na spokojenost klientů s poradenstvím a na základě statistik hodnotím také úspěšnost aktivit projektu. Implementation of legal normes changes in document management rules in municipal district authorities of Prague 1-Prague 10

(in English): The diploma thesis deals with the status of municipal district authorities in Prague, legislative regulation in the field of records management and document management rules of municipal district authorities of Prague 1-Prague 10. The aim of the thesis was to make detailed analysis and critically evaluate the document management rules, records retention schedules and other internal regulations related to the records management of municipal district authorities of Prague 1-Prague 10, which were selected for the purposes of this thesis due to their size. The thesis is divived into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part introduce status of municipal district authorities and their offices in the system of public administration and as public agencies, which is essential for the purposes of this thesis. Furthermore, the legal normes and their amendments regulating the records management are listed. Introducing the document management rules as the internal organizational norms was not set aside either. In the practical part, the document management rules and records retention schedule, which were provided based on a request for information, are analyzed and critically evaluated. Cílem práce bylo provést detailní analýzu a kriticky zhodnotit spisové řády, spisové a skartační plány a další interní předpisy vztahující se ke spisové službě úřadů městských částí Praha 1-10, které byly pro účely této práce vybrány vzhledem ke svojí velikosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část přibližuje postavení městských částí a jejich úřadů v systému veřejné správy jako veřejnoprávních původců, což je podstatné pro účely této práce. Dále jsou vypsány právní předpisy a jejich novely upravující spisovou službu. Stranou nezůstalo ani přiblížení spisových řádů jako vnitřní organizační normy původců. V praktické části jsou zanalyzovány a kriticky zhodnoceny spisové řády a spisové a skartační plány, které mi byly poskytnuty na základě žádosti o poskytnutí informací dle zákona č. 106/2009 Sb., o svobodném přístupu k informacím. Spisové řády i spisové a skartační plány jsem porovnávala i mezi sebou a s dostupnými vzory publikovanými na stránkách Ministerstva vnitra České republiky a archivů. Study on the Impacts of Emergency on Economic, Environmental and Social Areas Using Mixed Methods Research

Mixed methods research methodology appears to be a suitable approach for researching complex phenomena such as emergencies. Researchers study the impacts on different areas such as economy, society, or environment, mostly in separate studies. To better understand the reality of emergencies, it is necessary to study the problem in the broadest possible context. So, examining those impacts in one single study is a challenge. The objective of this article is to process a comprehensive assessment of an emergency that has the potential to establish the basis of a robust tool for public managers to support their decision-making, using mixed methods research methodology. The crisis is an explosion of an ammunition storage site in the Czech Republic - the former satellite country of the Soviet Union. The sub-methods used in mixed methods research are analysis of data, interviews, questionnaire surveys, and field research. The main findings include that in the economic area, growth of public budget expenditures was found; in the environmental area, primary and inducted impacts have been proved. Comparison of individual income taxes in the Czech Republic and Austria

This bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of individual income taxes in Czech Republic and Austria, particularly on the personal tax levied on student's income. The theoretical part analyzes in detail structural elements of idividual income tax in both observed countries and describes conditions and obligations related to work activities of students. In the practical part of the thesis attention is payed to the calculation of tax liabilities of students, including comparison of the tax burden in these countries

The Dancer in the Musical

In the first part of this diploma thesis, we discuss the definition of the concept of "musical", and explore its development in the world and Czech environment. We also touch on other genres and the musical´s predecessors. As well, we focus on the development of the musical before and after 1989 in Czech. The second part is composed of a qualitative research on Czech musical dancers. It goes over questions about their preparation for a dance career and their relationship to dance, but mostly emphasizes on their association with musicals. Additionally, it clarifies the reasons for a musical career, production quality, and advantages, disadvantages and prestige of the job. Monitoring of Paenibacillus larvae, Melissococcus plutonius and Ascosphaera apis pathogens in honeybee colonies in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis was to summarize the theoretical informations about biology of honeybees and bacteries Paenibacillus larvae and Melissococcus plutonius and parasitic fungi Ascosphaera apis. This organisms attack bee larvae and cause bee diseases. The major part of this thesis was focused on the evaluation of the occurrence of these pathogens in various places in Czech Republic by isolating bee DNA from more than 200 bee samples from 50 locations within whole Czech Republic. Detection pathogens was performed using PCR method. There were 3 samples positive for Paenibacillus larvae and 4 positive for Melissococcus plutonius. The fungus Ascospheara apis did not occur in any of the samples

Práce se zabývá infinitivními konstrukcemi v anglickém jazyce. Uvádí možné funkce infinitivních konstrukcí ve větě a soustředí se zejména na různé procesy při identifikaci podmětu takových konstrukcí. V praktické části se zabývá rozdílem mezi stylem odborných a uměleckých prací z hlediska výskytu jednotlivých typů infinitivních konstrukcí.Dokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo
