Effective Integration of PCM 30U OCH into Laboratory Education

Cílem mého bakalářské práce bylo seznámit se s problematikou PCM, zvláště PCM 1. řádu a jejího praktického využití v instalaci v zařízení PCM30UOCH. Práce obsahuje dále popis přenosového zařízení, možnosti jeho osazení a praktické nastavení základních jednotek. Výsledkem práce je návrh na sestavení 3 nových laboratorních úloh pro předmět Přístupové a transportní sítě. První úloha vytváří přímou linku mezi dvěmi lokalitami spojenými E1 linkou. Tento způsob se používá např. na drahách pro dispečerské řízení. Druhá úloha simuluje kontrolní měření optické části PCM30U, vysílací a přijímací části desky JRO. Tato měření jsou důležitá pro nastavení zařízení při návrhu, nasazení i pro pravidelná měření ukazující stav laseru a optického spoje. Třetí úloha ukazuje možnosti nastavení a požití povelové desky PBS v PCM30U-OCH. Tato karta je často nasazována v energetice pro přenos ochran a povelů.The aim of my bacherol’s thesis was to introduce with problemation of PCM, especially PCM 1. class and their practical use by instalation of equipment PCM30U. The project includes description of transmission equiment possibilites of its praticable setting of intertable cards and basic units. The result of my thesis is suggestion for completing new laboratory exercises for the subject Access and transport networks. The first assignment creates so called “hot line” between two localities connected by E1 line. This option is used e.g. by railway system for dispatching control. The second assignment simulates checking measurement of the optical part of PCM30U, transmitting and receiving part of board JRO. This measurement is important for setting the device when suggesting the fitting and also for regular measurement showing the status of laser or optical connection. The third assignment shows the possibilities of setting and using the order board PBS in PCM30U-OCH. This card is often used in power engineering for transfer of protections and control signals.

Implementation of NetEm support for LNST

Tato práce se věnuje emulacím sítí. Obsahuje uvedení do problematiky emulací a jiných metod experimentování. Součástí je také výpis a rozbor softwarových a hardwarových emulátorů. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na emulátor NetEm, který je použit v praktické části práce. Ta obsahuje základní informace o aplikaci LNST, do které byla implementována podpora emulátoru NetEm. Nakonec pak byla vytvořena sada testů využívající tuto implementaci.The main focus of this thesis is  on network emulation. It contains introduction to the field of emulation and different experimentation methods. Part of this work is also devoted to the analysis of software and hardware emulators. Special emphasis is placed on the NetEm emulator, which is used in the practical part of this thesis. Practical part is focused on implementation of NetEm support for application LNST. Finally, test suite which is using this new implementation was created.

Tato práce popisuje návrh a implementaci vizuálního editoru ontologií pro Sémanticý web, založený na RDF modelu, soustředící se na přehlednou kompaktní vizualizaci ontologií, jejich selektivní zobrazení z různých aspektů, a jejich tvorbu s rozšířítelností v nabídce ontologických jazyků.This thesis describes design and implementation of a visual ontology editor for the Semantic Web, based on the RDF model, focusing on compact ontology visualization, selective views of them from various aspects and their creation supporting extensible number of ontology languages.

The development of capital markets of new eu countries after the ifrs adoption

http://vsed.oneu.edu.uaFrom 2005, the EU listed companies are obliged to prepare their consolidated financial statements in conformity with IFRS, which are viewed as high-quality financial standards (Leuz, 2003). To comply with the increased disclosure requirements, companies have to incur significant costs. However, the benefits from harmonised financial reporting are available only to those entities, which have serious incentives to report transparently (Daske et al., 2013). The benefits and costs following the changeover to IFRS are therefore neither unfolded equally across companies, nor countries. Empirical research (e.g. Lee et al., 2008; Christensen et al., 2013) reveals that the shortcomings in institutional setting may close off all potential benefits from harmonised accounting, which is pertinent mainly for the transition countries. The aim of this paper is to identify absolute and relative winners and losers among the new EU member states in terms of the progression of their capital market. The particular focus is put on the capital market size measured by a simple criterion “the number of listed companies” and its changes in transitional and post-adoption period. The splitting of time-series into two subsets enables to eliminate the influence of different reporting incentives from the effects of change in reporting regime. As an unintended result, the paper’s empirical findings raise some doubts about the appropriateness of certain research designs for assessing the economic consequences of mandatory IFRS adoption

OPTIMIZING EFFICIENCY OF THE COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW CHAMBER HOBAS

The paper deals with the design of swinging self-clean screen bars and the assessment of pressure losses in the combined sewer overflow chamber (HOBAS CSO Chamber), sold by the company HOBAS. The HOBAS CSO Chamber ensures a safe transfer of rainwater during a major rain event. The main goal of the research was to determine the pressure losses of the overflow chamber under various conditions - without self-clean screen bars; with screen bars without impurities and with screen bars partially or fully clogged with various impurities. The measurements were performed on a 1 : 5 scale physical model of CSO using 4 probes for measuring level heights. From the measured values, the coefficients of local losses were calculated, which were then entered into the currently used design table of flow capacities of the CSO HOBAC Chamber. At the same time, the optimal shape of individual rods of swinging self-clean bars was investigated, so that the oscillation of the free ends of the rods supports the separation and self-cleaning function during their operation. The research was conducted on a 1 : 1 scale model, so that impurities present in the CSO during the overflow (i.e. textile, cosmetic handkerchiefs, feminine hygiene products, condoms and others) could be used directly in the measurement. At the end of the experiments, the variants of the rods of screen bars that were the most effective in the separation and self-cleaning function were selected. The self-cleaning effect, which occurs at the end of the rain event and ensures that the CSOis free of impurities and ready for further use, was subsequently tested with the selected variant of the rods

Bakalářská práce pojednává o projektu elektroinstalace rodinného domu se stolařskou dílnou. Práce se dělí na 3 časti. V první část je čtenář seznámen se silnoproudou a slaboproudou instalací, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé typy rozvodů. Druhá část se zabývá požární ochranou staveb, ve které jsou popsány způsoby ochran před požárem. Na závěr je čtenář obeznámen se současným stavem elektroinstalace a s vyhotoveným projektem. Projekt obsahuje schémata rozvodů, návrh rozvaděčů, technickou zprávu a rozpočet.This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the electrical installation of a family house with a joinery workshop. The thesis consist of 3 parts. In the first part, the reader is acquainted with the heavy current and low-current installation, where the individual types of distribution are described. The second part deals with fire protection of buildings, which describes ways of protection against fire. At the end, the reader is familiarized with the current state of the electrical installation and with the main design. The main design includes distribution diagrams, switchboard design, technical report and budget.

The Potential of Air Transport Development in ​​Ostrava Airport Subregion

V úvodu práce je charakterizována spádová oblast z pohledu obyvatelstva, cestovního ruchu, makroekonomických údajů a významu dopravy pro tuto oblast. Stručně zmíněny jsou také všeobecné úlohy a funkce letiště. Letiště Ostrava je podrobeno důkladné analýze současného stavu letecké dopravy především s ohledem na porovnání s nejvíce konkurenčními letišti, které ovlivňují jeho provoz. Na základě této analýzy a provedení marketingového výzkumu zaměřeného na poptávku služeb obchodních cestujících je proveden návrh řešení možného rozvoje letecké dopravy ve spádové oblasti Letiště Ostrava.The master thesis is dealing with the potential of the air transport development in Ostrava Airport subregion. The introduction quotes the characteristic of the subregion from points of view of the population, the tourism, the macroeconomics data and the transport’s significance of this subregion. General assignments and all of the airport’s functions are also briefly covered. V práci se zmíním o historii firmy, zhodnotím aktuální stav ve firmě, udělám finanční analýzu firmy a jako další rozvoj firmy navrhnu elektronický obchod. V závěru práce zhodnotím přínosy mé práce.This paper will focus on developing a business plan for the company FATO HLAVÁČ, s. r. o. The work will mention the company's history, we assess the current status of the company, do a financial analysis of companies and as a further development of the company will propose e-business. At the end of the work we assess the benefits of my work.
