Advertising design: Case Study
The aim of this thesis is with use of case study to describe and subsequently create audiovisual advertising spot for a particular sponsor. Advertising spot should be created efficiently focusing on costs, so target group would be tempted to buy advertised product as much as possible. At the beginning of the work in theoretical part is basic theoretical knowledge of marketing, advertising history, advertising legislation regulation and advertising is also characterized as part of the creative industries. On this theoretical background is linking practical part in which are proposed three options for creating audiovisual spot and subsequently using the methods of management decision making the most appropriate option is selected. In conclusion, we have created the very commercials based on defined process and selected variant

PĹ™edmÄ›tem bakalářskĂ© práce "HlavnĂ ÄŤinnosti personálnĂho oddÄ›lenĂ ve veĹ™ejnĂ© správÄ›" je rozbor hlavnĂch ÄŤinnostĂ personálnĂho oddÄ›lenĂ vybranĂ©ho statutárnĂho mÄ›sta. PrvnĂ kapitoly tĂ©to práce se zaměřujĂ na teoretickou část, na vymezenĂ pojmĹŻ management, Ĺ™ĂzenĂ lidskĂ˝ch zdrojĹŻ, historii personálnĂho Ĺ™ĂzenĂ v ÄŤeskĂ© Republice a zhodnocenĂ souÄŤasnĂ©ho stavu personálnĂho Ĺ™ĂzenĂ ve veĹ™ejnĂ© správÄ›.
Dalšà části tĂ©to bakalářskĂ© práce se zabĂ˝vajĂ charakteristikou personálnĂch a dalšĂmi ÄŤinnostĂ nÄ›kterĂ˝ch statutárnĂch mÄ›st v ÄŚeskĂ© republice a analĂ˝zou ÄŤinnostĂ personálnĂho oddÄ›lenĂ. Dále jsou v práci analyzovány stěžejnĂ ÄŤinnosti personálnĂho oddÄ›lenĂ Magistrátu mÄ›sta Liberec. V poslednà části práce je provedeno zhodnocenĂ dopadu novÄ› pĹ™ijatĂ©ho sluĹľebnĂho zákona na ÄŤinnosti úřednĂkĹŻ a personálnĂho oddÄ›lenĂ ve veĹ™ejnĂ© správÄ›.ObhájenoThis Bachelor thesis focuses on analysis and description of the major activities of personal department in public administration. The first part of this thesis describes the theory of management, personal management, the history of and development of personal management in public administration and evaluates the current state of in the czech public administration.
The next part of this work focuses on the characteristic of the core personal and support activities of some statutory cities. The last part of this thesis evaluates the impact of the law no. 234/2004 on clerks and activities of human resource department in public administration

CĂlem tĂ©to diplomovĂ© práce je pomocĂ pĹ™ĂpadovĂ© studie popsat a následnÄ› zrealizovat audiovizuálnĂ reklamnĂ spot pro konkrĂ©tnĂho zadavatele. ReklamnĂ spot by mÄ›l bĂ˝t vytvoĹ™en efektivnÄ› se zaměřenĂm na náklady, tak aby v co nejvÄ›tšà mĂĹ™e zasáhl cĂlovou skupinu a pĹ™inutil ji k nákupu propagovanĂ©ho produktu. Na začátku práce jsou v teoretickĂ© části uvedeny základnĂ teoretickĂ© poznatky z oblasti marketingu, historie reklamy, legislativy regulujĂcĂ reklamnĂ tvorbu a dále je reklama charakterizována jako součást kreativnĂho prĹŻmyslu. Na tento teoretickĂ˝ základ navazuje praktická část ve kterĂ© jsou navrĹľeny tĹ™i varianty pro tvorbu audiovizuálnĂho spotu a následnÄ› je pomocĂ metod manaĹľerskĂ©ho rozhodovánĂ vybrána nejvhodnÄ›jšà varianta. ReklamnĂ˝ spot by mal byĹĄ vytvorenĂ˝ efektĂvne so zameranĂm na náklady, tak aby v ÄŤo najväčšej miere zasiahol cieÄľovĂş skupinu a prinĂştil ju k nákupu propagovanĂ©ho produktu. Na zaÄŤiatku práce sĂş v teoretickej ÄŤasti uvedenĂ© základnĂ© teoretickĂ© poznatky z oblasti marketingu, histĂłrie reklamy, legislatĂvy regulujĂşce reklamnĂş tvorbu a ÄŹalej je reklama charakterizovaná ako súčasĹĄ kreatĂvneho priemyslu. Na tento teoretickĂ˝ základ nadväzuje praktická ÄŤasĹĄ v ktorej sĂş navrhnutĂ© tri varianty pre tvorbu audiovizuálneho spotu a následne je pomocou metĂłd manažérskeho rozhodovania vybraná najvhodnejšia varianta. V závere práce sme vytvorili samotnĂ˝ reklamnĂ˝ spot na základne definovanĂ©ho postupu a vybranej varianty
Passenger rail transport in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
In this bachelor thesis I analyzed the differences in rail passenger transport in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. In the following chapters, I described different companies operating in the passenger transport market. I will discuss who determines the price of travel tickets, what regulations are in force by the EU and also how they work in a practical environment. At the end, I will focus later as it develops the liberalization of the rail passenger market in the CR and SR, and what projects are in those countries prepared or held

CĂlem tĂ©to diplomovĂ© práce je nalĂ©zt vhodnou strategii mobilnĂho prodeje pro zaÄŤĂnajĂcĂ prodejce. PrvnĂ teoretická část tĂ©to práce popisuje mobilnĂ komerce a mobilnĂch operaÄŤnĂch systĂ©mĹŻ.V druhĂ© části je popsán vĂ˝voj mobilnĂ komerce ÄŚR a vĂ˝znam mobilnĂch aplikacĂ v podnikánĂ.V dalšà části tĂ©to práce je provedena analĂ˝za nejvÄ›tšĂho internetovĂ©ho prodejce na poli elektronickĂ© komerce, Amazon, kterĂ˝ se ostupnÄ› stává ÄŤĂslem 1 i na poli mobilnĂ komerce. Dále se práce snažà objasnit pĹ™ĂÄŤiny jeho ĂşspÄ›chu a zaměřuje se na poĹľadavky uĹľivatelĹŻ/zákaznĂkĹŻ na mobilnĂ aplikace. V poslednĂ prakticĂ© části je pospsána implmentace mobilnĂ prodejnĂ aplikace do stávajĂcĂcho modelu e-elektornickĂ© komerce. The first part of this thesis describes evolution and history of mobile commerce and mobile oprating systems. In the second part of this thesis is described situation of mobile commerce on the Czech market and importance of mobile apps in business.Further this thesis tries to clarify the success of the biggest online retailer Amazon who became player no.1 on the field of electronic commerce and also is making huge steps towards the success on field of the mobile commerce.In the end of this thesis is described implementation of mobile commerce into existing online retailer solution. Conclusions and recommendations resulting from the practical example can be applied on any emerging or existing business which want to improve the customer satisfaction and to attract more new customer
