Sistem perpipaan merupakan sistem komplek yang didesain seefektif dan seefisien mungkin untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam kapal ,crew ,muatan dan menjaga keamanan kapal baik saat berlayar ataupun berlabuh. Secara umum sistem pipa dapat diartikan sebagai bagian utama suatu sistem yang menghubungkan titik dimana fluida di simpan ke titik pengeluaran semua pipa baik untuk memindahkan tenaga atau pemompaan harus dipertimbangkan secara teliti karena keamanan dari sebuah kapal akan tergantung pada susunan perpipaaan seperti halnya pada perlengkapan kapal lainnya Paper ini akan menguraikan tahap-tahap yang harus dilakukan serta pertimbangan-pertimbangan matematis yang diambil oleh seorang ship engineer dalam merancang suatu system perpipaan pada kapal KM. Nusantara. Hasil akhir dari paper ini adalah sebuah desain system perpipaan pada pada sebuah kapal,yaitu KM Nusantara, dengan mempertimbangkan system perpipaan yang paling efektif dalam pengoperasiannya

Integrative Model for Quantitative Evaluation of Selection Telecommunication Tower Site

This paper analyzes the weight of impact factors on selection the antenna places for mobile telecommunication system in Jordan. The new technique plays a lead role in divided area and selects the place of antennas' sites. The main objective of this research is to minimize the antenna numbers in order to reduce the cost. Research follows flowcharting categories and stages as: The first stage aim to classify the effective factors on the: signal radius, better position of antenna from candidate points, reserved area, and non-preferring position. The second stage focuses on finding the effective weight of these factors on the decision. The third stage suggest the new proposed approach by implement the MCLP and P-center problems in linear function. The last stage has the pseudo code for the proposed approach, where the proposed approach provides the solution that helps the planners in telecommunication industry and in related government agencies make informed position of the antennas

Pengembangan E-Book Berbasis Flip PDF Professional pada Tema 9 Subtema Kegiatan Berbasis Literasi Kelas V Sekolah Dasar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengembangkan dan menguji  kelayakan  e-book berbasis Flip PDF Professional pada  tema 9 subtema kegiatan berbasis literasi.  Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu  peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Kebon Pedes 3 Kota Bogor.  Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Untuk melihat kelayakan e-book yang dikembangkn dengan aplikasi Flip PDF Professional, peneliti melakukan validasi dengan para ahli, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  e-book berbasis Flip PDF Professional dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan berbasis literasi di sekolah dasar. Dari data hasil validasi dengan para ahli, yaitu ahli bahasa dengan perolehan skor 100%, dari ahli materi diperoleh skor 89,3%, dari ahli media dengan perolehan skor 86,6%, serta dari hasil uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh skor 88%, dan data hasil uji coba lapangan oleh 30 peserta didik kelas V A diperoleh skor 99%. Dapat disimpulkan  bahwa e-book berbasis Flip PDF Professional pada tema 9 subtema kegiatan berbasis literasi telah layak untuk digunakan oleh peserta didik kelas-V SDN Kebon Pedes 3 Kota Bogor

Upaya Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Prestasi Belajarmatematika dengan Model Pembelajarankooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (Tps)disertai Bola Pantai Bagi Siswakelas IV Sdn Klagaran

The purposes of this research is to improve the activity and learning outcomes in mathematics of students 4th grade Klagaran Public Elementary School through cooperative learning type Think Pair Share with beach ball. The subjects of this research were 24 students of 4th grade Klagaran Public Elementary. The object of this research was student\u27s activity and mathematics learning outcomes. The result showed that after treatment with cooperative learning type Think Pair Share with beach ball at 4th grade Klagaran Public Elementary School, activity and mathematics learning outcomes of students has increased. This was indicated by an increasing in the result percentage average activity is70,83% at the first cycle, improves in the second cycle to 100%. Mathematics learning outcomes of students also increased. The average of students learning outcomes in pre-action was 61,54. In the first cycle, the average result improves to 65,00. In the second cycle, the average result improves to 65,59. In conclusion, cooperative learning type Think Pair Share with beach ball can improve activity and mathematics learning outcomes

Analisis Perbandingan Harga, Volume, dan Frekuensi Perdagangan Saham Sebelum dan Sesudah Stock Split (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di BEI 2007-2011)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris perbedaan harga saham, volume perdagangan saham, dan frekuensi perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah stock split. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2007-2011, dengan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 36 sampel yang diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan harga saham dan volume perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah stock split yang signifikan. Terdapat penurunan rata-rata harga saham dari 7.573 menjadi 1.432 dan peningkatan rata-rata volume perdagangan saham dari 9.106.462 lembar saham menjadi 20.983.526 lembar saham. Sementara hasil dalam penelitian ini tidak berhasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan frekuensi perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah stock split. Rata-rata frekuensi perdagangan saham sebelum stock split adalah 546 kali menjadi 746 kali sesudah stock split

Dukuhwaluh village located in the district of Banyumas twins has a strategic location because it is close to educational facilities such as Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto, and educational institutions at the high school, junior high, elementary and early childhood education. The number of educational facilities should be able to encourage the distribution of better science, so that science is not only channeled directly to the educational actors alone, but able to give a positive impact to the surrounding community. But in fact the people in the village Dukuhwaluh still less awareness about education. Number of children who drop out of school so that trigger high unemployment, crime often triggers. Therefore, we moved to this situation to give an effort to improve the moral crisis through the program "Dusun Education", so that people have the knowledge to create awareness behave and act according to the rules and norms prevailing in the community, through a simple but effective learning in educating citizens. Methods of implementation of the "Dusun Education" is to provide socialization, education about crime, the study of spirituality, entrepreneurship training, motivational training, and installation-signpost signpost motivation as moral guidelines. With the implementation of all activities "Hamlet Education" will benefit the community, which is increasing the quality of education, hygiene, and safety in the village Dukuhwaluh, increasing citizens\u27 awareness of the importance of pressing crime, declining crime occurred, as well as the activities of the youth who had started the vacuum again

Métastases intramédulaires d’un adénocarcinome pulmonaire: à propos d’un cas

Les métastases de la moelle épinière sont extrêmement rares. Elles surviennent chez 0,1 à 0,4% des patients cancéreux et représentent 1% detoutes les tumeurs de la colonne vertébrale et 1-3% des tumeurs  intramédullaires. Le cancer du poumon est le primitif le plus fréquent. Nousrapportons le cas d’un patient de 51 ans, suivi pour un adénocarcinome  pulmonaire et qui après la 1ère cure de chimiothérapie a développé des métastases intramédullaires et cérébrales. Une radiothérapie sur la moelle et le cerveau associée à une corticothérapie par voie générale ont été débutées. Le patient est décédé 3 mois après la survenue des métastases  intramédullaires. A travers ce nouveau cas de métastases intarmédullaires d’un adénocarcinome pulmonaire et revue de la littérature, les auteurs  insistent sur leur rareté ainsi que sur ses difficultés diagnostiques et thérapeutiques

Neurinome du nerf facial - A propos d’un cas et revue de la littérature

Introduction: Le neurinome du nerf facial est une tumeur bénigne rare qui peut intéresser n’importe quel segment du nerf facial et se révèle par une paralysie faciale soit isolée soit associée à des signes auditifs.Observation : Nous rapportons le cas d’une patiente de 18 ans qui a présenté une paralysie faciale grade v d’aggravation progressive associée à une discrète surdité de transmission. L’imagerie (TDM et IRM) était très évocatrice d’un neurinome de la portion tympanique et mastoïdienne du nerf facial. Le traitement a consisté en une résection tumorale par voie transmastoïdienne avec greffe nerveuse, sans détérioration de la fonction auditive avec bon résultat sur la fonction faciale.Commentaires et conclusion : La symptomatologie du neurinome du nerf facial dépend essentiellement de sa localisation, elle est donc très variable allant de la surdité légère isolée au syndrome cochleo-vestibulaire avec paralysie faciale. A travers cette observation et une revue de la littérature, les auteurs rappellent les particularités cliniques, paracliniques, thérapeutiques et évolutives de cette pathologie rare en insistant sur l’approche thérapeutique adaptée au stade d’extension tumorale et la fonction faciale préopératoire.Mots clés : schwannome du nerf facial, paralysie faciale, résection  nerveuse, greffe nerveus

Metastase axillaire d'un carcinome papillaire de la thyroïde: À propos d'un cas

Les métastases axillaires dans le cadre d'un cancer de la thyroïde sont extrêmement rares. Plusieurs hypothèses expliquent ce drainage. Nousrapportons le cas d'un patient de 78 ans ayant pour antécédents  chirurgicaux une lobo-isthmectomie en 1987, puis une totalisation chirurgicale en 1997 non documentés, admis en septembre 2008 pour exploration d'une masse latéro-cervicale gauche. Le reste de l'examen clinique révèle la présence de multiples adénopathies axillaires bilatérales. La biopsie exérèse d'une adénopathie axillaire droite (côté controlatéral) retrouve une métastase ganglionnaire d'un carcinome papillaire de la thyroïde avec effraction capsulaire. La tomodensitométrie cervico-thoracique note la présence d'un processus tumoral latéro-cervical gauche, un lobe thyroïdien droit siège de multiples nodules hypodenses, des adénopathies cervicales et axillaires et des lésions suspectes au niveau du parenchyme pulmonaire. Une thyroïdectomie totale avec curage  ganglionnaire cervical est décidée, complétée par une ablation des ganglions axillaires macroscopiquement atteints. Des cures d'iode  radioactif (IRA-thérapie) sont indiquées. Bien qu'exceptionnelle, la  présence de métastases axillaires d'un carcinome thyroïdien est de  pronostic péjoratif. On se demande alors si ces patients ne nécessitent pas une prise en charge particulière. Une réflexion à une stratégie  thérapeutique est donc nécessaire
