Structure and phase analysis of a cobalt alloy of the stellite type

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována strukturně fázové analýze kobaltové slitiny typu stelit. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku kobaltu a jeho výrobu, kobaltové slitiny, jejich strukturu, rozdělení, vlastnosti, praktické využití a kobaltové superslitiny typu stelit s jejími vlastnostmi a využitím. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky strukturně fázového rozboru stelitu, který byl prováděn na vzorku kobaltové slitiny typu stelit. Byla vyhotovena strukturní analýza, při které bylo zkoumáno chemické složení, analýza plynů O, N a metalografický rozbor na leštěném výbruse po elektrolytickém leptání v roztoku a nakonec fázová analýza.This bachelor thesis is devoted to structure and phase analysis of a cobalt alloy of the stellite type. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of cobalt and its production, cobalt alloys, their structure, distribution, properties, cobalt superalloys and their properties. In the practical part are presented the results of the structural phase analysis of the stellite, which was performed on a sample of cobalt base alloy stelite. Příprava ternárních ZnxTiyOz nanostruktur metodou sol-gel a jejich aplikace v techologii solárních článků a ve fotonice

Tato práce se zabývá přípravou nanokrystalických materiálů ternárních fází ZnxTiyOz, jejich charakterizací a potenciální aplikací ve fotonice. Dosažené výsledky přinášení nové poznatky o procesech vedoucích ke vzniku nanokrystalických fází ZnxTiyOz z amorfních xerogelů a poskytují nové informace o strukturních a opto-elektrických vlastnostech připravených materiálů. Na základě vypracovaných postupů lze připravit většinu z doposud známých ternárních struktur, a to nejen ve formě prášku, ale i ve formě tenkých vrstev. K přípravě byla zvolena metoda sol-gel. Připravené základní soly byly připraveny dvěma postupy. V prvním postupu je využito reakce [Zn4O]acetát6 klastrů s i-propoxidem titaničitým. Druhý postup je založen na přímé heteronukleaci dihydrátu octanu zinečnatého s butoxidem titaničitým v ethanolu. Připravené soly byly alternativně dopovány 1 at. % Eu3+ a naneseny jako tenké vrstvy nebo tepelně zpracovány na xerogely. První část práce se věnuje studiu krystalizačních vlastností a teplotnímu vývoji vzniklých sloučenin. Na základě dosažených výsledků byly přirpraveny čisté nanokrystalické faze inverzního spinelu Zn2TiO4, defektního spinelu ZnTiO3 and rhombohedrického ZnTiO3 s definovanou velikostí nanokrystalů. V závislosti na zvolených podmínkách tepelného zpracování může být velikost...The presented study deals with the sol-gel synthesis of nanocrystalline ternary phases of the general formula ZnxTiyOz, their characterization and potential application in photonics. Achieved results brings new fundamental knowledge about the processes leading to the formation of ZnxTiyOz nanocrystals from amorphous xerogels and gives novel information about structural and opto-electrical properties of prepared materials. Based on the presented results, most of all up-to-date reported ZnxTiyOz compounds with tailored nanocrystalline size and structure can be prepared as powders or thin films. Two sol-gel approaches based on the cluster process and direct heteronucleation were employed to prepare initial sol. Sols were optionally doped by Eu3+ ions to evaluate the effects of rare earth element to crystallization properties of formed compounds. In the first part of our study crystallization properties and structural evolution of thermally treated xerogels were analyzed. As a result a versatile method allowing the preparation of inverse spinel Zn2TiO4, cubic defect spinel ZnTiO3 and rhombohedral ZnTiO3 with tailored nanocrystal sizes was established. The Influence of Passive Safety Features During Vehicle Collisions with Pedestrians

Práce se zabývá vlivem prvků pasivní bezpečnosti při kolizích s chodci. První část práce je zaměřena na obecné seznámení s prvky aktivní a pasivní bezpečnosti vozidel. V následující části se zabývá konstrukcí a využitím moderních prvků pasivní bezpečnosti při kolizích s chodci. V třetí kapitole je pozornost věnována porovnání modelových situací střetu vozidla s chodcem, řešených pomocí simulačního programu. V závěru této kapitoly je provedena syntéza výsledků těchto modelových situací. Poslední část se zabývá možností zvýšení bezpečnosti chodců při vzájemných kolizích s automobily s výhledem do blízké budoucnosti.This thesis deals with the influence of passive safety features during vehicle collisions with pedestrians. The first part focuses on introducing the basic components of active and passive vehicle safety. The second part deals with construction and usage of modern components of passive safety during vehicle collisions with pedestrians. A comparing situation model of vehicle collisions with pedestrian is introduced in the third part for which a simulation programme has been used. At the close of this part there is a result synthesis of these model situations. The last part deals with the possibility of increasing pedestrian safety.

Assessment of a selected part of the water supply network

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování rešerše v oblasti sledování vodovodních sítí a jejich modelování. V praktické části bude nejprve popsána samotná síť a její technický stav a z poznatků z rešerše bude vytvořen hydraulický model části pardubické vodovodní sítě rozléhající se jižně od Přelouče. Tento model v prostředí programu EPANET bude kalibrován a verifikován pomocí dostupných dat od provozovatele VAK Pardubice a.s. poté budou navržena nová potrubí s ohledem na územní plány obcí a rozvoj v kraji. Dále je tak cílem simulovat, jaké budou kladeny požadavky na vodovodní síť v budoucnu, pokud budou všechny plochy dle územního plánu využity. Vznikne tak výhledový model, na kterém budou znát nedostatky sítě. V případě nedostatků budou navržena řešení, která tyto nedostatky eliminují.The aim of this thesis is to research the field of water distribution system monitoring and modeling such system. In the next section the thesis describes a part of the water distribution system which is located in Pardubice district, specifically south of town Přelouč. With knowledge from the done research a hydraulic model will be done. This model made in EPANET interface will be calibrated and verified using data, which was acquired by the administrator of the system VAK Pardubice a.s. Afterwards new pipelines will be added to simulate the future situation accordingly to the area plans of the cencerned towns. Furthermore another aim is to simulate the requirements made towards the water distribution system in the future in case all the areas in area plan will be completely used. This will result into creation of forward looking hydraulic model which will show possible weaknesses of the water distribution system. In case of any shortcomings, according measures will be designed for future use.

The proposal of security and safety management system with fuzzy logic support

This paper presents the implementation of the fuzzy logic into the security and safety solution in the soft targets. The primary structure of safety and security tool is described in the first part. This tool has been implemented into specific object; for example, for object without security and safety solution (soft targets). In the next part, the primary rules for the use of fuzzy logic are defined. The aim of this paper is to define the primary layout for software which could help operators with decision-making process. The article also proposes and describes the solution for system application of security requirements by understanding the soft targets threats. The system solution is different for each organization and object; however, the main structure is the same

Truth and theatre

The topic of this bachelor thesis Truth and Theatre is the study of the truth by connecting the concepts of the phenomenologist Jan Patočka and the theatre director and researcher Jerzy Grotowski. The objective of this thesis is to capture the factual connection between these two concepts. This work reveals how the topic of the truth tied with the ancient abstract meaning of aletheia - "unconcealedness" is being manifested in the theatre, how it is related to the themes of myth, ritual, situation, corporality, education and why is this understanding of truth inseparable from the action, self-awareness and the moral. The aim of this work is also to map the philosophical basis for the master's thesis, which will be created at the Department of Drama in Education on DAMU. 1 Abstrakt Název práce: Nástroje investování Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat různé nástroje investování, jejich trhy a jejich vhodnost jakožto alternativy ke spořicím produktům. Dalším cílem této práce je definovat modelového investora, vytvořit pro něj vhodnou a racionální investiční strategii a představit příklady investičních portfolií, která tuto strategii naplňují. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol, přičemž každá z nich analyzuje nástroje investování z různé perspektivy. První kapitola představuje nástroje investování obecně a popisuje jejich klíčové charakteristiky, jejich právní regulaci a stručnou historii. Jedna podkapitola je věnována vysvětlení motivů, které účastníci finančních trhů ke své účasti mají. Další podkapitola kategorizuje nástroje a zařazuje je do různých skupin. Poslední podkapitola zkoumá finanční trhy samotné a popisuje jejich typy, strukturu a funkce. Kapitola druhá představuje modelového investora a popisuje jeho konkrétní motivy pro investování. Secondary purpose of this thesis is to define a model investor, create reasonable and fitting investment strategy for them and introduce examples of investment portfolios that fulfill the strategy. The thesis is divided into two main chapters, each of which analyzes investment instruments from different perspectives. Chapter One introduces the instruments in general and describes their key characteristics, their legal regulation and brief history. One subchapter is dedicated to explaining motives driving the participants of financial markets. Another subchapter categorizes the investment instruments and divides them into distinct groups. Last subchapter investigates the financial markets themselves and describes their types, structure and functions.
