V této diplomové práci je zpracována analýza návrhu šroubového přípoje otočné desky kolesového skládkového stroje. Úkolem řešení je rozhodnout, jestli stávající konstrukční řešení je vyhovující. Diplomová práce obsahuje porovnání výpočtu dle předpisu VDI s normou ČSN, provedení pevnostní analýzy použitím MKP výpočtového modelu, a dále návrh konstrukčních změn spoje ložiska s ocelovou konstrukcí.This thesis describes an analysis of the design of the bolted connection pivot plate-wheel of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer loader. The challenge solution is to decide whether the current design is suitable. The thesis contains comparison of calculation according to VDI regulation with the ČSN, performing stress analysis using FEM calculation model and a design of changes, joint bearings with steel structures.

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na funkční návrh dílenské manipulační plošiny, která má nosnost 2500 kg, půdorysné rozměry plošiny 1200 x 1600 mm, zdvih 1m a je proveden přímočarým hydromotorem. Cílem práce je výběr vhodné varianty plošiny a provést statické a pevnostní výpočty jednotlivých komponent, provést návrh použitého přímočarého hydromotoru a navrhnout schéma hydraulického obvodu.The thesis is focused on functional design workshop handling platform, which has a capacity of 2500 kg, dimensions platform 1200 x 1600 mm, stroke of 1 m and is made by linear hydraulic motor. The goal is to select a suitable variant of the platform and perform static and strength calculations of the individual components, to design the linear hydraulic motor and hydraulic circuit design diagram.

A Modular and Adaptive System for Business Email Compromise Detection

The growing sophistication of Business Email Compromise (BEC) and spear phishing attacks poses significant challenges to organizations worldwide. The techniques featured in traditional spam and phishing detection are insufficient due to the tailored nature of modern BEC attacks as they often blend in with the regular benign traffic. Recent advances in machine learning, particularly in Natural Language Understanding (NLU), offer a promising avenue for combating such attacks but in a practical system, due to limitations such as data availability, operational costs, verdict explainability requirements or a need to robustly evolve the system, it is essential to combine multiple approaches together. We present CAPE, a comprehensive and efficient system for BEC detection that has been proven in a production environment for a period of over two years. Rather than being a single model, CAPE is a system that combines independent ML models and algorithms detecting BEC-related behaviors across various email modalities such as text, images, metadata and the email's communication context. This decomposition makes CAPE's verdicts naturally explainable. In the paper, we describe the design principles and constraints behind its architecture, as well as the challenges of model design, evaluation and adapting the system continuously through a Bayesian approach that combines limited data with domain knowledge. Furthermore, we elaborate on several specific behavioral detectors, such as those based on Transformer neural architectures

Jan Pištěk and his activity on the Pilsner theatre scene

Cílem práce je charakteristika herce a pozdějšího ředitele divadelní společnosti Jana Pištěka a jeho působení zejména na plzeňské divadelní scéně. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř základních částí. První část popisuje rozvoj českého divadla 2. poloviny 19. století se zaměřením hlavně na Plzeň. Období začíná krátkou zmínkou o prvních česky hraných představení, které sehrály německé kočovné společnosti, a také o českých ochotnických spolcích. Podstatná část uvedeného období se odvíjí od smrti Josefa Kajetána Tyla v roce 1856. Nejvýznamnější částí tohoto období je vznik a trvání stálého českého divadla v Plzni a působení především Pavla Švandy ze Semčic st. Druhou částí je životopis Jana Pištěka, třetí jeho působení v Praze a v Brně. Poslední čtvrtá část je hlavní a je věnována působení Jana Pištěka v Plzni. Kromě sekundární literatury bylo použito dobových novin. The work is divided to four basic parts. The first part describes progress Czech theatre of second half of 19th century with a view mainly to Pilsen. The period begins shortly mention about first Czech played performance which acted Germanic migrant companies and also about Czech amateur institution. Substantive part reel from of death of Josef Kajetán Tyl in 1856. Most considerable part of this period is emergence and duration of ever-present Czech theatre in Pilsen and activity mainly Pavel Švanda of Semčice Sr. The second part is autobiography of Jan Pištěk, the third part is his activity in Prague and in Brno. Determination of density profiles of unevenly compressed wood of Po­pu­lus tremula using the X – RAY DENSE – LAB laboratory device

The paper deals with the measuring of the density profile of unevenly pressed wood of European aspen (Populus tremula L.). The main aim of the work is to examine in an experimental way the possibilities of using the X – RAY DENSE – LAB laboratory equipment designed for the determination of density profiles of agglomerated and plied large-area materials. The work uses the X – RAY DENSE – LAB equipment to determine the density profile of the cross-section of unevenly pressed aspen wood, plasticized hydrothermically, without the presence of chemical substances. The work also presents calculations of the level of compression/densification in dependence on the density and it describes the factors that can influence the density profile of compressed/densified wood; at the same time, it presents the possible ways to determine the density profile in the cross-section. Further, it includes the creation of the methodology for sample preparation so that the results do not get distorted during measuring. It describes the preparation of sample pieces, the orientation of the anatomic structure, the methodology of pressing, air conditioning, sample preparation, their measuring and analysis. The paper also describes the theory and the principles of measuring with use of X – RAY DENSE – LAB and its calibration. The paper analyses the obtained results of density profiles and searches for and describes the causes of the uneven distribution of the density in the cross-section. It concludes by summarizing the results and recommending the procedure for future measuring
