Low-interaction Honeypot on a Single-board Computer

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh a řešení implementace nasazení honeypotu, který poskytuje detekci a analýzu útoků na webový server. Honeypot je provozován na jednodeskovém počítači Raspberry Pi 3+. Skládá se z několika existujících implementací honeypotů s nízkou nebo střední mírou interakce jako služeb pro poskytnutí detekce útoků prostřednictvím běžných aplikačních protokolů (SSH, SMTP, HTTP), ty jsou nainstalovány na webovém serveru. Součástí řešení je Java webová aplikace, jež slouží k nasazení, nastavení služeb a zobrazení informací o jednotlivých útocích, které na honeypotu proběhly.The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement a solution of a honeypot deployment, which provides detection and analysis of malicious attacks against a web server. Honeypot is running on a single-board computer Raspberry Pi 3+. It consists of several existing implementations of honeypots with low and medium amount of interaction used for detecting attacks by commonly used application protocols (SSH, SMTP, HTTP). These are installed on the web server. Security Analysis of Fraud Calls in the IP Telephony Infrastructures

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu podvodných volání v IP telefonii, především na podvodná volání typu Wangiri. Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh a implementace testovacího systému pro realizaci Wangiri útoků a jejich následná analýza. Součástí práce je realizace navrženého systému, který obsahuje autonomní vyhledávač telefonních záznamů (web scraper), který zpracovává telefonní čísla z webových stránek, a ta jsou následně pomocí generátoru telefonního provozu SIPp využita pro provedení samotného útoku Wangiri. Systém také obsahuje Asterisk VoIP ústřednu, přes níž jsou všechna podvodná volání realizována. Průběh a výsledky celého experimentu jsou zdokumentovány, zanalyzovány a následně jsou navrhnuta vhodná protiopatření vůči Wangiri podvodu.The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of fraudulent calls in IP telephony, especially on Wangiri type of fraud. The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and implement an experimental system for the implementation of Wangiri attacks and their subsequent analysis. The work contains implementation of the proposed system that consists of an autonomous search engine for telephone records (web scraper), which processes telephone numbers from websites and these are then used by the SIPp telephone traffic generator to carry out the Wangiri attack itself. The system also includes an Asterisk VoIP exchange, through which all fraudulent calls are made. A novel trigger-based method for hydrothermal vents prospecting using an autonomous underwater robot

The plumes emitted by hydrothermal vents are the result of thermal and chemical inputs from submarine hot spring systems into the overlying ocean. The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution's Autonomous Benthic Explorer (ABE) AUV has successfully localized previously undiscovered hydrothermal vent fields in several recent vent prospecting expeditions. These expeditions utilized the AUV for a three-stage, nested survey strategy approach (German et al., 2008). Each stage consists of a survey flown at successively deeper depths through easier to detect but spatially more constrained vent fluids. Ideally this sequence of surveys culminates in photographic evidence of the vent fields themselves. In this work we introduce a new adaptive strategy for an AUV's movement during the first, highest-altitude survey: the AUV initially moves along pre-designed tracklines but certain conditions can trigger an adaptive movement that is likely to acquire additional high value data for vent localization. The trigger threshold is changed during the mission, adapting the method to the different survey profiles the robot may find. Measuring device for inspection of selected atmospherical parameters on free space optical communications

Import 04/07/2011Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem testovacího optického pojítka pro dlouhodobé měření útlumu atmosféry a jejich časových změn. Jsou vysvětleny základní mechanismy ovlivňující atmosférický útlum. V praktické části práce je proveden výpočet energetické bilance spoje mezi budovami Krásnopolská a koleje E. Následuje návrh měřící elektroniky a mechanické konstrukce měřících hlavic. Na závěr práce popisuje měření jednotlivých atmosférických vlivů pomocí diagramu oka a ukázkové měření rozložení optického výkonu pomocí digitálního fotoaparátu.The thesis deals with a design of a hardware testing free space optics for long-term measurement of atmosphere atenuation and their temporal changes. There are explained the basic mechanisms affecting atmospheric absorption. At practical part of my thesis there is a free space optics atenuaton calculate between the building Krasnopolska and campus E. The design of a electronic circuit and a design of mechanical construction free space optics follows.
