In an article presents the material of the аnalysis and general conclusions of indicators of the quality of the source «The Swan Princess» and the river Khimki during the year to identify patterns of change in the content of pollutants in the conditions of transformation of anthropogenic load. The results of the research revealed that some indicators the quality of water in water bodies does not match the standards for to water bodies in the recreation area
The Influence of Dietary Factors on the Risk of Urinary Stone Formation
The action of various beverages and foods on the composition of the urine in the circadian rhythm and in the 24-hour urine has been investigated under standardized conditions. Orange juice leads to a significant increase of urinary pH and citric acid excretion. Black tea leads to a raised excretion of oxalic acid by only 7.9%. In the short term, beer increases diuresis, but afterwards leads to a compensatory antidiuresis with increased risk of stone formation. Depending on their composition, mineral waters have very different effects on the urinary constituents. Milk as well as cocoa beverage significantly increase calcium excretion; moreover, cocoa causes an increase in the oxalic acid excretion. The leafy vegetable foods containing oxalate, e.g., spinach and rhubarb, lead to peaks of oxalate excretion of 300-400% in the circadian excretion curve. Cheese leads to a significant rise of calcium excretion with acidification of the urine and lowering of citrate excretion. Calcium excretion is increased by 30% by sodium chloride. Foods containing purine result in an increased uric acid excretion over several days. Depending on their phytic acid content, brans bind calcium, but lead to an increased oxalic acid excretion.
Analysis of the urine indicates that average diet in Germany entails a high risk of urinary stone formation. As a result of the change to a balanced mixed or vegetarian diet, according to the requirements, significant alterations in urinary pH, calcium, magnesium, uric acid, citric acid, cystine, and glycosaminoglycan excretion are measured, resulting in a drastic reduction in the risk of urinary stone formation
Taxonomic and geographic catalogue of the Coleoptera belonging to the family Meloidae of Mexico
(Linnaeus, 1763) (N. atra Beauregard, 1890; N. pallidicollis Beauregard, 1890 y N. violacea
y Tetraonyx (Tetraonyx) bimaculatus (Klug, 1825).[EN] A comprehensive taxonomic catalogue of the Mexican representatives of the family
Meloidae is presented. The catalogue includes a revised synonymical list including type
localities and published geographical records for all known species. The Mexican Fauna
of Meloidae currently includes 255 extant species, plus one only known from the fossil conrecord,
arranged in 21 genera within the subfamilies Meloinae, Nemognathinae and
Tetraonycinae. The last comprehensive catalogue published (Blackwelder, 1945) recorded
the presence of 160 species of Meloidae in México, almost 100 species less than the
current known number. However the current number of species seems to be far below
the actual number, since many species widely distributed along the northern border, within
the United States, are likely to be found also in Mexico.
Regarding taxonomic and nomenclatural changes, in this catalogue we propose the
use of the names Epicauta dugesi Werner, 1957 and Tegrodera erosa extincta
Beauregard, 1890; we propose three new synonymies for Nemognatha chrysomeloides
(Linnaeus, 1763) (N. atra Beauregard, 1890; N. pallidicollis Beauregard, 1890 and N.
violacea Beauregard, 1890) and one for E. dugesi (Epicauta tamara Adams & Selander,
1979); we designate lectotype for Lytta koltzei var. minor Haag-Rutenberg, 1880 with
the goal of resolving the taxonomic problem generated by the previous invalid designation
of lectotype for L. k. var. cyanescens; and finally we consider Cissites maculata
(Swederus, 1787) and Tetraonyx (Tetraonyx) bimaculatus (Klug, 1825) as species to be
possibly excluded from the Mexican checklist.

An open platform for personal health record apps with platform-level privacy protection
One of the main barriers to the adoption of Personal Health Records (PHR) systems is their closed nature. It has been argued in the literature that this barrier can be overcome by introducing an open market of substitutable PHR apps. The requirements introduced by such an open market on the underlying platform have also been derived. In this paper, we argue that MyPHRMachines, a cloud-based PHR platform recently developed by the authors, satisfies these requirements better than its alternatives. The MyPHRMachines platform leverages Virtual Machines as flexible and secure execution sandboxes for health apps. MyPHRMachines does not prevent pushing hospital- or patient-generated data to one of its instances, nor does it prevent patients from sharing data with their trusted caregivers. External software developers have minimal barriers to contribute innovative apps to the platform, since apps are only required to avoid pushing patient data outside a MyPHRMachines cloud. We demonstrate the potential of MyPHRMachines by presenting two externally contributed apps. Both apps provide functionality going beyond the state-of-the-art in their application domain, while they did not require any specific MyPHRMachines platform extension

Foresight Review on Design for Safety
This review explores how a culture of design for safety can enhance the safety of the world around us. Design for safety goes beyond legislation, regulations and standards. These all play an important role for established products and services but their limited scope often leads to missed opportunities to enhance safety by taking a broader perspective.
Design is applied to both mature industries (which have many years of experience and
a good understanding of risks and how to reduce them) and emerging industries (that use new technologies requiring new ways of controlling risk which may not yet be known or understood). An example of an emerging risk is the internet that is enabling rapid innovation of new products which generate data. This data is widely shared across the internet and the risks associated with this are as yet not fully understood by the public.
A design for safety culture takes a holistic approach to understanding the influences that affect safety. Such influences are varied and take into account the broader environment within which design operates, including complex interactions, behaviour and culture.
It goes beyond traditional design methods and focuses on the goal of a safer design.
Implementing design for safety requires an understanding of the challenges and the methods to address them. It needs multidisciplinary teams that bring together people with the relevant skills to understand the challenges and a collaborative approach of ‘designing with’ rather than the more traditional approach of ‘designing for’. This can be achieved through an international diverse community that works together to identify and share best practices

Diversity of cancer-related identities in long-term prostate cancer survivors after radical prostatectomy
BACKGROUND: Individuals affected by cancer need to integrate this experience into their personal biography as their life continues after primary therapy, leading to substantial changes in self-perception. This study identified factors uniquely associated with 5 different cancer-related identities in order to improve the understanding of how self-perception in men affected by prostate cancer is associated with certain clinical and psychosocial characteristics. METHODS: In this cross-sectional study, long-term prostate cancer survivors after radical prostatectomy were asked to choose one of 5 cancer-related identities that described them best. Associations with sociodemographic, clinical, and psychological variables were investigated using multivariable logistic regression. RESULTS: Three thousand three hundred forty-seven men (mean age 78.1 years) surveyed on average 15.6 years after prostatectomy were included. Most men favored the terms “someone who has had cancer” (43.9%) which was associated with a mild disease course, and “patient” (26.3%) which was associated with ongoing therapy and biochemical disease recurrence. The self-descriptions “cancer survivor” (16.8%), “cancer conqueror” (10.9%) and “victim” (2.1%) were less common. “Cancer survivor” was associated with high perceived disease severity (OR: 1.86 [1.44–2.40]). “Cancer survivor” and “cancer conqueror” were related to high benefit finding (OR: 1.89 [1.48–2.40], OR: 1.46 [1.12–1.89] respectively), and only “cancer conqueror” was associated with high well-being (OR: 1.84 [1.35–2.50]). Identification as “victim” was associated with a positive depression screening and low well-being (OR: 2.22 [1.15–4.31], OR: 0.38 [0.20–0.72] respectively) (all p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Although long-term survival is common among men affected by PCa, they display a large diversity in cancer-related identities, which are associated with unique clinical and psychological characteristics. These cancer-related identities and their distinctive properties are associated with psychological well-being even after a long follow-up
