    Results of the August 1977 Soviet and American meterological rocketsonde intercomparison held at Wallops Island, Virginia

    A coordinated program of rocketsonde investigations along about 60 deg E and 70 deg W between the United States and U.S.S.R. is discussed. The rocketsonde instruments used by the U.S. and U.S.S.R. were compared and the results are presented. The U.S. Super Loki Datasonde and the U.S.S.R. M100B rocketsonde are discussed. Results indicate that the U.S/U.S.S.R. rocketsonde measurement agreement improved since the 1973 intercomparisons.     By means of first-principles FLAPW-GGA calculations, we have investigated the electronic properties of the newly synthesized layered phase - (Sr3Sc2O5)Fe2As2. The electronic bands, density of states and Fermi surface have been evaluated. The resembling of our data for (Sr3Sc2O5)Fe2As2 with band structure pictures of known FeAs superconducting materials may be considered as the theoretical background specifying the possibility for (Sr3Sc2O5)Fe2As2 to become a parent phase for new FeAs superconductors.Comment: 10 pages, 4 figures, 3 table

Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajeme dana BOS di SMP Negeri 3 Malili Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur dapat menunjang fasilitas belajar mengajar. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan indikator perencanaan dana BOS dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi, pembentukan tim manajemen BOS, mempersiapkan data jumlah siswa yang akurat, penyusunan RAKS; pelaksanaan atau implmentasi dana BOS dilakukan dengan prosedur pencairan dana, digunakan untuk membiayai kegiatan sekolah sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis, membuat laporan pertanggungjawaban kegiatan dengan prinsip transparan dan akuntabel; dan pengawasan dana BOS di SMP Negeri 3 Malili melalui pengawasan internal oleh kepala sekolah dan komite kabupaten luwu timur.     The problems of developing the risk assessment methods to estimate the level of safety of the vessel under the current conditions on a planned route before staring the pilotage as well as to make the decision on the beginning or suspension of pilotage in order to increase the level of navigational safety are discussed in the paper. Moreover, the application of the research results will reduce the affect of the human factor in decision-making in tasks related to the sea-going vessel’s operation. The developed method for the quantitative assessment of navigational risks will improve the safety of ship’s pilotage. It can also be applied in the decision-making support systems for the navigator in case of collision avoidance actions. The research results presented in this paper can be used to create automatic control systems

    The author examines the object model of the selective dissemination of information (SDI) that forms the basis for designing user information awareness system of the RAS Library for natural Sciences. The SDI system users are offered two types of services: the first is to provide awareness on the list of journals defined by the user, and the second is awareness building on thematic enquiries being formed with the keywords that the user supplies. The suggested SDI system differs from the traditional systems of the kind: designers do not limit the list of journals or the list of primary sources to be addressed within thematic search with the list of full-text resources available by the library’s subscription. This object model and the corresponding SDI system prototype have been operating since 2016. Its successful operation enables to suggest the described object model as a standard model for SDI system.Представлена объектная модель системы избирательного распространения информации (ИРИ), которая легла в основу разработки прототипа системы избирательного информирования пользователей в Библиотеке по естественным наукам РАН. Пользователям системы ИРИ предлагаются два вида обслуживания: оповещения по определяемому самим пользователем перечню научных журналов и оповещения по тематическим запросам, сформированным на основе сообщённых пользователем ключевых слов. Разработанная система избирательного информирования имеет важное отличие от традиционных для библиотечных учреждений систем подобного рода: мы не ограничиваем ни перечень журналов, сообщаемых пользователем, ни перечень первоисточников, обрабатываемых в рамках тематических запросов, теми ресурсами, к которым библиотека имеет полнотекстовый доступ по подписке. Подчёркнуто, что пользователи системы ИРИ получают персональные оповещения посредством рассылки по электронной почте, которые включают обычные поля библиографических описаний и ряд полей для расширения навигационных функций оповещения.Отмечено, что рассмотренная объектная модель и разработанный на её основе прототип системы ИРИ эксплуатировались в Библиотеке по естественным наукам РАН начиная с 2016 г. Успешная эксплуатация позволяет рекомендовать эту объектную модель как типовую для систем ИРИ

    The purpose of the research is to study the composition of biologically active compounds of the experimental biological supplement Fitostimplus and its influence on the biochemical parameters of the blood of calves of the milk growing period, body weight gain, safety. In the experiment Holstein calves starting from the age of 3 days were used during 2 months. The results of studies of the phytobiotic for the presence of biologically active substances showed that it contained 13 different flavonoids and their glycosides, 7 ecdysteroids. As the main flavonoids there were identified luteolin, quercetin, quercetin-3-methyl ether, apigenin, kaempferol, and as ecdysteroids - ecdysten, inocosterone and augasterone C. The total concentration of the studied extractives (flavonoids, ecdysteroids) in terms of dry product corresponded to 3.594 mg/g. The concentration of lactic acid microorganisms in Phytostimplus was 4×106 CFU/g. In the experiment on calves (n = 5 per group) it was found that after daily oral administration for 60 days Phytostimplus in doses of 1.0; 2.0; 3.0 grams per head, the average daily gain in live weight in the experimental groups exceeded that in the control by 6.3-27.7 %. The best indicator of the average daily gain in live weight of calves was noted with the introduction of 2.0 and 3.0 grams (27.7 and 18.2 % higher than in the control, respectively), safety in all groups was 100 %. A month after the start of the experiment, the phosphorus index in the blood of calves in all experimental (from 3.1±0.07 to 3.4±0.02 mmol/l) and control (3.1±0.01 mmol/l) groups exceeded reference values by 6.9-17.2 %. At the end of the experiment, the phosphorus index in the experimental (from 2.7±0.22 to 2.8±0.07 mmol/l) and control (2.6±0.01 mmol/l) groups returned to normal. Glucose in the experimental and control groups (from 5.3±0.2 to 5.9±0.1 mmol/l) was 15-28.2 % higher than the reference values. Other studied biochemical parameters in the experimental groups: ALT (from 13.4±1.6 to 19.9±2.2 units/l), AST (from 56.3±3.2 to 63.3±4.8 units/l), total protein (from 62.0±0.1 to 65.0±0.1 g/l), albumins (from 39.3±1.4 to 41.5±2.4 g/l), creatinine (from 64.8±3.5 to 72.8±6.6 µmol/l), urea (from 2.7±0.16 to 3.6±0.3 mmol/l)– did not go beyond the physiological norm. Thus, by the end of the experiment, Phytostimulus contributed to an increase in the average daily gain of calves in comparison with the control. The effective doses of Phytostimplus for calves of the milk growing period were established, which, in terms of the main substance, corresponded to 2-3 g/head per day
