ANALISIS POLA KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG TERHADAP DAYA TARIK WISATA TAMAN SARI YOGYAKARTA DENGAN IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (IPA)

Visitor Satisfaction is a comparison between the performance expected by the customer compared to the actual performance in the field. When actual performance is higher than customer expectations, the customer feels satisfied and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of managers in providing good service to tourists and measuring customer satisfaction to the services provided while in Taman Sari Yogyakarta Tourism Object, by knowing the quality of performance of officers or managers in providing services to tourists are expected to be able to make improvements and evaluation of the management of servants so that the object of Taman Sari Cultural Tourism can be a tourist attraction that is in demand by tourists not only because of its tourist attraction but because of the quality of the servants who are good to tourists. Kepuasan Pengunjung adalah Perbandingan antara kinerja yang diharapkan oleh pelanggan dibandingkan dengan kinerja aktual di lapangan. Ketika kinerja aktual lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan harapan pelanggan maka pelanggan merasakan puas dan sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja dari pengelola dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada wisatawan dan mengukur kepuasaan pelanggan terhadapat pelayanan yang diberikan selama berada di Objek Wisata Taman Sari Yogykarta , dengan mengetahui kualitas kinerja petugas atau pengelola dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada wisatawan diharapkan mampu melakukan pembenahan dan evaluasi terhadap management pelayan sehinggan Objek Wisata Budaya Taman Sari dapat menjadi objek wisata yang diminati oleh wisatawan bukan hanya karena objek wisata nya melainkan karena kualitas pelayan yang baik kepada wisatawan

ADAPTASI ELEMEN RUANG PEDESAAN TERHADAP KEGIATAN PARIWISATA DI KAWASAN BOROBUDUR

The Borobudur area is a cultural heritage area that is not only an ancestral cultural heritage but also a tourist attraction. The development of heritage tourism in the Borobudur area has developed not only around the temple. However, it has developed into the residential area of the surrounding villagers as a rural tourism activity. This tourism activity impacts changes in elements of rural space, such as houses, public facilities, and roads, thus affecting the authenticity value as a rural tourist attraction, which is the basis for developing a tourist village. The setting and resources, the basic concept of a tourist village, are the spatial system of changing rural space elements. This spatial change of elements is caused by the spatial adaptation made by the user due to changes in ideas and behavior, which are influenced by additional functions in the space element. This study aims to explain the process of adapting spatial elements in tourist villages in the Borobudur area, using a rationalistic qualitative research method with multiple case studies with case units of 3 tourist villages in the Borobudur area, including Borobudur, Candirejo, and Wanurejo villages. The research findings are the process and form of adaptation of rural spatial elements. Edukasi Tabungan Simpanan Pelajar (SIMPEL) bagi Siswa SMP Islam Al Azhar 25 Tangerang Selatan

This Community Service is motivated by the lack of financial literacy in Al Azhar 25 Islamic Middle School which is still low. As one of the schools that has a number of students from various middle to upper socio-economic backgrounds, Al Azhar Middle School students have the competency to set aside some of their pocket money and save. Simpel is one of OJK's initiatives to expand access to finance for students as well as teach and familiarize them with managing money from an early age. This PKM is implemented with the aim of raising awareness and habits of saving so that it can help students manage their finances independently in the future. The method for implementing PKM uses the counseling method regarding Education about Student Savings Savings (SIMPEL) and the question and answer method afterwards. The result of this Community Service is the growing awareness of the importance of saving and the growing habit of managing finances wisely by Al Azhar 25 Islamic Middle School students

Analysis of the utilization of Mandala Krida Stadium and GOR Among Rogo assets

This article gives an overview of the literature on asset management for multi-unit systems with an emphasis on two multi-asset method: Benefit Cost Analysis and SWOT Analysis. As asset systems become more complicated, researchers have employed different terms to refer to their specific problems. With an objective to facilitate readers in searching conducive studies to their interests, this paper establishes a novel classification scheme for multi-unit systems in accordance with essential features such as diversity of assets and intervention options. Moreover, discerning differences in characteristics between cross-component and cross-asset interactions, we select three types of potential multi-component dependencies (performance, stochastic, and resource) and extend their notions to be applicable to multi-asset systems. This comprehensive information allows us to offer the insights into the current trends in multi-asset maintenance. We expect that the output of this review paper will not only stress research gaps in multi-asset systems, but more importantly help systematise future studies on this aspect

Penerapan Produk Wisata yang Berkelanjutan di DIY dalam Menyongsong Abad Samudra Hindia

The southern coast of Yogyakarta, is one area that has the potential to be developed as sustainable tourism in DIY, such as Parangtritis Beach, Glagah Beach and Baron Beach. This article discusses the system of processing sustainable tourism products that exist in the southern region of DIY in order to become leading tourism in welcoming the Indian Ocean Century. Research has been conducted using descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using observation and interviews with Tiagulation analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. The results show that Parangtritis Beach is superior to Glagah Beach and Baron Beach in terms of developing attractiveness, facilities and accessibility. In addition, the relationship between the partnership pattern between the government and the tourism industry is very well coordinated and community empowerment is also seen as a mobilizer. Tourism product development, partnership patterns and community empowerment at Baron Beach have been carried out effectively and sustainably. Whereas in Glagah Beach, the processing of tourism products has experienced many obstacles, due to the construction of Yogyakarta's new airport which has an impact on the condition of tourism products as well as a shift in land use from the center of agro-tourism activities to the new airport area and lack of attention from the local government

SOSIALISASI PEMBELAJARAN HIGHER ORDER THINGKING SKILL HOTS UNTUK GURU SMA NEGERI 1 SIPORA KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN MENTAWAI

The challenges of the 21st century require students to have the ability to analyse, solve problems, and creativity through Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based learning. Learning implemented in schools must be able to develop critical thinking, creative thinking, collaboration and communication skills. The main purpose of HOTS is to improve learners' thinking ability at a higher level, especially in receiving various types of information, solving problems, arguing well, and making decisions in complex situations. Through HOTS, learners are expected to learn new things and apply them to different situations. The methods used included lectures, questions and answers, and practice in preparing HOTS-based syllabus and lesson plans. The resource person provided material on the concept of HOTS and LOTS based on Bloom's Taxonomy, as well as how to integrate them in the syllabus and lesson plans. The results of this activity show that teachers have understood the preparation of HOTS-based syllabus and lesson plans, although there are still some obstacles in applying the HOTS concept

Developing an Organic Liquid Fertilizer Booklet to Support The Sustainable Reserve Food Garden (SRFG) Program at Tunggak Cerme, Wonomerto, Probolinggo

The aim of this study is to develop and test organic liquid fertilizer booklet to support SRFG program. This study used ADDIE model which consists of analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluation. The product tests are validity test and practicality test. The validity test result by the material expert, media expert, and field practitioner are 95,5%, 98,5%, 97,9%, showed that the booklet is valid. The practicality test result is 91,1%, showed that the booklet is practical
