In general, elementary school age children (SD) are experiencing development at their thinking level, elementary school children's thinking stages are still not formal and are still concrete in nature. Therefore, the teacher must present material that is real so that elementary students can understand the concept completely. Based on the results of interviews with several mathematics teachers and principals, information was obtained that mathematics learning is carried out very rarely using media, especially in the form of props or other innovative media. Regarding the above problems, we are interested in conducting training through a community service program entitled "PKM Training on Making Mathematics Learning Media at SDN Jatimekar 02." This PKM is carried out in the form of three meetings training. The training participants were a number of teachers at SDN Jatimekar 02 Pagi. The presentation material in this service activity is: (1) The concept of learning media that is in accordance with the characteristics of Mathematics subjects along with examples of implementation in learning (2) Making learning implementation plans (RPP) with appropriate learning media (3) Simulation of implementing cooperative learning media in learning, and (4) assessment of learning using instructional media. Based on the results of the evaluation, 28 out of 32 participants understood the concept of learning media well, 25 participants were able to develop plans for implementing learning using media, and 30 participants were able to use media when learning in class

Sustaining Economic Exploitation of Complex Ecosystems in Computational Models of Coupled Human-Natural Networks

Understanding ecological complexity has stymied scientists for decades. Recent elucidation of the famously coined "devious strategies for stability in enduring natural systems" has opened up a new field of computational analyses of complex ecological networks where the nonlinear dynamics of many interacting species can be more realistically mod-eled and understood. Here, we describe the first extension of this field to include coupled human-natural systems. This extension elucidates new strategies for sustaining extraction of biomass (e.g., fish, forests, fiber) from ecosystems that account for ecological complexity and can pursue multiple goals such as maximizing economic profit, employment and carbon sequestration by ecosystems. Our more realistic modeling of ecosystems helps explain why simpler "maxi-mum sustainable yield" bioeconomic models underpinning much natural resource extraction policy leads to less profit, biomass, and biodiversity than predicted by those simple models. Current research directions of this integrated natu-ral and social science include applying artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and multiplayer online games

Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA) and Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) also Government of Lampung Province have launched the ITERA Astronomical Observatory or known with Observatorium Astronomi ITERA Lampung (OAIL). On 20th November 2016, the coordinates of the observatory were determined 05o 27’ 71” S and 105o 09’ 39” E with height of 1030 above sea level. Development of OAIL area will be the center of education in science field especially in Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences. OAIL also will become the center of ecotourism in Lampung Province which can become a tourist attraction for the people in Lampung even outside Lampung. Therefore, it is necessary that management and development be directed so that the main function of the observatory is not disturbed. In this research will do assessment about OAIL area by distribute questionnaire to some related agencies to evaluate whether OAIL area can be a specific area or not. From 50 respondents, there are 35 respondents say that OAIL area is appropriate as a specific area and 15 respondents say vice verca

This research is aimed to describe phatic category of Minangkabau language from its form and USAge function in that kaba Si Gadih Ranti. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. Data of this research is collected with the collecting technique by reading and understanding the data. Analyzing data technique in this research is done by inventing the described data, classifying data and analyzing it based on the research aim and making the summary. Based on the analyzed data, it can be concluded the invention from the research. They are: first, from the phatic form in Kaba Si Gadih Ranti found that there are four forms: (1) phatic particle, lah, pun, koh: (2) phatic blending: iyolah, disiko, hanyo lai, iyo juo (3) phatic word :iyo, garan, nantun, bana, malah, iko, nangko: and (4) phatic phrase: birawari, adok kapado, lorong kapado. Second, from its function in Kaba Si Gadih Ranti found that there are five phatic function, (1) emphasize, (2) separate, (3) strengthen, (4) convince, and (5) start the new paragraph of the story

Three sub-districts of Minneapolis Sidoarjo regency, which are Sedati, Candi, and Jabon are not only had superior fishery products, but it also has a potential area to be a highly prospective marine ecotourism. This quantitative research aims to analyze the public relations mix of Sidoarjo Regency, empowerment, community participation, supply chain management and sustainable marine ecotourism development. The research data is conducted by distributing questionnaires towards 204 respondents; then, data collection will be coded and analyzed by utilizing multiple linear regression SPSS 20. The findings show that the development of sustainable marine ecotourism affected by several factors; public relations mix, the role of the regional government, empowerment, and community participation, which is 30,1%. The most influential factors are the role of government, empowerment, and community participation. Whereas, the public relations mix that is utilized by the government does not affect the development of sustainable marine ecotourism. The innovation of this research are, first, the role of government that is supported by community participation and empowerment can enhance sustainable marine ecotourism development. Second, the natural, human, budgetary and cultural resources are the primary capital in developing sustainable marine ecotourism.

The Implementation of Good Governance Principles in the Asset Management of Regional-Owned Enterprises of South Sulawesi Province

At the local government level, activities related to regional autonomy and decentralization go beyond merely implementing financial decentralization from the Central Government to Local Governments or Local Governments to Local Government Work Units (SKPD). It also includes the decentralization of asset management at the regional business unit level. The Regional State-Owned Enterprise (Perseroda) of South Sulawesi Province, as one of the units of Regional-Owned Enterprises, requires proper governance to promote regional autonomy and optimize regional revenue. Therefore, it is crucial to implement good governance principles to ensure accountable financial and asset management, which represents a government’s success in providing public services. The implementation of good governance principles includes accountable, transparent, and law-abiding asset management. This study aims to analyze the application of the values and principles of good governance in asset management within the Perseroda of South Sulawesi Province. The study adopts a qualitative approach, and data are collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The data analysis technique is an interactive model, with data validity tested through triangulation. The results indicate that the application of values and principles of good governance in asset management still needs improvement due to constraints related to the quality of human resources and the adoption of technology in asset management. Efforts to enhance the quality of human resources, employee motivation, socialization, and control mechanisms for implementing good corporate governance must be optimized, with the aim of integrating these principles and values within the body of Perseroda in South Sulawesi Province. Keywords: asset governance, good governance, regional-owned enterprise

Biodegradable foam with cassava starch, protein and chitosan as the basic ingredients can be produced by using baking process method. Variation on magnesium stearate amount and protein types gave different effect on the biodegradable foam quality. The amount of magnesium stearate was varied as 1; 1.6; 2.2; 2.8; 3.4 and 4 % w/w and the sources of protein used in this research were taken from soy bean, peanut and egg white. The foam produced in this research was then tested for its mechanical properties, water resistance and biodegradability. It was found that addition of magnesium stearate as much as 4% w/w reduced water adsorption and biodegradability of foam. Magnesium stearate affected the ability of absorption of water and foam degradation, but did not influence on tensile strength. Different types of protein also gave influence on water absorption, biodegradability and tensile strength. The best improvement of tensile strenght among the compounds tested was shown by soy bean based foam
