    Zeldovich flow on cosmic vacuum background: new exact nonlinear analytical solution

    A new exact nonlinear Newtonian solution for a plane matter flow superimposed on the isotropic Hubble expansion is reported. The dynamical effect of cosmic vacuum is taken into account. The solution describes the evolution of nonlinear perturbations via gravitational instability of matter and the termination of the perturbation growth by anti-gravity of vacuum at the epoch of transition from matter domination to vacuum domination. On this basis, an `approximate' 3D solution is suggested as an analog of the Zeldovich ansatz.Comment: 9 pages, 1 figure

The object of the study is the non-interchangeable token technology. The subject of the study is the fields of practical application of NFT. The method is an analytical review of scientific publications. The current state and socio-cultural sources of the NFT market related to works of art and media objects are analysed. The technological and legal problems preventing the wide spread of NFT in the business environment are identified. The prospects for the use of non-fungible tokens in the field of protection and commercialization of patent law objects are considered

    The conceptual model of sustainable development of the rubal sector

    On the one hand, the relevance of the studied issue is determined by growing lag of rural territorial units in socioeconomic development, and one the other by their significance in such important aspects of the country, as ensuring food supply security, preservation of the available land, production, ecological, demographic and human potential. The aim of the article is to develop the conceptual model of sustainable development of rural areas, which is based on the system of indicators of quality of living of rural population. The leading method for studying this issue is modeling, which allows to consider it as a targeted and organized process of formation of the concept of sustainable development of the rural sector of the regional economy using the example of the studies of experience of sustainable development of the Kinel-Cherkassky municipal district of the Samara region. The results: the analysis of consistence and tendencies of development of agrarian potential of rural areas of the Samara region was carried out for the purpose of implementation of the conceptual model of sustainable development and assessment of further prospects in the production sphere of the village; the main reasons for disproportion in sustainable development of rural areas of the Samara region are identified. The materials of this article can be used for theoretical conclusions, methodological developments and working knowledge in activities of bodies of the regional government and local self-government when developing the concept and programs of sustainable development of rural municipalities.     Quality of life in headache patients with analgesic overuse and therapy efficiency

    Patients satisfying the IHS criteria for analgesic-overuse headache (AOH) were investigated in during the withdrawal therapy: 25 of them received amitriptyline 25 mg twice a day and 10,0 ml of Cerebrolysin daily (20 intravenous infusions). The group of comparison consisted of 12 age-and sex-matched patients with the headache of the same type treated with amitriptyline only. The methods included Spilberger’s questionnaire, Beck’s inventory, Goetheborg quality of life (QoL) inventory, Attention Test Score, 100-point pain visual analogous scale. Results: QoL was reduced in AOH patients, inversely significantly correlating with "pain days” per week (R=0,714; p=0,004), analgesic intake frequency (R=0,760; p=0,001), with anxiety (p=0,022-0,005) and depression (R=0,543; p=0,044) scores. After 20-days treatment frequency and intensity of headaches reduced in both groups as well as the analgesic intake. The attention score worsened in group of comparison (possibly because of side effect of amitriptiline) and improved in the group of combined therapy.     Many pathogens use metabolic pathway of arginine for successful dissemination. Bacterial arginine deiminase hydrolyzes arginine to form one molecule of ammonia and two molecules of ATP. The activity of the enzyme contributes to the improvement of survival of pathogenic bacteria in conditions of low pH at the site of infection or in phagolysosome, as well as in anaerobic conditions, and also leads to deficiency of arginine. Metabolism of arginine plays an important role in regulating the functions of immune system cells in mammals. Arginine is a substrate of enzymes NOS and arginase. Arginine depletion, potentially contributs to immunosuppression. The review analyzed the literature data on the effect of streptococcal arginine deiminase on the metabolism of arginine eukaryotic cells, and discusses immunosuppressive action of the enzyme

    Why 'scaffolding' is the wrong metaphor : the cognitive usefulness of mathematical representations.

    The metaphor of scaffolding has become current in discussions of the cognitive help we get from artefacts, environmental affordances and each other. Consideration of mathematical tools and representations indicates that in these cases at least (and plausibly for others), scaffolding is the wrong picture, because scaffolding in good order is immobile, temporary and crude. Mathematical representations can be manipulated, are not temporary structures to aid development, and are refined. Reflection on examples from elementary algebra indicates that Menary is on the right track with his β€˜enculturation’ view of mathematical cognition. Moreover, these examples allow us to elaborate his remarks on the uniqueness of mathematical representations and their role in the emergence of new thoughts.Peer reviewe

    The objective of this study is to identify the associations of polymorphism of matrix metalloproteinase genes with multifactorial diseases and evaluate in silico their functional effects. The material for the study was genomic DNA isolated from venous blood samples by the standard phenol-chloroform extraction method. The rs2250889 MMP9, rs11568818 MMP7 and rs17576 MMP9 polymorphic loci were studied using the polymerase chain reaction on a CFX-96 Real-Time System thermal cycler (Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc., US) using oligonucleotide primers and probes synthesized by Syntol LLC, Russia
