Research of Influence of Potassium-rich Diets on the Physical Performance of Students

The aim of the work is the scientific substantiation and experimental support of the expedience and use of potassium-cationic water for improving the bread quality and the study of the influence of potassium-rich diets on the physical performance of students. There was studied the influence of potassium cations on the activity of proteolytic enzymes of wheat flour. It was established, that at using potassium-cationic water, the output of wet gluten (35,1 %) essentially increases, at that the output of dry one (8,4 %) decreases to the same extent that is a positive factor in the bakery technology. It was proved that enriching the vital medium of bakery yeast by potassium cations essentially activates their ability to hydrolysis of maltose that favors activation of the process of gassing (Maltase activity – 35,1 min). The process of gassing influences the speed of dough-conduction and ready bread quality, especially volume (357,7, 100 g/ml), porosity (79,1 %) and crumb ability to compression (33,5 c.u.). It was established, that consumption of bread, produced on potassium-cationic water, favors the strengthening of the heart muscle tone, improvement of the general condition of the organism, especially, physical endurance and performance

Платформи онлайн-освіти як ефективні канали комунікації

У статті розглянуто появу, формування та розвиток онлайн-освіти у світі та в Україні; розкрито походження найбільших студій онлайн-освіти (massive open online courses studios), еволюціювання онлайн-курсів, та різновиди онлайн-курсів станом на сьогодні. Також розглянуто специфіку діяльності студій онлайн-освіти в Україні та їх відмінності порівняно із західним зразком. Темп упровадження e-learning у українських закладах вищої освіти, разом зі супроводжуючими легітимними та мотиваційними факторами, також розглянуто. Окрім цього, у статті розкрито суть медіа-комерціалізації, тобто діяльності пов’язаної з отриманням прибутку завдяки впливу на медіа-аудиторії; досліджено доцільність замовлення та розміщення онлайн-курсів на інтерактивних освітніх платформах з метою отримання вигоди для бізнесу. Також у даній статті розглянуто поняття аутентичності реклами, досліджено потребу перетворення суто рекламного матеріалу у корисний та життєвий; зазначено переваги нативної реклами, втіленої в освітніх онлайн-курсах. Для обґрунтування необхідності комерціалізації сучасних інформаційних медіа-ресурсів (зокрема, студій онлайн-освіти), у статті було розглянуто українську організацію “EdEra”. Дана організація з’явилася у національній сфері онлайн-освіти однією з перших і встигла здобути визнання у декількох сотень тисяч українських освітян станом на 2019 рік. Наразі “EdEra” випускає освітні онлайн-курси під замовлення і розглядає можливість випуску авторських курсів (тобто власних). Щоб розкрити суть медіа-комерціалізаці, у статті наведено аргументи на користь перенесення рекламного матеріалу у контент освітніх онлайн-курсів, зокрема студії онлайн-освіти “EdEra”; також доведено застарілість сучасних способів Інтернет-реклами. Крім того, було розкрито суть аутентичної реклами та запропоновано варіанти введення подібної реклами задля комерціалізації освітніх онлайн -курсів. Також у статті розглянуто динаміку використання Інтернету в Україні та світі і наведено аргументи на користь зміни рекламного підходу у зв’язку з розвитком технологій блокування Інтернет-оголошень. Поєднавши сучасні тренди розвитку реклами та темпи зростання популярності нетрадиційної (тобто цифрової) освіти, у статті доводиться доцільність комерціалізації освітніх курсів для студій онлайн-освіти світу та, зокрема, організації “EdEra”.The article examines the emergence, formation and development of online education in the world and in Ukraine; research also reveals the origin of the largest massive open online course (MOOC) studios, the evolution of online courses and the variety of online courses at present. In addition, the article is also focused on specifics of Ukrainian MOOC studios in comparison with western MOOC studios. The pace of implementing e-learning into Ukrainian higher education institutions is also revealed, so as the corresponding legislative and motivational components of the process. In addition, the article reveals the essence of media commercialization – activities aimed at receiving profits due to the influence upon media audiences; the article also examines the expediency of ordering and placing online courses at interactive education platforms with a view of receiving advantages by businesses; advertising’s necessity of authenticity, so as the benefits of native advertising embodied in online courses are examined as well. In order to justify the need for commercialization of modern informational media resources (in particular, online education studios), “EdEra” organization was taken as the example. This organization appeared in Ukraine as one of the first online education studios and managed to earn the recognition of several hundred thousand Ukrainian educators as of 2019. Currently “EdEra” produces online educational courses upon the order but it considers creating its own courses (meaning they belong to “EdEra” and no one else). In order to reveal the essence of media-commercialization, the article provides arguments in favor of promotional materials’ shift to the content of educational online courses, particularly EdEra’s; it also revises modern Internet advertising methods that prove to be obsolete and non-effective. In addition, the essence of authentic advertising was disclosed and proposed for the commercialization of educational online courses. Also, the article discusses the dynamics of the Internet usage in Ukraine and worldwide, and promotes changing of the advertising approach in regard to the development of Internet ad blocking technologies. Taking into account modern trends of the advertising development and growing popularity of the non-traditional (digital) education, the article suggests the expediency of commercializing educational courses for the online education studios worldwide and for “EdEra” organization in particular

Оцінка впливу інновацій на збереження ресурсів підприємства

The article is devoted to a topical issue of the influence of innovations on the process of resource saving and increase of efficiency of functioning of enterprises. Resource saving is a necessary condition for effective functioning of an enterprise that contributes to the solution of the problem of the growing demand of manufacturing in resources mainly due to savings and provides for decrease in the resource intensity of the products, and as a result, increases production efficiency through their most efficient use. Steady growth of production in the long term depends not so much on resource opportunities, but on the innovation activity of enterprises. The purpose of writing this article is the assessment of innovation activity of industrial enterprises on the process of resource saving, identification of the patterns and quality parameters of their interconnection by the methods of correlation-regression analysis. For the study and evaluation of the impact of innovation on the consumption of resources in the production process, we proposed scientific methodological approach, based on economic-mathematical simulation of the interaction between innovation and production processes and determining of the results of this relationship in resource saving. The application of this approach to the analysis and evaluation of innovation activities allowed supplementing the classification of factors of resource saving, which unlike the existing classification includes such features as the costs in the direction of innovation activity, namely: the level of general costs for innovation activity; the level of innovation spending on the introduction of new machinery, equipment, installations, other types of main production funds; the level of innovation spending on the introduction of new technologies; the level of spending on research and development. Based on this, we developed a scorecard, which consists of the indicators of resource intensity and efficiency of production, as well as the level of spending on innovation for identification and explanation of the patterns of interaction between the target economic indicators and the studied factors by economic-mathematical modeling and creation of management tool for innovation activity at resource saving at a machine-building enterprise. The proposed algorithm of activities provides the most efficient and economical use of resources and includes the simulation of interaction between innovation and production activity, assessment of the impact of implemented innovations on the production process, forecasting indicators of these processes. Its application allows planning the volume of investments by specific directions of innovation activity and the proper level of resource saving. The key factors of innovation activity were established that influence the efficiency of resource saving, the pattern of their influence on the process of production was defined, the estimation and prediction of economic indicators of functioning businesses were carried out, by which one can plan their value and, consequently, the results of an entity's performance. Моделювання впливу технологічних нововведень на зростання ефективності виробництва

Невід’ємний інструмент підвищення ефективності промислового виробництва – активізація інноваційної діяльності, яка заснована на застосуванні досягнень науково-технічного прогресу (НТП). Саме це обумовлює необхідність розробки науково обґрунтованих підходів до управління інноваційною діяльністю, спрямованою на підвищення ефективності використання ресурсів і результатів діяльності промислових підприємств, а також визначення напрямів її організації. Підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства пов’язане із його умінням пристосовуватися до особливостей сучасної конкуренції і швидких змін ринкового середовища, своєчасно реагувати на ці зміни, визначати стратегічні напрями діяльності, зокрема такі, як застосування нових технологій і створення ефективних механізмів упровадження інновацій. Мета роботи – моделювання впливу технологічних нововведень на підвищення ефективності виробництва шляхом математичного опису закономірностей взаємодії інноваційної і виробничої діяльності промислового підприємства та визначення кількісного впливу впроваджених нових технологій на зниження ресурсомісткості продукції і поліпшення результатів роботи суб’єктів господарювання промислового сектора економіки. Досліджено вплив технологічних нововведень на показники витрат ресурсів виробництва на основі економіко-математичного моделювання взаємодії виробничого та інноваційного процесів. Розроблено моделі кореляційної залежності ресурсомісткості виробництва від упровадження нових технологій на промисловому підприємстві Дніпропетровської області (Україна), за допомогою яких встановлено та математично описано закономірність впливу технологічних нововведень на величину економічних показників виробничої діяльності промислового підприємства. Створені економіко-математичні моделі дозволили розрахувати кількісне співвідношення витратомісткості продукції та інвестиційних витрат на прогресивне технологічне оновлення виробництва, а встановлені інтервальні межі – прогнозувати можливі зміни показників виробництва в результаті впровадження нових технологій і планувати результати діяльності підприємства залежно від його інвестиційно-інноваційної активності. У ході аналізу розраховано параметри, які характеризують якість розроблених моделей і свідчать про їх адекватність і можливість застосування на практиці. Наукова новизна дослідження – встановлено й надано математичне пояснення закономірностей взаємодії показників інноваційної та виробничої діяльності, оцінний кількісний вплив нових технологій на зростання ефективності роботи промислових підприємств. Практичне значення дослідження – розроблені моделі дозволяють обчислювати величину показників ресурсомісткості та ефективності виробництва, які відповідають певній сумі інвестицій у нові технології, та визначати зміну величини показників виробничої діяльності в результаті впливу зміни обсягу інвестицій у технологічні нововведення, а отже, прогнозувати і планувати результати і ступінь зростання ефективності виробництва на основі наявних інвестиційних ресурсів. Їх кількісне співвідношення дозволяє оцінити якісний і кількісний вплив упроваджених нових технологій на підвищення ефективності роботи підприємства. Перспективним напрямом подальших досліджень за темою даної роботи можна вважати створення механізму управління інвестиційно-інноваційною діяльністю і ефективністю виробництва на основі техніко-технологічного оновлення матеріально-технічної бази підприємства

Specifics of the Russian society, manifested in culture and set of population’s values cause underestimation of social constituents when breaking labor safety rules. At the same time, industrial infrastructure differs significantly from the environment, so safety in these conditions tends to change its essential characteristics. Деятельность библиотек по продвижению научной грамотности: обзор зарубежных исследований

Science plays an important role in ensuring the society’s well-being and performs a number of functions, of which the most significant are to build new knowledge, improve education, and increase the quality of life. The new stage of science-society communications is characterized by the expansion of civil participation in planning, conducting and financing of scientific research. One of the main tasks of science communication is to increase scientific literacy (SL) of nonscientists. The documents analysis demonstrates that the developed countries pay special attention to scientific thinking and SL promotion, and all social institutions, including libraries, are engaged in appropriate activities. In recent decades, the study of the SL formation features has become a popular research topic worldwide. However, Russian library studies pay insufficient attention to the foreign experience in the field. The goal of this paper is to review and analyze English-language publications on “scientific literacy in libraries”. The author characterizes in detail such vectors of activities as development of popular science collections, participation of libraries in STEM education, and other practices of foreign libraries in teaching SL.Наука играет важную роль в обеспечении благосостояния общества и выполняет целый ряд функций, наиболее значимыми из которых являются создание новых знаний, совершенствование образования и повышение качества жизни. В настоящее время коммуникации науки и общества находятся на новом этапе развития, связанном с расширением участия общества в планировании, проведении и финансировании научных исследований. В этих условиях одной из основных задач взаимодействия науки и общества становится повышение научной грамотности (НГ) людей, не принадлежащих к числу учёных. Как показал анализ публикаций, развитию научного мышления и продвижению НГ придаётся особое значение во всех развитых странах мира. В эти процессы включены разные социальные институты, в том числе и библиотеки. На протяжении последних десятилетий формирование НГ населения является популярной темой зарубежных исследований. Однако в отечественной библиотековедческой литературе описанию данного международного опыта уделяется недостаточно внимания. Цель статьи – путём анализа англоязычных публикаций выявить и рассмотреть основные исследования по теме «Научная грамотность в зарубежных библиотеках».
