    Досвід застосування первинно-нефункціонуючого анастомозу у хворих на колоректальний рак, ускладнений кишковою непрохідністю

    Проаналізовано безпосередні результати операційного лікування 86 хворих на рак проксимальних відділівпрямої кишки, ректосигмоїдного кута, сигмоподібної кишки, ускладнених обтураційною кишковою непрохідністю,в стадії субкомпенсації та декомпенсації із застосуванням первинно-нефункціонуючого анастомозу (патент№ 72889). Після застосування даного способу неспроможність швів анастомозу виникла в одного хворого (1,2 %).Виконання передньої резекції прямої кишки із первинно-нефункціонуючим анастомозом і превентивноютрансверзостомою забезпечує адекватну декомпресію товстої кишки, надійну профілактику неспроможностіколоректального анастомозу і дозволяє уникнути складних реконструктивно-відновних операцій

    The study of antithrombotic efficacy, safety and tolerability of aspirin generic in patients with coronary heart disease.

    The aim of the study was to investigate the antithrombotic efficiency, safety and tolerance of Lospirintm in patients with coronary artery disease. The study involved 50 patients (32 men and 18 women) aged 40-65 years with disease duration from 3 to 27 years, receiving daily one tablet of Lospirintm (75 mg) for 28 days as an antiplatelet agent in addition to basic therapy. General clinical data, hemodynamic parameters, laboratory results of blood tests, urine and agregant state of blood plasma were assessed. During the period of drug application side effects/reactions were not registered. Tolerance of Lospirintm was satisfactory in 100% of patients. Drug intake for 28 days gave good antiplatelet results in 90% of patients with coronary artery disease

    RESULTS OF INVESTIGATIONS OF THERMAL RESISTIBILITY OF PROTOTYPES OF ALUMINUM ALLOY PANELS OF FUEL TANK OF AIRPLANE TO DIRECT ACTION OF NORMALIZED COMPONENTS OF ARTIFICIAL LIGHTNING CURRENT

    Purpose. Implementation of calculation-experimental determination of thermal resistibility of walls of aluminum alloy panels of different thickness of fuel tank of the airplane designed in Ukraine to direct action on them of normalized components of current of artificial lightning. Methodology. Theoretical bases of thermophysics, bases of theoretical electrophysics, bases of measuring technique, electrophysics bases of technique of high-voltage and large pulsed currents. Results. The results of calculation-experimental investigations of thermal resistibility of prototypes with the necessary sheeting flat rectangular panels of fuel tank of the designed airplane are resulted measuring 550 mm ´ 800 mm and from 1.2 to 4 mm thick of aluminum alloy B95 is easily soiled to direct action on them in obedience to the operating requirements of normative documents of the USA SAE ARP 5412 and SAE ARP 5416 of A-, B- and C*- component of current of artificial lightning (1А area), and also D-, B- and C*- components of current of artificial lightning (2А area) with the normalized amplitude-temporal parameters (ATPs). It is determined that the tested panels of fuel tank of airplane in 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm and 1.8 mm thick for an area of 1А and 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm thick for an area of 2А are thermally unstable to the direct shots in them of plasma channel of a storm discharge imitated in laboratory terms with the indicated components of current of artificial lightning. It is shown that thermal resistibility to lightning of the tested panels of fuel tank of airplane is determined of ATP shortened protracted C*- components of current of artificial lightning, causing appearance in them of the rounded small holes of melting the radius of rk and depth of hk. For finding by a calculation by the sizes of rk and hk in the indicated panels of fuel tank of airplane, struck in an air atmosphere a direct blow in them the imitated storm discharge, the proper close correlations are recommended. The capacity of these calculation correlations is confirmed results executed by the powerful high-voltage generator of impulsive current of artificial lightning of type of UITOM-1 of model experiments created in Ukraine. Originality. The calculation and experimental estimations of thermal resistibility of flat duralumin panels of fuel tank of the airplane designed in Ukraine are first executed to the direct action on them for the areas of 1А and of 2А of plasma channel of the imitated storm discharge with the normalized indicated documents of ATP flows on it (to the channel) A (D)-, B- and C*- components of current of artificial lightning. Practical value. Taking into account the executed calculation-experimental investigations a practical conclusion is done that for prevention in the case of direct blow in the being in an air atmosphere airplane of plasma channel of lightning with normalized ATPs indicated components of its pulsed current of self-ignition of fuel steams in the examined duralumin tank of the designed airplane and its catastrophe the thickness of wall of an aluminum alloy B95 of this tank with the proper sheeting must make no less than 1.8 mm for the area of 2A and no less than 2 mm for the area of 1A

Показано, что указанные ИО панелей топливного бака самолета толщиной 1,2 мм, 1,5 мм и 1,8 мм для зоны 1А и толщиной 1,2 мм и 1,5 мм для зоны 2А не удовлетворяют требованиям термической стойкости к прямому действию на них используемых компонент тока искусственной молнии с нормированными амплитудно-временными параметрами (АВП). Расчетно-экспериментальным путем с применением капиллярного контроля установлено, что для зон 1А и 2А прямое действие соответствующих компонент тока искусственной молнии с нормированными АВП на ИО панелей топливного бака самолета указанной толщины приводит к их сквозному проплавлению, способному вызвать взрыв топливных паров в рассматриваемом баке самолета и его катастрофу.

    Proliferation activity and hormonal status of atypical hyperplasia and endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the endometrium

    Atypical hyperplasia of the endometrium is a precancerous condition for endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the endometrium, which is the largest group among malignant neoplasms of the uterine body, according to the Cancer Registry, the mortality rate from which took the 3rd place in 2021. The absence of specific clinical manifestations complicates diagnostics at the early stages of the process, which necessitates the study of histological and immunohistochemical criteria to verify the diagnosis. The aim of the study. To improve the differential diagnostic morphological and immunohistochemical criteria for the diagnosis of atypical hyperplasia and endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the endometrium, using the latest international classification data. Materials and methods. Retrospective analysis of 76 cases of postoperative material of women for the period from 2020 to 2022 with a diagnosis of “endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the endometrium” – 61 cases and “endometrial hyperplasia with atypia” – 15 included an assessment of histological, immunohistochemical features, followed by statistical processing of the obtained results. Results. The incidence of endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the endometrium and atypical endometrial hyperplasia occurs in the premenopausal and menopausal periods. The expression level of the Ki-67 marker is directly proportional to the degree of tumor malignancy (p < 0.05). Estrogen receptors decrease as the degree of tumor malignancy increases. Progesterone receptors are equally present in endometrioid adenocarcinomas and atypical endometrial hyperplasia (p < 0.05). Conclusions. The necessity of using the Ki-67 marker and determining the hormonal status in endometrioid adenocarcinomas of the endometrium and atypical hyperplasia of the endometrium is argued

    The relevance of this article is due to the fact that the economic security of the state is a key component of the national security system and a major factor in ensuring national interests. The purpose of the article is to conduct a scientific study on the definition of the administrative and legal mechanism of ensuring economic security in Ukraine by borrowing the positive experience of foreign countries. The leading research methods are general scientific and special research methods, including methods of logic, analysis, comparison etc. The results of this study are a comparative legal analysis of the functioning of the economic security system in Ukraine and EU countries, analysis of the transformation of economic security in European countries, search for promising ways of transformation and reform in Ukraine. The significance of the obtained results is reflected in the fact that this study may serve as a basis for outlining future changes to the current legislation of Ukraine on the functioning of economic security in Ukraine.La relevancia de este artículo se debe al hecho de que la seguridad económica del estado es un componente clave del sistema de seguridad nacional y un factor importante para garantizar los intereses nacionales. El propósito del artículo es realizar un estudio científico sobre la definición del mecanismo administrativo y legal para garantizar la seguridad económica en Ucrania tomando prestada la experiencia positiva de países extranjeros. Los principales métodos de investigación son los métodos generales de investigación científica y especial, incluidos los métodos de lógica, análisis, comparación, etc. Los resultados de este estudio son un análisis jurídico comparativo del funcionamiento del sistema de seguridad económica en Ucrania y países de la UE, análisis de la transformación. de seguridad económica en los países europeos, busque formas prometedoras de transformación y reforma en Ucrania.     Molecular, Cellular and Physiological Evidences for the Anorexigenic Actions of Nesfatin-1 in Goldfish

    Nesfatin-1 is a recently discovered anorexigen encoded in the precursor peptide, nucleobindin-2 (NUCB2) in mammals. To date, nesfatin-1 has not been described in any non-mammalian species, although some information is available in the sequenced genomes of several species. Our objective was to characterize nesfatin-1 in fish.In the present study, we employed molecular, immunohistochemical, and physiological studies to characterize the structure, distribution, and appetite regulatory effects of nesfatin-1 in a non-mammalian vertebrate. A very high conservation in NUCB2 sequences, especially in the nesfatin-1 region was found in lower vertebrates. Abundant expression of NUCB2 mRNA was detected in several tissues including the brain and liver of goldfish. Nesfatin-1-like immunoreactive cells are present in the feeding regulatory nucleus of the hypothalamus and in the gastrointestinal tract of goldfish. Approximately 6-fold increase in NUCB2 mRNA levels was found in the liver after 7-day food-deprivation, and a similar increase was also found after short-term fasting. This points toward a possible liver specific role for NUCB2 in the control of metabolism during food-deprivation. Meanwhile, ∼2-fold increase at 1 and 3 h post-feeding and an ∼3-fold reduction after a 7-day food-deprivation was observed in NUCB2 mRNA in the goldfish hypothalamus. In vivo, a single intraperitoneal injection of the full-length native (goldfish; gf) nesfatin-1 at a dose of 50 ng/g body weight induced a 23% reduction of food intake one hour post-injection in goldfish. Furthermore, intracerebroventricular injection of gfnesfatin-1 at a dose of 5 ng/g body weight resulted in ∼50% reduction in food intake.Our results provide molecular, anatomical and functional evidences to support potential anorectic and metabolic roles for endogenous nesfatin-1 in goldfish. Collectively, we provide novel information on NUCB2 in non-mammals and an anorexigenic role for nesfatin-1 in goldfish
