VEŘEJNÁ PODPORA V EVROPSKÉ UNII PRIZMATEM BLOKOVÝCH VÝJIMEK Bc. Oblast veřejné podpory je velmi proměnlivou, aktuální a poměrně obtížnou problematikou, která podléhá neustálému vývoji. Veřejná podpora a její různé formy poskytování jsou součástí hospodářské politiky většiny zemí, v tomto ohledu nejsou výjimkou ani členské země EU. Cílem mé diplomované práce je na základě analýzy a komparace veřejné podpory zhodnotit vývoj veřejné podpory v oblasti blokových výjimek v zemích EU v letech 2010 až 2017 a navrhnout vhodná doporučení. Obsahová část diplomové práce je rozdělena na 3 stěžejní obsahové kapitoly. První kapitolou je úvod a poslední závěr. Druhá kapitola je věnována teoretickým východiskům veřejné podpory v EU. Obsahem třetí kapitoly jsou veřejné podpory slučitelné s vnitřním trhem prostřednictví blokových výjimek. Praktická část je věnována analýze a komparaci blokových výjimek v letech 2010 až 2017, jež jsou podkladem pro celkové zhodnocení a doporučení.PUBLIC SUPPORT IN THE EUROPEAN UNION THROUGH THE BLOCK EXEMPTION Bc. The area of public support is a very variable, current and relatively difficult issues, which is subject to continuous development. Public support and its various forms of delivery are part of the economic policies of most countries, and EU Member States are no exception in this respect. The aim of my diploma thesis is to evaluate the development of public support in the area of block exemptions in EU countries from 2010 to 2017 based on the analysis and comparison of public support and to propose appropriate recommendations. The content part of the thesis is divided into three main content chapters. The first chapter is the introduction and the final conclusion. The second chapter is devoted to the theoretical basis of public support in the EU. The third chapter contains State aid compatible with the internal market through block exemptions. Analysis of measurement probabilities stock trades

katedra: KFÚ; rozsah: 88 s., 17 s. obr. přílohV této diplomové práci jsou provedena měření vybraných indikátorů technické analýzy s cílem zjištění jejich efektivního užití v současnosti. K tomuto měření se využívají historické a současné kurzy tří akciových titulů společností, se kterými se nejvíce obchoduje na českém akciovém trhu. Jsou to společnosti vybrané z oblasti průmyslu, bankovnictví a telekomunikací. Dle těchto akciových kurzů se sestavují tři mnou zvolené indikátory a porovnává se jejich vývoj. Na základě těchto hodnot se ve sledovaném období rozhoduje u každého titulu zvlášť pro krátkodobou investici v pozici drobného akcionáře, který vstoupil na českou burzu cenných papírů RM - Systém. Důvodem oddělených investic je lepší zhodnocení vlastností indikátorů, u kterých se provádí podrobný rozbor za účelem realizování co nejvíce správných rozhodnutí o nákupu či prodeji s cílem dosáhnout maximálního zhodnocení fiktivního vkladu.In this diploma thesis measurements of selected indicators of technical analysis are carried out in order to find out their effective usage at the present time. Historical and current stock rates of three stock titles of companies which are traded with the most on the Czech stock market are used for these measurements. These companies are chosen from the industrial, banking and telecommunication sectors. Three selected indicators are set up according to these stock rates and their development is compared. Based on these values the decision for a short-term investment is made from the point of view of a share holder who has entered the Czech stock market RM -System. The reason for separate investments is better evaluation of indicator qualities. These qualities are analysed in detail in order to make as many good decisions about the purchase and sale as possible to achieve the maximum appreciation of the fictitious investment

The Effectiveness of Sponsorship of Selected Sports Events on Public Television

Title: The Effectiveness of Sponsorship of Selected Sports Events on Public Television Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to identify the effectiveness of selected sporting events from the perspective of television sponsorship and to propose an ideal sponsorship campaign. Methods: Multiple methods were used in this thesis, which consisted of several qualitative and one quantitative method. Among the qualitative methods, in-depth interview and unstructured interview were used. The quantitative method was then the analysis of secondary data, which formed the basis for the actual analysis and comparison of individual sporting events. These methods enabled the effectiveness of the sponsorship campaigns to be determined based on the cost per unique viewer reached at least once during the campaign. Results: The results of the thesis demonstrate the effective usability of sponsorship campaigns in television broadcasting and more specifically during sports broadcasts. Their effectiveness increases with the size and interest associated with the selected sporting event. The result of this comparison shows that for sporting events such as the hockey World Cup, the objectives are based on high viewership, which, however, increases the price and cost of sponsorship campaigns. Image-Based Car Detection for Self-Driving Cars

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit a zhodnotit funkčnost a přesnost vybraných řešení detekce vozů. Pro účely porovnání bylo vytrénováno několik modelů na upraveném datasetu od Udacity a na mém vlastním. Použity byly algoritmy YOLOv5, ResNET a VGG, implementovány v PyTorch. První část se zabývá převážně základy a teorií. Popisuje možné případy použití pro detekci vozidel, jaké metody detekce jsou pro daný případ použití vhodné a příklady případů použití. Ke konci teoretické části je popsáno, co je to dataset, popis použitých datasetů pro praktickou část a jejich porovnání. V druhé (praktické) části se zabývám implementací modelů pro detekci vozů pomocí veřejně dostupné knihovny YOLOv5 a následným porovnáním úspěšnosti detekce různě velkých sítí a za použití různých datasetů. Na závěr zmiňuji možnosti rozšíření metod o klasifikaci spolu s porovnáním různých přístupů.The objective of this bachelor thesis is to investigate and evaluate the functionality and accuracy of selected vehicle detection solutions. For comparison purposes, several models were trained on a modified dataset from Udacity and on my own. The algorithms used were YOLOv5, ResNET and VGG, implemented in PyTorch. The first part deals mostly with the basics and theory. It describes possible use cases for vehicle detection, what detection methods are suitable for that particular use case, and examples of use cases. Towards the end of the theoretical part, it describes what a dataset is, a description of the datasets used for the practical part and their comparison. The second (practical) part deals with the implementation of vehicle detection models using the publicly available YOLOv5 library and the subsequent comparison of detection success rates for different sized networks and using different datasets. Initial Public Offerings in the Czech Republic

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prvotní veřejnou nabídkou akcií, též známou pod anglickou zkratkou IPO, která je jedním ze způsobů financování společnosti. V úvodu této práce je teoretická část, která vysvětluje základní pojmy, fáze přípravy a celkovou realizaci IPO. Další část této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na společnosti na českém kapitálovém trhu, které prvotní veřejnou nabídku realizovaly od roku 2010.This thesis deals with an initial public offering, also known by the English abbreviation IPO, which is one of the company's financing ways. Basic concepts, preparation phases, and overall realization of IPO are explained in a theoretical part at the beginning of this work. The second part of the thesis focuses on companies on the Czech capital market where IPO has been realized since 2010.
