Import 05/08/2014Polarization of light plays a crucial role in methods of optical spectroscopy. In this thesis, there are presented the description of polarization phenomena in infrared and terahertz spectroscopy, the comparison of measurement methods of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and time-domain terahertz spectroscopy and the components used in measurement. We introduce three different models describing linear partial polarizers in infrared range and the models are compared by measurement results. We present the description of ellipsometric system with unideal components and the procedure of its calibration. The resulting calibration parameters are afterwards used during measurement of a sample.Polarizace světla hraje klíčovou roli v metodách optické spektroskopie. V rámci této práce je představen popis polarizačních jevů v infračervené a terahertzové spektroskopii, srovnání měřících metod infračervené spektroskopie na principu Fourierovy transformace a časově rozlišené THz spektroskopie a komponentů využívaných při měření. Jsou prezentovány tři rozdílné modely popisující lineární polarizátory v infračervené oblasti a jejich přesnost srovnána ve výsledcích měření. Silver Amalgam Nanoparticles and Microparticles: A Novel Plasmonic Platform for Spectroelectrochemistry

Plasmonic nanoparticles from unconventional materials can improve or even bring some novel functionalities into the disciplines inherently related to plasmonics such as photochemistry or (spectro)electrochemistry. They can, for example, catalyze various chemical reactions or act as nanoelectrodes and optical transducers in various applications. Silver amalgam is the perfect example of such an unconventional plasmonic material, albeit it is well-known in the field of electrochemistry for its wide cathodic potential window and strong adsorption affinity of biomolecules to its surface. In this study, we investigate in detail the optical properties of nanoparticles and microparticles made from silver amalgam and correlate their plasmonic resonances with their morphology. We use optical spectroscopy techniques on the ensemble level and electron energy loss spectroscopy on the single-particle level to demonstrate the extremely wide spectral range covered by the silver amalgam localized plasmonic resonances, ranging from ultraviolet all the way to the mid-infrared wavelengths. Our results establish silver amalgam as a suitable material for introduction of plasmonic functionalities into photochemical and spectroelectrochemical systems, where the plasmonic enhancement of electromagnetic fields and light emission processes could synergistically meet with the superior electrochemical characteristics of mercury

Variants of Financing the Acquisition of Fixed Assets

Bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech financování pořízení dlouhodobého majetku do podniku. V oddílu teoretických východisek jsou detailně rozebrány jednotlivé pojmy k tématu financování dlouhodobého majetku. Navazuje praktická část, ve které je na základě finanční analýzy zjištěna finanční situace podniku, a ve které jsou porovnány jednotlivé varianty financování zvoleného dlouhodobého majetku s ohledem na současné tržní podmínky. V závěrečné návrhové části je sděleno doporučené optimální financování.The bachelor thesis discusses the possibilities of financing the acquisition of fixed assets in the company. In the section of theory it is in detail analysed the various concepts on the topic of fixed assets financing. The following practical part, where there is determined the financial situation of company, based on financial analysis, compares an alternatives of the fixed assets financing in regards to the current market conditions. Finally, there is communitated the recommended alternative of financing.

Reconstruction of the Street Za Alejí in Uherske Hradište

Import 05/08/2014Obsahem bakalářské práce je na základě průzkumu v oblasti Za Alejí v Uherském Hradišti navrhnout nová odstavná a parkovací stání pro výhledové období. Stávající počet odstavných a parkovacích stání nevyhovují z hlediska kapacity. Dalším cílem je vzhledem k výskytu základní školy v ulici, kde tím pádem dochází k větší koncentraci dětí v ranních a odpoledních hodinách ve všedních dnech, navržení úprav, které povedou ke zklidnění dopravy v dané lokalitě. Varianta, která byla dle jednotlivých kritérií vybrána jako nejvýhodnější, byla dále podrobně rozpracována. The current number of parking places is inadequate due to capacity. Another aim is designing modifications, which result in traffic calming in that area, because there is a primary school, where is a higher incidence of children in the morning and afternoon. Success rate monitoring of the selected volleyball spiker game moves in the male extraleague.

Název diplomové práce: Sledování úspěšnosti vybraných herních činností ve volejbale u specializace smečař v mužské extralize. Cíl diplomové práce: Cílem práce je zjistit, jaká je úspěšnost hráčů na postu smečaře v nejlepších osmi týmech mužské extraligy volejbalu na přihrávce a na útoku. Metoda: Práce je založena na empirickém výzkumu s využitím techniky sběru dat pomocí nepřímého pozorování, dotazníkového šetření a následné analýzy videozáznamu vybraných utkání. Výsledky: Výsledky mi potvrdily, že druzí smečaři lépe přihrávají než první smečaři. Dále se potvrdilo to, že první smečaři jsou úspěšnější během útočného úderu. To, že první smečaři jsou na útoku vytíženější než druzí smečaři, se nepotvrdilo. Aim: The aim of the thesis is to find out the success of the players in the hitter's position in the best eight teams of the men's volleyball extraleague on the pass and on the attack. Method: The thesis is based on empirical research using the technique of data collection using indirect observation, survey and video analysis of selected matches. Results: The results confirmed that the second spikers were better players in the passing ball than first spikers. It was further confirmed that the first spikers were better attacking players than second spikers. The first spikers were more used in the attack than second spikers, it wasn't confirmed. Effect of humic acid on the corrosion of carbon steel

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem huminových kyselin na korozi oceli ČSN 12020. Za tímto účelem byly provedeny potenciodynamické testy a elektrochemická impedanční spektrometrie (EIS) ve výluzích huminových kyselin, které pocházely z jihomoravského lignitu. Výsledky naznačují, že zpočátku je koroze huminovými kyselinami podporována, ale po delší době (asi 98 hod) se uplatňuje inhibiční efekt díky adsorpci huminových kyselin na korozní produkty. Adsorpční účinnost huminových kyselin na povrchu korozních produktů byla okolo 30 %. Výsledky taktéž naznačují, že přítomnost huminových kyselin může mít vliv na charakter složení korozních produktů oceli.Bachelor thesis deals with influence of humic acids on corrosion of ČSN 12020 steel. For this purpose, potentiodynamic tests and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in leaches of humic acids, isolated from South Moravian lignite were executed. Results suggest that corrosion is initially promoted by humic acids, but after a longer time (about 98 hours) an inhibitory effect is exerted due to the adsorption of humic acids on the corrosion products. Adsorption efficiency of humic acids on surface of corrosion products was about 30 %. Results also suggest that the presence of humic acids may influence the composition of corrosion products of the steel.

Reconstruction of the Jan Lucemburský Street in Uherské Hradiště

Tato ulice dnes tvoří jednu z logických „vstupních bran“ do centra města přímo navazující na lávky přes řeku Moravu a Baťův kanál. Tyto lávky tvoří páteřní spojení pěší a cyklistické dopravy mezi městem Uherské Hradiště a Starým Městem. Lze předpokládat, že dopravní význam zejména pro pěší a cyklistickou dopravu bude v blízké době umocněn plánovaným záměrem města upravit hráz řeky Moravy pro bezpečný a příjemný pohyb chodců a cyklistů. Samostatnou kapitolou tvoří styková křižovatka na konci ulice Jana Lucemburského. Tato křižovatka je díky zakončení atypickým tvarem s ulicí Menclovice, s nadstandardně širokým napojením na komunikaci v ulici Moravní nábřeží příčinou kolizních míst zejména díky vyšším průjezdným rychlostem a špatnému řazení vozidel před křižovatkou. Na základě výpočtu budou dále navrhnuta nová odstavná a parkovací stání pro výhledové období pro celé řešené území. Varianta, která byla dle jednotlivých kritérií vybrána jako nejvýhodnější, byla dále podrobně rozpracována. Závěrečná práce by tedy měla řešit zmíněné problémy v kontextu s potřebami nejen samotné ulice, ale také s respektováním širších vztahů v území.This thesis, first of all, puts forward a proposal of an adjustmest of John Luxembourg´s Street. This street is one of the entrance gates leading to the town centre. There is a direct connection with pedestrians bridges over the River Morava and Bata´s canal. These pedestrian bridges are supposed to be main links between Uherské Hradiště and Staré Město for pedestrians and cyclists. The importance of them is expected to raise soon due to the intention to adjust embarkment of the River Morava to make it save and pleasant for pedestrians and cyclists as well. The main point is a crossroad at the end of John Luxembourg´s Street. This street is connected with Menclovice Street and ended up very atypically. Extraordinary wide mouth of these streets leading to a road in Morava Waterfront Street is the cause of numerous accidents due to the fact that cars are speeding here and arrange themselves incorrectly in front of the crossroads. This thesis suggests a layout of emergency lanes and car parks based calculations made in this area. The option which fitted best to stated standards was worked out in this work. Determination of Coefficient of Performance of Heat Pump

Import 26/06/2013Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tepelných čerpadel a jejich topných faktorů. Cílem této práce je stanovení topného faktoru tepelného čerpadla, a to měřením za reálných provozních podmínek. První část se zabývá historickým vývojem, provozem tepelných čerpadel, popisem jednotlivých částí a rozdělením tepelných čerpadel podle druhu a zdroje tepelné energie. Druhá část se zabývá topným faktorem tepelných čerpadel. Třetí část obsahuje postup měření, popis použitých měřících přístrojů a měřeného tepelného čerpadla. Poslední část obsahuje naměřené a vypočtené hodnoty v grafech a zhodnocení měření.The point of this diploma thesis is the issue of heat pumps and their coefficient of performance. Determinate coefficient of performance of heat pumps with measurement in real operation conditions is the aim of this thesis. The first part is dealing with historical progress, heat pumps operation, description of individual parts and classification of heat pumps according to type and heat energy sources. The second part is dealing with coefficient of performance of heat pumps. The third part includes process of measurement, description of used instruments and description of measured heat pump.
