El derecho de oposición de los acreedores de las sociedades comerciales en procesos de fusión en el Código de Comercio boliviano

El presente trabajo de investigación, contiene un análisis y una crítica a la normativa jurídica contenida en el Código de Comercio Boliviano dirigida a la regulación del derecho de oposición de los acreedores de las sociedades comerciales en procesos de fusión. Observa también, las medidas que asume el Registro de Comercio dentro del trámite correspondiente dirigidas a velar por el cumplimiento del ejercicio de este derecho y, finalmente presenta aquellos elementos que deben ser considerados necesarios para el ejercicio de este derecho.The present paper contains the legal analysis of the Commerce Code in Bolivia on matters of opposition of creditors in commercial societies that are in a fusion process. Tendencias co-integradoras entre los mercados de capital de los países miembros de NAFTA

Las recientes políticas de liberalización económica y financiera han incrementado la internacionalización de los mercados emergentes. Una atrevida estrategia implementada por México constituye el Tratado de Libre Comercio de los Países de Norte América (TLCAN, NAFTA por sus siglas en inglés). Además de incrementos en el comercio y en las inversiones, este tratado debería haber fortalecido los vínculos entre le mercados accionarios de Canadá, Estados Unidos y México. El presente estudio analiza la “primera generation” de integración entre dichos mercados aplicando la técnica de cointegración de Johansen. También examina la integración entre los mercados del NAFTA y el mercado de capitales mundial. La evidencia empírica sugiere un proceso de integración cambiante en el tiempo entre los mercados accionarios de los socios del NAFTA. La integración de los mercados de capital del NAFTA con el mercado de capitales mundial evidencia una segmentación moderada y también cambiante en el tiempo.____________________________________________Recent economic and financial liberalization policies have increased the internationalization of emerging markets. A daring strategy undertaken by Mexico constituted the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA); in addition to increased trade and investments, it should have led to stronger links among the equity markets from Canada, United States and Mexico. Direct substitution of alcohols in pure water by brønsted acid catalysis

With the increasing concern for sustainability, the use of environmentally friendly media to perform chemical processes has attracted the attention of many research groups. Among them, the use of water, as the unique solvent for reactions, is currently an active area of research. One process of particular interest is the direct nucleophilic substitution of an alcohol avoiding its preliminary transformation into a good leaving group, since one of the by-products in this approach would be water. The direct substitution of allylic, benzylic, and tertiary alcohols has been achieved through SN1-Type reactions with catalytic amounts of Brønsted or Lewis acids; however, organic solvents are often required. Aggressive Driving Behaviours in Cannabis Users. The Influence of Consumer Characteristics

This study analysed dangerous driving behaviours in twenty young occasional cannabis users through objective and self-reported data, studying the relationship between the two aspects. Visual function was assessed in a baseline session and after smoking cannabis, as well as speed-related behaviour in a driving simulator. The participants responded to questionnaires on sociodemographic factors, their consumption profile, and the incidence of dangerous behaviours (Dula Dangerous Driving Index; DDDI). After cannabis use, the results revealed a significant deterioration in visual function. In terms of speed management, they showed significantly greater acceleration force in the two different sections of the route, and they drove significantly faster. Our correlations indicate that males and heavier users display more risky speed management. Likewise, the heavier cannabis users admitted to increased dangerous driving behaviour, and an accident in the preceding year was associated with a trend towards aggressive driving behaviour according to the DDDI questionnaire. The findings of this study suggest that cannabis users adopt dangerous behaviours when driving, despite the effect this drug has on certain important functions, such as vision. The results suggest a need for awareness-raising and information campaigns

Nivel de conocimiento en cirujanos dentistas sobre prescripción antibiótica en infecciones odontogénicas, Sullana - Piura 2022

Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre prescripción antibiótica en infecciones odontogénicas en cirujanos dentistas de la provincia Sullana, Piura 2022. Material y métodos: El estudio observacional y de corte transversal evaluó a 114 cirujanos dentistas, los cuales fueron elegidos mediante un tipo de muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se aplicó un cuestionario de 20 preguntas cuya validación fue 1.000 según prueba V de Aiken con una confiabilidad de 0.716 según el coeficiente Kuder y Richardson (KR-20). Los datos obtenidos fueron presentados y analizados mediante estadística descriptiva. Resultados: El 37% de cirujanos dentistas logró un nivel de conocimiento suficiente. Las mujeres consiguieron mayor nivel de conocimiento que los varones. Los profesionales de 21 a 39 años lograron un nivel superior que los mayores de 50 años. El 50% de cirujanos dentistas entre 5 a 10 años de ejercicio profesional lograron un nivel de conocimiento bueno, mientras que el 62% con más de 10 años de experiencia obtuvieron un nivel insuficiente. Respecto al sector laboral, el 64% del sector público tuvieron un nivel de conocimiento inferior, a comparación de aquellos que laboran en el sector privado y mixto. Y de acuerdo a la especialidad, los endodoncistas encuestados alcanzaron un nivel de conocimiento mayor que odontólogos de práctica general. Dimensional characterization with Phased Array Ultrasonic testing of induced discontinuities in ASTM A36 steel by EDM and SMAW welding processes

This research evaluates the effect of the variables of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) on the sectoral angular beam scans “S-Scan” and the geometric morphology of planar discontinuities such as the inclination for the ultrasonic beam and the shape of the extremity on accuracy in measurements. The study was carried out in two stages. During the first stage, eight ASTM A36 steel samples with machined notches by penetration from EDM and a welded sample with lack of penetration in a butt weld were designed and produced. In the second stage, it was measured the size of the discontinuities using ultrasound inspection and different configurations of the phase arrangement. The effect of each variable and inspection setting with errors between 0.2 % and 120 % were determined by statistical analysis.En esta investigación se evaluó el efecto que tienen las variables de la técnica de ultrasonido con arreglo de fases en los escaneos con haz angular sectorial “S-Scan” y la morfología geométrica de las discontinuadas planares como la inclinación respecto al haz ultrasónico y la forma del extremo sobre la exactitud en las mediciones. El estudio se desarrolló en dos etapas: en la primera se diseñaron y elaboraron ocho muestras de acero ASTM A36 con entallas mecanizadas mediante electroerosión por penetración y una muestra soldada con falta de penetración en una soldadura a tope; y en la segunda la medición del tamaño de las discontinuidades a partir de mediciones con ultrasonido empleando diferentes configuraciones del arreglo de fases.
