Al comenzar en la guerra civil española, y cerrarse el círculo en la transición política española, el trabajo abarca un amplio proceso histórico, de más de 40 años que invita a los investigadores a prestar el interés que merece el periodismo cuando éste se halla cercado por la inanición y falta de libertadThis article is born of idea what is possible to propone, from the comparative method, a methodic articulation of conceptual “clandestine information”, imputing to the media one series of characteristics within a diachronic historical context, starting off of models that find in the cinema, the radio and the press, own signals of informative identity, with special relevance of facts happened in Spain and other foreign countries. When beginning in the Spanish civil war, and closing the circle in the Spanish political transition, the work includes an ample historical process, of more than 40 years than it invites the investigators to lend the interest that deserves the journalism when this one is surrounded by the starvation and lack of freedo
The approval of the Self-employment Workers Statute has carried out the existence of a new juridical personality: the self-employed economically dependent. His features turn out controversial, specially the fact that they can be self-employed workers and at the same time, they are dependent on only one client.Trough the analysis, mainly, from the juridical regimen set up in the LETA to the dependent self-employer, and the doctrinal and jurisprudent contributions related to the existence or absence about the labour relation working to someone else. I have just found, among other questions, to the next conclusion: with the juridical regulation which it is carried out in the LETA on the dependent self-employer, it has been legalized the figure of «the treacherous self-employer», which it was followed and insulted by the jurisprudence some time ago, and it is just now when businessmen are allowed to have a bigger productive decentralization when obtaining legal protection, what it hadnt been allowed before.A possible legal option had been to consider them as if they were inside of the special work relations sphere or range, which are labour relations for someone else, with shades and specific peculiarities, like the relations that are carried out between the self-employment and his main client
Assessment of Generic Skills through an Organizational Learning Process Model
This contribution has been published in this repository with the permission of the publisher. This contribution was presented in WEBIST 2018 (http://www.webist.org/?y=2018) and has been published by SCITEPRESS in http://www.scitepress.org/PublicationsDetail.aspx?ID=y9Yt0eHt02o=&.The performance in generic skills is increasingly important for organizations to succeed in the current competitive environment. However, assessing the level of performance in generic skills of the members of an organization is a challenging task, subject to both subjectivity and scalability issues. Organizations usually lay their organizational learning processes on a Knowledge Management System (KMS). This work presents a process model to support managers of KMSs in the assessment of their individuals’ generic skills. The process model was deployed through an extended version of a learning management system. It was connected with different information system tools specifically developed to enrich its features. A case study with Computer Science final-year students working in a software system was conducted following an authentic learning approach, showing promising results.Visaigle Project (grant TIN2017-85797-R)
Spatial spillovers in public expenditure on a municipal level in Spain
A key function of local governments is to provide a wide array of public services. The supply of these services has been found to create spatial spillovers among neighbouring municipalities. Although it is generally agreed that spillovers are present in models that explain government expenditures, their type—whether endogenous, exogenous or residual—and sign—whether positive or negative—remain ambiguous. In most cases, a subjective process is used to select the type of spatial regression model used in analysis, with mixed results. Per capita expenditures of ten subprogrammes (Security, Housing, Welfare, Environment, Social services, Employment promotion, Health, Education, Culture and Sport) are analysed for all Spanish municipalities with more than 5000 inhabitants in the 2010–2012 period. A Spatial Seemingly Unrelated Regression methodology in a panel framework is used to incorporate correlation between different subprogrammes and spatial dependence. Our results show that the three types of spatial effects are present. Furthermore, substantive dependence is positive in most cases, while negative residual dependence is observed in some.We gratefully acknowledge the contribution of three anonymous reviewers in helping us improve the quality of this paper. Resource's Relationships in the Design of Collaborative Web Applications
At the moment of designing a web application, we usually run into the problem of how to deal with logical connections among resources. These connections have important implications in the operations that we take on a certain resource and its representation, as we could verify in the design of the collaborative web application that we have developed, the Virtual Conference Centre. For those reasons, in this paper we analyze the relationships among resources, especially focused on collaborative web applications, and we propose some solutions and good practices for the difficulties that we have encountered
