Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Pegadaian Syariah terhadap Nilai Pendapatan

Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di. Pegadaian (Persero) syariah cabang syariah hasanuddin makassar Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui PT. Pegadaian syariah terhadap peningkatan kinerja sudah sesuai dengan aturan islam atau tidak di Pegadaian (persero) syariah cabang syariah hasanuddin makassar Dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel, yaitu X1 pegadaian syariah, X2 peningkatan kinerja, dan X3 pendapatanPengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner atau angket. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah para karyawan pegadaian syariah cabang hasanuddin Makassar sebanyak 75 orang, dengan menggunakan rumus Sloving maka menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 75 sampel. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh melalui instrument tersebut kemudian diolah melalui analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS Smart Least ).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa margin pegadaian syariah, peningkatan kinerja, pendapatan berpegaruh positif dan signifikan dari hasil analisis inferensial yang menggunakan uji t dengan rumus regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai t tabel

Analisis Pemasaran Nenas Palembang (Kasus: Desa Paya Besar, Kecamatan Payaraman, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan)

Pineapple is one of the commodities that make a significant contribution to the Gross National Product (GDP) Indonesian horticulture. South Sumatra is one of the provinces that have a high volume of pineapple production. Pineapple production center is located in Ogan Ilir regency. There are problems in the marketing of pineapples that affect farmers' income. The problem is the high margin difference between farmers and consumers. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze marketing system of pineapples in Paya Besar sub regency. This study used structural approach, conduct approach and market performance. Based on the analysis, there are three channels of pineapple marketing in Paya Besar sub regency. Every channel has different marketing areas. The third channel is more efficient than the other channels. These channel involves farmers, traders village, local wholesalers, and foreign wholesalers. The third channel has the smallest margin, the largest farmer's share and the most equitable spread of benefit cost ratio. In addition, sales volume pineapple third channel is the highest volume and most widely used by farmers

Maslahat Menurut Imam Malik Dan Imam Al-ghazali (Studi Perbandingan)

This article discusses Imam Malik's and Imam al-Gazali's theory of maslahat: First, both Malik and al-Gazali agreed that maslahat relevant to Islamic law. Therefore, maslahat must not contradict the primary texts (the Quran and hadith), rational and absolute, there is no primary text supports or contradicts it. Both Malik and al-Gazali agreed that maslahat only used in social aspect, not worship field. Second, Imam Malik used maslahah mursalah as a resorce of Islamic law. In contrast, al-Gazali put maslahah mursalah as method to Islamic law. Malik justified that maslahah mursalah as an independent Islamic resource, and al-Gazali justified it as a dependent lslam law resouce. Malik's point of view is different from al-Gazali's where Malik said that maslahah mursalah may be used both for daruriyat and hajiyat, while al-Gazali's point of view that it is used for daruriyat or hajiyat which is the same level as daruriyat

Systemic Functional Linguistics as a Basic Theory in Translating English Wordplays

Wordplay are exploited in order to bring a communicatively significant confrontation of two or more linguistic structures. Translating wordplays in English text into Indonesian is difficult; on the one hand, translator has to recognize the use of wordplays in rendering a defined effect and the characteristics of translated text. This paper is designed to explore the importance of systemic functional linguistics (SFL) related to translating English wordplay into Indonesian, particularly the strategies of dealing with those wordplays and its application in solving problems effectively.SFL is most appropriately applicable to text analysis especially wordplay analysis because it is constructed for the sake of text analysis

Kontekstualisasi Konsep Ulul Albab di Era Sekarang

Tulisan ini membahas tentang profi ulul albab.Sebuah paparan tentang siapa itu ulul albab, apa ciricirinya dan bagaimana penerapan ciri ulul albab diera sekarang ini. Ulul albab merupakan sekelompokmanusia yang diciptakan Allah SWT dengan segalakelebihannya. Mereka adalah sekelompok manusiapilihan yang mempunyai kekuatan spiritual,intelektual dan sosial yang tinggi. Komitmen merekaterhadap ajaran Allah SWT yakni ajaran Islam sangattinggi. Mereka juga tidak mudah terpengaruh godaanperkembangan zaman dan hanyut dalam rayuan hawanafsu yang melenakan. Keunggulan ulul albab tidaksemata menonjol dari pandangan manusia, akan tetapijuga harus menonjol dalam pandangan Allah SWT.Sehingga unsur-unsur pembentukan kepribadian ululalbâb yang tertera dalam Al-Qur'ân yaitu tafakkur,tadabbur dan tadzakkur menjadi sebuah keniscayaan.Istilah ulul albab ١٦ kali disebut dalam Al-Qur'an. AlQur'an tidak menjelaskan secara defiitive konsepnyatentang ulul albab, tapi hanya menyebutkan tandatandanya saja. Sehingga para mufassir kemudianmemberikan pengertian yang berbeda-beda tentangulul albab. The Effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Asset on Dividend Payout Ratio in Sub-sector Automotive and Component Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in Period 2012–2016

The aim of this research was to find the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on asset on dividend payout ratio in subsector automotive and component-listed Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012–2016. The sample selection in this research is done using purposive sampling method and six companies that matched the criteria were chosen. The research data is obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis, and it was found that the more appropriate model to be used is a random effect. From the result of research got a value of adjusted R-Square equal to 68.69%. The result shows that debt to equity ratio and return on asset have a significant effect on dividend payout ratio with a regression coefficient equal to –0.065189 and 0.679691. EVALUASI PELAPORAN KEUANGAN TAHUN 2016-2018 DENGAN MODEL CIPP (CONTEXT, INPUT, PROCESS, PRODUCT) PADA PUSAT PENELITIAN KEBIJAKAN PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN

This research aims to investigate the quality implementation of financial reporting in Research Centre for Educational and Cultural Policies, Research and Development Agency, Ministry of Education and Culture, using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. Focus of the problem researched is how to evaluate the financial reporting in Research Centre for Educational and Cultural Policies, Research and Development Agency, Ministry of Education and Culture. The descriptive methodology was used with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were interview and document review. Research results are as follows: (1) Context Aspect is conformity between purpose and target in financial reporting in Centre for Policy Research with Government Regulation No. 71 Year 2010 concerning Standard for Government Accounting for the interests of accountability, management, transparency, and performance evaluation; (2) Input Aspect is resource in financial reporting, including human resource and facilities and infrastructure (computer, internet network, and office facilities) which have been adequate to support timely financial reporting; (3) Process Aspect is in the process of financial reporting implementation in which the problems found are late BMN reporting, BMN recording which is not orderly administration, the lack of coordination and communication among planner, executor, and application operator, the role of leader which is is still inadequate, and SPI supervision which is not yet optimal; and (4) Product Aspect is financial statement in Research Centre for Educational and Cultural Policies which is relevant, reliable, and useful as source of information in management decision. Suggestions to be given are as follows: (1) Periodic coordination between stakeholders; (2) Intensive evaluation of employee performance in the process of financial reporting; (3) Suggesting SPI task as a supervisor in internal control as functional position; and (4) Recruiting more employees as administrator and operator in BMN applicatio
