En la actualidad las organizaciones están orientadas hacia el futuro y preocupadas por su destino; por lo tanto requieren tener una visión mundial del negocio para analizar la competencia e identificar una posición relativa de los productos. Es así como la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira en su visión de progreso y entendiendo la importancia que tiene para el sector comercial del área metropolitana centro-occidente estar moviéndose al mismo ritmo del entorno, busca con el presente proyecto de investigación " Identificación de los estilos gerenciales administrativos vigentes y necesidades derivadas de formación en el sub-sector comercial, comercio de partes, piezas y accesorios de lujo para vehículos automotores" con código CIIU (5030); enfocarse hacia la revisión y el análisis del modelo administrativo aplicado por los dirigentes organizacionales, para generar propuestas que les permitan afrontar los nuevos retos del ambiente cambiante.At present the organizations are oriented towards the future and worried about their destiny; therefore they need to have a world-wide vision of the business to analyze the competition and to identify a relative position of products. Estrategia de comunicación para la salud mental: Afrontamiento post-confinamiento en estudiantes de Enfermería y otras disciplinas

Introduction: Humanitarian crises are caused by different climatic, social, political, cultural and health factors, which drastically modify the life of the population and its different contexts, generating mental, neurological and substance-related problems. Objective: Design and execute a communication campaign for mental health to face the impact generated by COVID-19 and support for future humanitarian crisis situations. Materials and methods: Focused and collective group interventions based on the thematic content of the Virtual Course - Humanitarian mhGAP - COVID-19 of the Virtual Campus of Public Health of the Pan American Health Organization. Results: 5 interventions were performed; 4 group interventions and 1 Stand for induced demand, to 101 nursing students and 190 students from other disciplines at the San Antonio campus of the Universidad de los Llanos. Conclusions: The active participation of the participants in the interventions carried out was positive, in addition, the application of the pre and post test allowed to demonstrate the positive impact in terms of the level of knowledge and perception of the topics addressed in the people intervened.Introducción: La crisis humanitarias, son causadas por diferentes factores climáticos, sociales, políticos, culturales y sanitarios, que modifican drásticamente la vida de la población y sus diferentes contextos, generando problemas mentales, neurológicos y relacionados con el uso de sustancias. Emociones políticas en niños y niñas

Emociones políticas en niños y niñas indaga por la vinculación con lo público y lo diverso desde la infancia. El libro centra su interés en comprender y cultivar las emociones políticas en los niños y las niñas en la búsqueda del reconocimiento del otro diferente, especialmente del otro estigmatizado, y en la construcción de vínculos sociales, como la solidaridad y la capacidad de situarse en el lugar de otras personas y de entender sus sentimientos, sus deseos y sus expectativas. Psicología de las organizaciones y del trabajo. Apuestas de investigación II

El presente volumen condensa y sintetiza lo que va siendo contemporáneamente la POT colombiana, en particular, y latinoamericana, en general, que aparece como un reflejo y una adaptación de la que se está desarrollando globalmente según cánones dictados desde otras latitudes socioeconómicas, políticas y culturales, pero también como reacción a ella y como autoafirmación. Ello no constituye un ejemplar de texto anticolonial, sino más bien un manifiesto antietnocéntrico al presentar e interpretar la realidad investigada en el marco de sus propios parámetros socioculturales, sin que estos sean considerados necesariamente claves universales para la comprensión de otras realidades ajenas y exóticas. Y esta es una de sus principales contribuciones generales, porque marca un estilo distinto de hacer POT al enfatizar el aspecto idiosincrático de los fenómenos y procesos de que se ocupa y haciéndolo así, señala un horizonte que no deben perder de vista la disciplina y la profesión, si no quieren repetir viejos errores de su pasado reciente derivados de la minimización de la relatividad histórico-cultural de su campo y su objeto. A escala global y local, resta un largo camino por progresar hacia una POT con mayor fundamentación epistemológica, más articulación interdisciplinaria y multiprofesional, relevancia social, elaboración teórica, calidad y diversidad metodológicas y reflexividad autocrítica que resitúe en el centro del quehacer científico y profesional el marco de referencia axiológico, étho-politico y deontológico.
