    Explaining the CMS eejjeejj and e missing pT jje\ \rm{missing}\ p_T \ jj excess and leptogenesis in superstring inspired E6E_6 models

    We show that superstring inspired E6E_6 models can explain both the recently detected excess eejjeejj and e missing pT jje\ \rm{missing}\ p_T \ jj signals at CMS, and also allow for leptogenesis. Working in a R-parity conserving low energy supersymmetric effective model, we show that the excess CMS events can be produced via the decay of exotic sleptons in Alternative Left-Right Symmetric Model of E6E_6, which can also accommodate leptogenesis at a high scale. On the other hand, either the eejjeejj excess or the e missing pT jje\ \rm{missing}\ p_T \ jj excess can be produced via the decays of right handed gauge bosons, but some of these scenarios may not accommodate letptogenesis as there will be strong BLB-L violation at low energy, which, along with the anomalous fast electroweak B+LB+L violation, will wash out all baryon asymmetry.     CHILD-REARING BARRIERS AND SOCIAL SUPPORT OF MIGRANT FAMILIES : A CASE STUDY OF INDONESIAN MOTHERS LIVING IN SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA

    An increasing number of Indonesian families migrate to South Korea with different social and cultural aspects emerge the challenges in child-rearing. This study examines two purposes related to child-rearing barriers and social support of migrant families by utilizing qualitative research with a case study design. In-depth interviews and observation carried out data collection during August-November 2021 involving six (6) Indonesian migrant mothers living in Seoul using purposive sampling. Mothers were chosen as informants by considering them as the primary caregiver for children. Regarding the first purpose, this study identified internal and external barriers in child-rearing. In addition, three themes related to social support are analyzed, including instrumental support in tangible and service assistance, emotional support related to social adjustment support, and informational support to access services for children. The resources of support systems come from spouses and parents, Indonesian and Korean friends/colleagues, social institutions, and social media networks. Therefore, there is a need for comprehensive social interventions to strengthen social support for migrant families

    Social Marketing Approach: A Strategy to Improve the Quality of Children's Health in Communities

    This article describes children health’s issue as primary need to achieve their basic rights. In general, children are vulnerable to get nutrition inadequacy because they tend to consume unhealthy foods. Healthy food is a basic right that must be fulfilled to support children’s growth and development. I examined two research areas identified that the problem of children in consuming unhealthy foods does not always related to the family poverty problem. This article also describes the conditions in the poor communities in North Jakarta and the intermediate community in Depok, use descriptive studies. The findings showed that children’s behavior in consuming unhealthy food was due to several factors, including lack of knowledge and skills of parents or caregivers and also negative support from the social environment around children. In addition, cultural change and dynamic information technology development has greatly affected the children consumption habit. This article discusses the process description in implementing communication strategies applied for those two research areas which have different characteristics through the social marketing approach. This approach emphasizes the development of the role of all elements in the community and the intervention strategies applied in each area of the study

    Abstract. The author is a trainee lawyer, and a graduating PhD student. Her field of research is the principle of directness in the criminal procedure, with special emphasis on the significance of the spoken language, and the possibility of the distortion of the information that is mediated during interpretation. The author supplements her research with her experience obtained during her time as a defense lawyer in criminal procedures. Her aim is to point out how a confession obtained with the help of an interpreter can lead to a false statement of facts. The right to have a free interpreter belongs to the circle of absolute rights of a fair procedure, the deprivation from which makes a procedure unfair in every case. However, improper interpretation bears risks of a similar proportion, as it can apply new meaning to the confessions. Thus, the forensic and questioning rules of interrogation are different when conducted with an interpreter, provided that the interrogator indeed strives to unveil the truth. This information should be part of the basic knowledge of the members of authority and the defense lawyer as well. However, both the judge and the interpreter must keep it in mind that the parties might intentionally apply such linguistic means which result in the distortion of information.Celem niniejszej pracy jest podkreślenie, że zeznania uzyskane od świadka na drodze tłumaczenia mogą prowadzić do błędnych ustaleń faktów. Prawo do bezpłatnego skorzystania z usług tłumaczeniowych jest jednym z podstawowych praw, które musza być zapewnione w sprawiedliwym procesie sądowym. Niezapewnienie tłumaczenia lub tłumaczenie słabej jakości może prowadzić do niewłaściwej interpretacji sensu wypowiedzi co z kolei ma kluczowy wpływ na wyrok. Z tego powodu , śledczy który chce dotrzeć do prawdy powinien stosować inne procedury przesłuchania i stawiać inne pytania podczas przesłuchania z udziałem tłumacza, niż podczas przesłuchania bez tłumaczenia.
