Koordinasi Proteksi Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi Pada Gardu Induk Mliwang – Tuban Akibat Penambahan Penghantar PLTU Tanjung Awar-Awar
Salah satu proteksi utama pada sistem proteksi jaringan transmisi
150 KV adalah rele jarak dengan rele arus lebih berarah sebagai proteksi
cadangan lokal. Pada penelitian ini di lakukan re-setting koordinasi
pengaman SUTT Mliwang – Tuban akibat penambahan jaringan
transmisi baru PLTU Tanjung Awar-Awar. Dari hasil penelitian
mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa setting zona 1, zona 2 pada saluran
transmisi Mliwang-Tuban mendekati data setting existing, sedang zona 3
terdapat perbedaan setting, sehingga perlu dilakukan peninjauan kembali
setting proteksi di transmisi.

One of the primary protection in the protection system of 150 KV
transmission network is the distance relay with directional overcurrent
relays as a local backup protection. In doing this research in re-setting
the security coordination SUTT Mliwang - Tuban due to the addition of
new transmission lines power plant Tanjung Awar-Awar. From the
results of the study came to the conclusion that the setting zone 1, zone 2
on the transmission line Mliwang-Tuban approaching the data existing
settings, while zone 3 there are different settings, so that should be a
review of protection in the transmission setting
PENGARUH NILAI PERSEPSI DAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN HYPERBOX FAMILY KARAOKE
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung nilai persepsi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hyperbox Family Karaoke, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Hyperbox Family Karaoke, dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung nilai persepsi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Hyperbox Family Karaoke. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diambil adalah sebagian pelanggan Hyperbox Family Karaoke di Yogyakarta yang pernah mengunjungi Family Karaoke minimal tiga kali yang berjumlah 100 orang. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier model jalur dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung antara nilai persepsi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hyperbox Family Karaoke, terdapat pengaruh langsung antara kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Hyperbox Family Karaoke, dan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara nilai persepsi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan Hyperbox Family Karaoke.

Real-time predictive control for SI engines using linear parameter-varying models
As a response to the ever more stringent emission standards, automotive engines have become more complex with more actuators. The traditional approach of using many single-input single output controllers has become more difficult to design, due to complex system interactions and constraints. Model predictive control offers an attractive solution to this problem because of its ability to handle multi-input multi-output systems with constraints on inputs and outputs. The application of model based predictive control to automotive engines is explored below and a multivariable engine torque and air-fuel ratio controller is described using a quasi-LPV model predictive control methodology. Compared with the traditional approach of using SISO controllers to control air fuel ratio and torque separately, an advantage is that the interactions between the air and fuel paths are handled explicitly. Furthermore, the quasi-LPV model-based approach is capable of capturing the model nonlinearities within a tractable linear structure, and it has the potential of handling hard actuator constraints. The control design approach was applied to a 2010 Chevy Equinox with a 2.4L gasoline engine and simulation results are presented. Since computational complexity has been the main limiting factor for fast real time applications of MPC, we present various simplifications to reduce computational requirements. Inovasi Teknologi dalam Perubahan Pelayanan Publik Perkotaan
Inovasi dipandang sebagai kebutuhan karena dapat mengatasi masalah patologi birokrasi, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik, memaksimalkan potensi aparatur, serta mengembalikan kepercayaan publik. Inovasi juga dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Kota Bekasi dan Kabupaten Gresik yang memiliki tujuan untuk mewujudkan suatu ide atau pemikiran kreatif, yang berkaitan dengan teknologi sebagai terobosan untuk mempermudah kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam fakta-fakta mengenai inovasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kota yang pernah melakukan inovasi yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan publik, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Kota Bekasi dan Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kota Bekasi dan Kabupaten Gresik berhasil untuk menciptakan inovasi pada bidang pelayanan publik, dimana pada kedua kota ini telah menciptakan suatu ide atau pemikiran kreatif, yang berkaitan dengan teknologi sebagai terobosan untuk mempermudah kinerja. Hasil dari adanya inovasi Layanan SIAP PPDB Online di Kota Bekasi, yaitu diantaranya Tanpa Instalasi & Berbasis Cloud, Multi Platform & Multi Akses, Responsive Design, Multi Model Alur Pendaftaran, Multi Jalur Seleksi, Real Time Process, sehingga dapat mengelola data calon siswa secara otomatis dan langsung setiap waktu mulai dari proses pendaftaran, seleksi hingga pengumuman hasil. Sedangkan, hasil dari adanya Aplikasi e-Planning di Kabupaten Gresik mempunyai tujuan untuk menerapkan perencanaan menggunakan teknologi informasi berbasis Web yang terintegrasi dan user friendly, menyelaraskan/ mengintegrasikan perencanaan strategis jangka menengah ke dalam perencanaan tahunan, memetakan usulan program dan kegiatan dari DPRD, Unsur Pimpinan dan dokumen perencanaan yang telah ditetapkan, menyusun rencana kerja anggaran dengan cepat dan tepat, serta mengintegrasikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan anggaran, sampai dengan monitoring dan evaluasi.Innovation is seen as a necessity because it can solve the problem of bureaucratic pathology, improve the quality of public services, maximize the potential of the apparatus, and restore public trust. Innovation is also influenced by the rapid development of information technology. This study aims to analyze the innovations carried out by Kota Bekasi and Kabupaten Gresik which have a purposeto realize an idea or creative thinking, which is related to technology as a breakthrough to facilitate performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research that aims to find out more deeply the facts about innovation.The population in this study are cities that have made innovations related to public services, while the samples in this study are innovations made by Bekasi City and Gresik City. This research shows that Kota Bekasi and Kabupaten Gresik succeeded in creating in innovations in the field of public services, where in these two cities have created an idea or creative thinking, which is related to technology as a breakthrough to facilitate performance. The results of the innovation of the SIAP PPDB Online Service in Bekasi City, including Without Installation & Cloud-Based, Multi Platform & Multi Access, Responsive Design, Multi Registration Flow Model, Multi Line Selection, Real Time Process, so it can manage prospective student data automatically. and immediately every time starting from the registration process, selection to announcement of results. Meanwhile, the results of the e-Planning Application in Gresik Regency have the objective of implementing planning using Web-based information technology that is integrated and user friendly, aligning / integrating medium-term strategic planning into annual planning, mapping program proposals and activities from DPRD, Leadership Elements. and planning documents that have been determined, compiling a budget work plan quickly and accurately, and integrating planning, budget execution, through to monitoring and evaluation
PEMAHAMAN MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI TERHADAP MAKNA COST ( STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PTN DAN PTS DI KOTA SEMARANG )
This study aims to determine students' level of understanding of State and
private universities on terms of cost, and know the differences of each student
group. So that education institutions can evaluate whether the accounting cost
terms should be explained at the beginning of college or not. And create a
harmonious understanding.
This research is exploratory. The research was conducted by two methods,
purposive and snowball and analyzed by two analytical tools that is Mann-
Whitney U Test and the Independent Samples T-test. Researchers test the research
statement by using test validity and test reliabelitas.
The study show that on average the respondents had not understood the
real meaning in terms of cost, and what is the difference with the expense. It can
be known from their answers that defines cost as a cost or price of goods rather
than as a measure in monetary units, interpret exspense as an expense, and the
average respondent was not understood when the costs are said to be something
generic or neutral. Cost is not really appropriate if interpreted as cost, cost of
goods sold, cost of product. Because of costs, cost price, acquisition price
represents an object or container. Where the object will be attached as a measure
of cost. Meanwhile, more appropriate expense when absorbed as a cost rather
