PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KEDISIPLINAN DAN PEMBERIAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BARUGA ASRINUSA DEVELOPMENT

Problems that occur in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development is a matter of leadership style, this can be seen from the conflict between the company and employees. This conflict occurs due to misunderstanding between superiors and employees. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, discipline, and incentives on employee performance, as well as to know and analyze variables that have a dominant effect on employee performance in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development. The research was conducted for 3 months from September to November 2018 with a population of 227 people and sampling techniques that are random samples from a population of 50 people who were sampled. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with double regression testing preceded by performing validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results of this study showed that the coefficient of leadership style influence on employee performance which shows that it has a significant positive effect on employee performance, coefficient of disciplinary influence on employee performance that shows that discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, coefficient of effect of incentives on employee performance which indicates that the provision of incentives has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This can be interpreted that the leadership style, discipline, and incentives for employee performance at PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development will increase. And the highest value is the incentive variable so that the variable that has the most influence is the incentive variable. Keywords: leadership style, discipline, incentives, and performance

ANALISIS PERLAKUAN ZAKAT DALAM PERHITUNGAN PAJAK PENGHASILAN ORANG PRIBADI (PPh 21) PADA BADAN AMIL ZAKAT NASIONAL (BAZNAS) KOTA MAKASSAR

This study discusses analyzing zakat in the calculation of personal tax in Baznas Makassar city. This type of research is a comparative study that aims to discuss the comparison of zakat as a deduction for taxable tax with zakat arrangements as a direct deduction of translation tax. Data retrieval of this research refers to interviews and document techniques. The type of data consists of primary data. Based on the research that has been carried out, the conclusions from the research proposed in this study are zakat as a personal tax calculation in Baznas Makassar city in accordance with the procedures stipulated in applicable laws and regulations, zakat which is used as deduction from taxable results of individuals management both from success and distribution increases in terms of capacity and improvement and its application that increases development from year to year in which the number of ASNs that pay zakat increases every year

Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Pegadaian Syariah terhadap Nilai Pendapatan

Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di. Pegadaian (Persero) syariah cabang syariah hasanuddin makassar Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui PT. Pegadaian syariah terhadap peningkatan kinerja sudah sesuai dengan aturan islam atau tidak di Pegadaian (persero) syariah cabang syariah hasanuddin makassar Dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel, yaitu X1 pegadaian syariah, X2 peningkatan kinerja, dan X3 pendapatanPengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner atau angket. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah para karyawan pegadaian syariah cabang hasanuddin Makassar sebanyak 75 orang, dengan menggunakan rumus Sloving maka menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 75 sampel. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh melalui instrument tersebut kemudian diolah melalui analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS Smart Least ).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa margin pegadaian syariah, peningkatan kinerja, pendapatan berpegaruh positif dan signifikan dari hasil analisis inferensial yang menggunakan uji t dengan rumus regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai t tabel

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on performance through office facilities at village officials in Sinjai Borong District, Sinjai Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using a questionnaire as a source of data collection. This study uses the SmartPLS analysis technique. Analysis of Factors Affecting Muslim Traders (Case Study of Palakka Market Fruit Traders Bone District)

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the income of fruit traders in Palakka Market, Bone Regency. The population in this study was fruit traders in Palakka Market, Bone Regency, the number of samples in this study was 97 respondents. Sampling is used by using a system random sampling, the technique is a sampling technique where all individuals in the population. The results of data analysis research that is known states that trading capital, trading hours, and trading experience each have a significant effect on the income of traders. R Square value of 0.503 means that 50.3% of the factors affecting fruit traders' income can be explained by trading capital, trading hours and trading experience, while 49.7% is explained in other factors not examined in this study

Magnetotransport properties of a polarization-doped three-dimensional electron slab

We present evidence of strong Shubnikov-de-Haas magnetoresistance oscillations in a polarization-doped degenerate three-dimensional electron slab in an Al$_{x}$Ga$_{1-x}$N semiconductor system. The degenerate free carriers are generated by a novel technique by grading a polar alloy semiconductor with spatially changing polarization. Analysis of the magnetotransport data enables us to extract an effective mass of $m^{\star}=0.19 m_{0}$ and a quantum scattering time of $\tau_{q}= 0.3 ps$. Analysis of scattering processes helps us extract an alloy scattering parameter for the Al$_{x}$Ga$_{1-x}$N material system to be $V_{0}=1.8eV$

Anomalous behaviour of the in-plane electrical conductivity of the layered superconductor κ\kappa-(BEDT-TTF)2_2Cu(NCS)2_2

The quasiparticle scattering rates in high-quality crystals of the quasi-two-dimensional superconductor $\kappa$-(BEDT-TTF)$_2$Cu(NCS)$_2$ ~are studied using the Shubnikov-de Haas effect and MHz penetration-depth experiments. There is strong evidence that the broadening of the Landau-levels is primarily caused by spatial inhomogeneities, indicating a quasiparticle lifetime for the Landau states $\gg 3$ ps. In contrast to the predictions of Fermi-liquid theory, the scattering time derived from the intralayer conductivity is found to be much shorter ($0.14-0.56$ ps)

Surface states on n-type Al0.24Ga0.76As characterized by deep-level transient spectroscopy

Capacitance deep-level transient spectroscopy (DLTS) was used to study surface states on aluminum compounds. Two hole-like traps were observed in pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility transistor with a multifinger gate. No hole-like signals were observed in the DLTS spectra of the fat field-effect transistor (FATFET) having negligible ratio of the ungated surface to the total area between the source and the drain. The activation energies of both surface states were measured to be 0.50??0.03 and 0.81??0.01 eV.open6
