    Artificial Neural Network ( ANN) is a system of analysis which it's process inspired by activity of neuron network at human being. This network is consisted of a group of neurons or units which interact each other. At neuron of human, natural process arrange how input signal at dendrite processed and then translated into axon activity. While at neuron of made in, learning process arrange input that used for its output mapping. This research will be applicated the job process of ANN by grouping growth of a baby in womb into 3 different phase, that is pre-embryonic phase, embryonic phase and foetus phase (foetus). Where the third of phase can apart well and also can determine distinguishing function between goups and classify new object into existing group or class. ANN is one of alternative solving in discriminant analysis with unlinear function. The advantage of this method is assumption needn't for data that have to distributed normal multivariate and having high correctness. From result of data analysis, seen that by using ANN method of third phase of fetus forming that is pre-embryogenic, embryogenic and foetus phase, got a most stable model is 14 hidden node (one hidden layer) and will give subdividing mistake most minimum (mean square error) equal to 0,0396941 and conditional opportunity probability (proportion correct) equal to 100%

    Pemberdayaan UMKM di tengah arus globalisasi dan tingginya persaingan dengan diberlakukannya Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) diharapkan mampu menjadi peluang untuk memanfaatkan kebijakan regional ASEAN, dalam rangka mengembangkan pasar sebagai pelaku pasar bukan sebagai pasarnya. UMKM harus mampu menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti meningkatkan inovasi produk dan jasa, pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan teknologi, serta perluasan area pemasaran. Pemasaran merupakan masalah mendasar bagi pengusaha kecil.Aspek penting dari pemasaran ini diteliti dalam konteks USAha kewirausahaan untuk melihat bagaimana teori pemasaran sesuai dengan praktek kewirausahaan. Namun diera globalisasi dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat, diperlukan pengembangan pemasaran kewirausahaan yang mampu menjangkau seluruh konsumen dipenjuru dunia, yaitu melalui internet marketing atau E-Commerce. Penelitian ini berupaya mendapatkan model pengembangan pemasaran kewirausahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja UMKM di Kota Semarang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemasaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap e-commerce memiliki koefisien jalur sebesar 0.694 dengan p t-tabel 1.98 dan kinerja UMKM dengan memiliki koefisien jalur sebesar 0.680 dengan p t-tabel 1.98, artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan

    Sugarcane plantation atPT Gunung Madu Plantation (GMP) has done intensive tillage since 1975. To maintain sustainable production and soil fertility is necessary to manage soil according to good soil conservation. The good choice to maintaince soil quality is no-tillage and mulching system. The research was carried out since July 2010,phosphate solubilizing microorganismwere observedat9 and 12 months after ratoon one, in April and July 2012. The research was designed as a split plot with a randomized block design (RBD) with 5 replications . Main plot are tillage system that consists of no-tillage (T0) and tillage (T1). The subplots were application of baggase mulch. Consisting ofwithout bagasse mulch application (M0) andwith 80 t ha-1baggase mulch (M1). Data were analyzed by analysis of variance at the level of 1% and 5%, which previously had been analyzed with the Bartlett test forHomogeneity and Additivity with Tukey test, and followed by LSD test at the level of 1% and 5%. The results showed that the tillage system and bagasse mulch application did not give significant effect on the population of phosphate solubilizing microorganism. Correlation test results showed that the phosphate solubilizing microorganism population has no correlation with organic C, total N, soil pH, soil moisture, soil temperature, and available P

    Yield maximization of direct sown rice (Oryza sativa l.) under water constraint situation

    More efficient water management practices need to be adopted for better sustainable rice production grown under traditional areas due to increased water scarcity. Among the different water management practices, efficient new generation water-saving chemicals and organic products were used to conserve water under field condition.  An experiment was conducted to evaluate the yield maximization in direct sown CO51 rice (Oryza sativa L.) under water constraint situation.  The main plot treatments comprised of three levels of irrigation viz., Conventional irrigation (M1), Tensiometer based irrigation (M2) and Deficit irrigation (M3), respectively and were tested with four different water conservation practices in sub-plots viz., soil application of water-saving crystals (WSC) @ 5 kg ha-1 (S1), foliar application of drought shield @ 3 litres ha-1 (S2 ), soil application of humic granules @ 2.5 kg ha-1 (S3) and soil application of FYM @ 12.5 t ha-1 (S4). Experimental results indicated that Tensiometer based irrigation with soil application humic granules @ 2.5 kg ha-1 M2S3) recorded higher number of panicles m-2  (411) and number of filled grains panicle-1 (108.16) in direct-sown rice.  However, M2S3 recorded significantly maximum grain yield (6352 kg ha-1) and minimum (3940 kg ha-1) in (M3S4) deficit irrigation applied with FYM @12.5 t ha-1 in the year 2018 Sornavari season, respectively. Thus the Tensiometer based irrigation with soil application of humic granules @ 2.5 kg ha-1 can be a feasible approach for increasing grain yield and conserve water in north eastern region of Tamil Nadu, by promoting water use efficiency method in direct rice cultivation areas.

    SMK Negeri 1 Semen Kediri is a newly established school, hence the facilities and infrastructure to support learning activities have not been available yet. This study aims to determine the role of the media of environment to enhance the activity and results of learning science of students of Grade X-TKJ SMK 1 Semen Kediri. The study was conducted as Class Action Research according Kemmis and Taggart (1992) as much as two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages i.e: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The parameters observed in each cycle were cognitive learning outcomes and student activity. Learning outcomes was measured by post-test, whereas students' activity was measured by assessment rubric according Supinah (2009). Media USAge environment can improve student learning outcomes than the average 78 in the first cycle to 85 in cycle II, as well as an increasing of the percentage of student activity, i.e. 74% in the first cycle to 8t% in cycle II

    Keberhasilan Usaha Industri Mikro Kecil Menengah Makanan Ringan di Priangan Barat Pendekatan Lingkungan Usaha, Manajemen Usaha, Kreativitas, dan Inovasi

    The development of the micro, small, medium industry has rapid growth and development because it is able to survive amid the conditions of the economic crisis. The objectives of this study were: 1) to analyze the influence of business environment, business management and creativity and innovation on business success simultaneously and partially in West Priangan; 2) Factors driving and inhibiting business success in West Priangan. Survey research methods and forms of descriptive and verification research. The research object of snack MSMI in West Priangan was 150 respondents. Sampling using random sampling techniques is based on areas that have the potential for industrial development (industrial centers) consisting of three regions, namely Bogor, Sukabumi and Cianjur. Then the questionnaire was tested with validity and reliability tests. The results of the test data were declared valid and reliable and carried out a classic assumption test for use in the regression test. The results showed that simultaneously the business environment, business management and creativity and innovation had a positive and significant effect on the success of business in West Priangan. Partially the business environment, business management and creativity have a positive and significant effect on business success. Innovation does not have a positive and significant effect on business success. Meanwhile, the driving factors for business success are the business environment, business management and creativity, and innovation is an inhibiting factor for business success
