    Studi Fenomenologi Persepsi Lansia dalam Mempersiapkan Diri Menghadapi Kematian

    This research is qualitative study with descriptive phenomenology approach. The purpose is to describe various perception of elderly about preparation for death. Four participants were selected by purposive sampling method and used theory of saturation. Data were collected by in-depth interview which completed by field note and analyzed by Colaizzi method. This research identified five themes: self-concept, perception of death, factors influencing perception of death, preparation for death, and the processes of wishes for death. This research recommends that palliative care providers should understand that elderly patients' perception of death and let them make decisions. It is important to provide the elders with religious activities as elders preparation for death

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengethui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan budaya, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap OCB pada pegawai honorer Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kepada 72 responden dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi liniear beganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan secara parsial pengaruhbudaya organiasi terhadap OCB pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar adalah positif dan signifikan. Artinya, semakin baik budaya organisasi, maka semakin tinggi OCB pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Pengaruh secara parsial komitmen organiasi terhadap OCB pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar adalah positif dan signifikan. Artinya, semakin baik komitmen organisasi, maka semakin tinggi OCB dari pegawai honor pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar. Pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi terhadap OCB pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Denpasar adalah positif dan signifikan.     Current technological developments have brought changes to human lifestyles, such as lifestyle, selection of antic goods and communication equipment such as smartphones and other devices. Nowadays it is known that the collection of branded items is also a lifestyle trend such as bags, rings, clothes and other fashions. Batam as an industrial city encourages investors to invest in Batam, because Batam is the most strategic city and is an international trade route directly adjacent to Singapore. The problem that often occurs at PT Tas Import Sukses in serving consumers is that the goods sent are not on demand, so consumers suspect that the products traded do not have good quality. And if there is a problem, the company responds with a very slow time. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer satisfaction with the quality of products at PT Tas Import Sukses using the Naïve Bayes method, to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of bag products. And the last is to find out the level of accuracy in determining product satisfaction and quality with the Naïve Bayes method. While the results of this study are that satisfaction is strongly influenced by the level of service, while the second order is product quality, where the average level of satisfaction accuracy using the naïve bayes algorithm is 91%, pression 89% and recall 88.33%

    Political Will Implementation of The Government in Hope Family Program Policy

    This article focuses on the study of the government's political will in Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) policy. The purpose of this study is trying to understand the form of political will of the central government in poverty alleviation through PKH policies. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods that take research objects at the district level. The findings of this study can be classified into the following: First, poverty alleviation policies through PKH correlate with improvements in the standard of living of people in terms of education, economics, and health. Second, the implementation of PKH which aims to improve the socio-economic welfare of Very Poor Households is still loaded with political interests. Third, the government's political will is still limited to aspects of policy and not yet optimal in aspects of its implementation. This study concludes that the government's political will is not correlated with increasing the welfare of beneficiaries from very poor households

    Efektivitas dan kinerja tim ditentukan oleh kemampuan anggota dalam tim kerja, dimana karyawan tidak hanya harus melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan tuntutan tugas, namun pekerja disarankan memiliki inisiatif melakukan pekerjaan extra diluar dar tuntutan tugasnya yang dikenal dengan istilah organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang mampu meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada PT. Sinar Pupita Abadi Factory Banyuputih, Batang. subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 98 karyawan dengan menggunakan tehnik pengambilan sampling yaitu Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa antara komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi ketiganya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, artinya semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi yang dirasakan oleh karyawan, maka kecenderungan karyawan berperilaku OCB semakin tinggi.     Kementrian Kesehatan menyatakan bahwa di Indonesia terjadi peningkatan prevalensi hipertensi setiap tahunnya. Kota Tangerang merupakan wilayah dengan prevalensi hipertensi terbanyak di Provinsi Banten. Kasus hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit urutan pertama dari sepuluh penyakit terbesar yang terdapat di Puskesmas Cipondoh Kota Tangerang. Hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang memerlukan terapi jangka panjang, sehingga diperlukan kepatuhan pasien dalam menjalani pengobatan untuk mengontrol tekanan darah dan menurunkan risiko komplikasi. Peran dari keuarga sangat dibutuhkan dalam memberikan dukungan kepada pasien hipertensi untuk rajin memeriksakan diri ketempat pelayana kesehatan untuk melakukan kontrol tekanan darah secara rutin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan emosional keluarga dengan kepatuhan pengobatan hipertensi pada lansia di Puskesmas Cipondoh Kota Tangerang. Desain penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 105 sample dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan emosional keluarga dengan kepatuhan pengobatan dengan p value= 0,000. Kesimpulannya, semakin tinggi dukungan emosional keluarga terhadap lansia maka semakin patuh lansia dalam melakukan pengobatan hipertensi. Penelitian ini diharapkan keluarga lansia turut ikut serta untuk mensupport lansia dalam pengobatan hipertensi karena dukungan dari keluarga sangat mempengaruhi kepatuhan pengobatan lansia. Kata Kunci: Dukungan emosional, Hipertensi, Keluarga, Kepatuhan Pengobatan, Lansi

    Background: Asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by inflammation occurring with traits similar to those of respiratory history such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest contents, and a cough that causes the disorder. Purpose: To know the benefits of breathing control and diaphragmatic breathing in reducing shortness of breath in people with asthma as well as to Know the benefits of static bicycle in improving functional ability in asthmatics. Result: After 6 weeks of therapy, there was a decrease in the degree of shortness of breath, where the assessment of shortness of breath on T5 and T6 which previously had a value of 3 to the value 1, while the evaluation using Six-Minutes Walking Test increased, where in the first meeting get 26 , 4 which belong to the POOR category and at the last meeting get the value of 27.2 which belongs to FAIR category. Conclusion: breathing control and diaphragmatic breathing can reduce the degree of shortness of breath and static bicycle can improve functional ability.     APPLICATION OF NAÏVE BAYES CLASSIFIER ALGORITHM IN DETERMINING THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH RUMBAI POST OFFICE SERVICES

    Technological advances make service and delivery of goods grow rapidly. Coupled with people's changing shopping habits by shopping online, shipping companies are increasingly needed. PT. POS Indonesia is the first expedition company in Indonesia. Currently PT. POS Indonesia has opened many POS Office branches in every region in Indonesia, one of which is the Rumbai POS Office located in Pekanbaru City. To continue to maintain the company while competing with other expeditions, the Rumbai POS Office must continue to maintain its customers by improving the quality of service. Survey analysis can be done to determine the extent of customer satisfaction with the services provided. To find out the level of customer satisfaction, you can use the classification method. Naive Bayes is a popular and effective machine learning algorithm for classification problems. The study used datasets sourced from the results of questionnaire distribution to customers of the Rumbai POS Office. The questionnaire used 14 indicators derived from the Community Satisfaction Index set by the Ministry of Agriculturein 2004. The classification resulted in a Satisfied class of 16 data with a percentage of 84.2% and a Dissatisfied class of 3 data with a percentage of 15.8%, it can be concluded that the service at the Rumbai POS Office is good. From the classification results, it is proven that the Naïve Bayes algorithm is able to predict well the level of customer satisfaction with an accuracy value of 94.74%, precision of 100%, and recall of 94.12%. The results of this research can later be used as information for the Rumbai POS Office to be able to improve service quality
