Rekomendasi Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Kepada Komisi Pemilihan Umum Dalam Menangani Pelanggaran Pemilu Pasca Penetapan Hasil Perolehan Suara Secara Nasional
Election administration violations, based on article 460 of the Election Law, Bawaslu has a maximum working time of 14 days to issue recommendations or decisions. Bawaslu's recommendations must be followed up by the KPU by issuing a decision letter no later than 3 days, as explained in Article 462. This problem occurs when the national vote results have been determined, then any dispute that occurs becomes the domain of the Constitutional Court. However, if a violation of election administration is found or reported, it must be followed up and decided by Bawaslu because it is based on article 454 paragraph 6 of the Election Law. The problem discussed by the author is Bawaslu's recommendation to be followed up by the KPU to change the determination of vote acquisition and the legal consequences that will be given if Bawaslu's recommendation is not followed up by the KPU. This writing uses a normative juridical research type, with a statutory regulation approach, a conceptual approach and a case approach. The research results show that regarding the legal force of Bawaslu's recommendation to change the vote tally, Bawaslu certainly has that legal force, because it is not legally prohibited. In connection with the follow-up to Bawaslu's recommendations to the KPU regarding violations of election administration, if the recommendations given by Bawaslu are not followed up by the KPU, they will be faced with various consequences, namely that the KPU can be reported by Bawaslu because it is related to the election organizer's code of ethics
Are Chinese consumers at risk due to exposure to metals in crayfish? A bioaccessibility-adjusted probabilistic risk assessment
Freshwater crayfish, the world's third largest crustacean species, has been reported to accumulate high levels of metals, while the current knowledge of potential risk associated with crayfish consumption lags behind that of finfish. We provide the first estimate of human health risk associated with crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) consumption in China, the world's largest producer and consumer of crayfish. We performed Monte Carlo Simulation on a standard risk model parameterized with local data on metal concentrations, bioaccessibility (phi), crayfish consumption rate, and consumer body mass. Bioaccessibility of metals in crayfish was found to be variable (68-95%) and metal-specific, suggesting a potential influence of metal bioaccessibility on effective metal intake. However, sensitivity analysis suggested risk of metals via crayfish consumption was predominantly explained by consumption rate (explaining >92% of total risk estimate variability), rather than metals concentration, bioaccessibility, or body mass. Mean metal concentrations (As, Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb, Se and Zn) in surveyed crayfish samples from 12 provinces in China conformed to national safety standards. However, risk calculation of phi-modified hazard quotient (HQ) and hazard index (HI) suggested that crayfish metals may pose a health risk for very high rate consumers, with a HI of over 24 for the highest rate consumers. Additionally, the phi-modified increased lifetime risk (ILTR) for carcinogenic effects due to the presence of As was above the acceptable level (10(-5)) for both the median (ILTR = 2.5 x 10(-5)) and 90th percentile (ILTR = 1.8 x 10(-4)), highlighting the relatively high risk of As in crayfish. Our results suggest a need to consider crayfish when assessing human dietary exposure to metals and associated health risks, especially for high crayfish-consuming populations, such as in China, USA and Sweden.HZ by the National

Preserving Indonesia\u27s Unity Through The Law Based On Bhineka Tunggal Ika
Based on positive law, which applies in Indonesia, decentralization has "chosen" to give up some of itsauthority to autonomous regions. The delegated authority is very broad, because in Law Number. 23 of2014 uses a residual system when determining what is the authority of local governments. With the residualsystem, the central authorities have been clearly defined in advance, while the rest are autonomous regions. Therefore, authority in the health sector has become an autonomous regional government authority, becausethat authority is not determined as the authority of the central government. On the one hand this benefits thelocal government, because by using its authority, the regional government can regulate the health sectoraccording to its aspirations and capabilities. This research was approached in terms of legal science, bothat the dogmatic level, legal theory, and legal philosophy. In this study also used a normative legal approach orlibrary law, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data.Normative legal research or literature includes research on semantic law, research on the degree of vertical andhorizontal synchronization, comparison of law and history of law. Research on legal principles is carriedout by interpreting the legal norms formulated in laws and regulations relating to local government inIndonesia. Based on this research study, it can be concluded that in terms of law and policy as well as thescope of authority of regional governments that support regional autonomy in the health sector, it is still unclearand inconsistent in the description of the functions and authority of regional governments in the health secto
