This research confirms the redefinition of management of God's Kingdom as the Church's response to help human resources. Finally, this research aims to give out some charity programs and skill training in saving human resources in responding to the economic downward due to COVID-19

The effect of raw pearl millet flour inclusion on the quality and formulation cost of beef sausages

    Get PDF
This study investigated the sensory, nutritional, and physicochemical characteristics as well as formulation cost of beef sausages formulated with raw pearl millet flour (RaPMF) as an extender. Four treatments were formulated with 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% RaPMF. Ash, carbohydrate, fat, and protein contents of the beef sausages were not influenced (p 0.05) the sensory properties (week 1), water holding capacity, peroxide value, lightness (week 1), and yellowness (week 1). The formulation cost was least for 15% RaPMF beef sausages and highest for 0% RaPMF beef sausages. As a general conclusion, RaPMF improved the mineral composition of the beef sausages and reduced production costs without compromising its physicochemical and sensory properties

Improved charge storage performance of a layered Mo1.33C MXene/MoS2/graphene nanocomposite

    Get PDF
The construction of nanocomposite electrodes based on 2D materials is an efficient route for property enrichment and for exploitation of constituent 2D materials. Herein, a flexible Mo1.33C i-MXene/MoS2/graphene (MOMG) composite electrode is constructed, utilizing an environment-friendly method for high-quality graphene and MoS2 synthesis. The presence of graphene and MoS2 between MXene sheets limits the commonly observed restacking, increases the interlayer spacing, and facilitates the ionic and electronic conduction. The as-prepared MOMG electrode delivers a volumetric capacitance of 1600 F cm(-3) (450 F g(-1)) at the scan rate of 2 mV s(-1) and retains 96% of the initial capacitance after 15 000 charge/discharge cycles (10 A g(-1)). The current work demonstrates that the construction of nanocomposite electrodes is a promising route towards property enhancement for energy storage applications

Using Google Trends to Analyze Keywords ‘Ibadah Online’ and ‘Gereja Online’ in Indonesia

    Get PDF
There has not been any research to observe the trend of Christian users in Indonesia in searching for YouTube content in carrying out their spiritual activities during the pandemic era. This research uses the data from Google trends to observe the use of the phrases ‘ibadah online’ (online spiritual activities) and ‘gereja online’ (online church) in the spiritual content search in YouTube. By applying descriptive analysis, the conclusion can be drawn that the Christian users in Indonesia have already had digital awareness in spirituality and have exchanged the expressions ‘ibadah online’ and ‘gereja online for common interest. Research Contribution: This research is relevant to the concept of church digitization and the role of the church in the era of technological disruption that complements the discipline of Ecclesiology. The results also show the digital awareness of Christians in Indonesia. Keywords—online church; online worship; google trends; Christianity; Indonesi

The spa industry has been one of the most successful attractions having the potential to be a lucrative sector in the future and is expected to make tourism industry the main fifth revenue earner for the Malaysia by the year 2020. The Ministry of Tourism and Culture (MOTAC) in Malaysia has set up a Transformation Plan 2020 to achieve 36 million tourist arrival and aim to receive RM168 billion by the year 2020. MOTAC also predicted the spa industry will provide about 3,540 jobs by 2020. In Malaysia, this industry is still in itsinfancy stage but being one of the emerging industries globally, has huge setbacks which need to be given attention to. However, the wrong impression about the image of the spa industry is the main problem face by the spa operators. The general perception of the public tends to think that this industry is comparable to a prostitution joint. If MOTAC intends to make the spa industry as the fifth income earner for the country, a study to change the local community perception about the image of the spa and to encourage them to visit and work in the spa is of high importance. This research has explored the perceptions of the local community towards the image of the spa in Malaysia with Sabah in particular. As this is an exploratory research, qualitative method is used for this study. The result of the research suggests that there is dynamic change in the perception towards the image of the spa industry in Sabah from mainly negative to mainly positive

Activated carbons prepared from oil palm shells: application for column separation of heavy metals

    Get PDF
Physically and chemically activated carbons from oil palm shell, which is an agro-industrial waste, were prepared using CO2, H 3PO4, K3PO4 and KOH. A horizontal Carbolitc Tubular Electric Furnace at a constant temperature of 500° for 4 h was used for pyrolysing and activating the oil palm shells in inert atmosphere. The activated carbons were ground into 500-1000 μm sizes prior to the packing. Separation of a mixture of 3 heavy metal ions, that is, Pb 2+, Zn2+ and Fe3+ metal ions were carried out successfully. Two commercial activated carbons, AC 4050 and AC 7080, were used for comparative study. Comparisons of adsorption capacity at different pH and column chromatography studies were carried out in this study
