Message schedule verification for Profinet IRT

Tato práce se zabývá ověřováním plánu zpráv v sítích Profinet IRT. Pro ověřování byly v této práci implementovány a popsány dva přístupy. Prvním z přístupů je oveření plánu statickou kontrolou jeho parametrů podle zadaných pravidel. V této práci byl implementován testovací nástroj se zadanými pravidly a s jeho pomocí bylo ověřeno několik plánů. V druhém přístupu byl vytvořen model sítě Profinet a byl parametrizován zadaným plánem. Model byl vytvořen v programu Uppaal, který podporuje verifikaci časovaných stavových automatů podle zadaných požadavků. Byla namodelována síť s liniovou topologií a bylo ověřeno její chování podle plánu.This thesis deals with verification of message schedules in Profinet IRT networks. For the verification two approaches were implemented and described in this thesis. First approach is to verify the schedule by static check with given set of rules. A test tool with verification rules was implemented in this thesis and several schedules were verified. In the second approach a model of Profinet network was created and parametrized by the schedule. The model was created in Uppaal software, which performs verification of timed automata systems according to specified requirements. Network with line topology was modeled and verified that it behaves according to the given schedule

Comparision of Selected Banks in Accordance with of FinTech

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací vybraných bank s ohledem na Fintech. Cílem práce je pomocí metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování vybrat banku, která nabízí nejvíce Fintechových služeb. Úvodní teoretická část práce se zabývá stručným shrnutím historie technologie ve světě financí. V dalším úseku práce je definována použitá metodologie vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Pro účely práce byly následně v praktické části využity Saatyho metody. Pro srovnání bylo vybráno dvanáct bank. Sledovaná kritéria byla definována na základě vzorového klienta. Bylo stanoveno pět základních kritérií; komunikace se třetími stranami, online založení produktů, mobilní bankovnictví, náklady na vedení účtu a komunikace mezi bankou a klientem. Jako zdroj informací byly použity sazebníky bank, kurzovní lístky bank, webové stránky bank, odpovědi v rámci emailové komunikace mezi autorem práce a bankou a odpovědi operátorů infolinek bank. Česká spořitelna byla vybrána jako banka vyhovující sledovaným kritériím s ohledem na Fintech v největší míře.The bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of selected banks with regard to Fintech. The goal of the thesis is to use multi-criteria decision-making methods to select the bank that offers the most Fintech services. The introduction of the work is focused on the history of technology in the world of finance. Multi-criteria decision-making methodology is defined in the next section of the work. For the purposes of the work, Saaty's methods were used in the practical part. There were selected twelve banks for comparison. Criteria that were monitored were defined based on preferences of a hypotetic client. Five basic criteria were stated; communications with third parties, online product set-up, mobile banking, account maintenance costs and bank-to-client communications. Bank tariff lists, bank exchange rates, bank websites, answers in email communication between the author of the work and the bank and answers from bank infoline operators were used as sources of information. Consumer behavior on the notebook's market

katedra: KMG; rozsah: 85 s.The task of my diploma thesis is an analysis of the influences that operates with the decision of the customers during their choice of laptops. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part there is the presentation of the theoretical facts gained from the literature. The chapters deal with different topics. These topics are: customer on the market, the character of the customer, the segmentation of the customer, shopping customer, inner and outside factors that influence the behavior of the customer, the process of the shopping decision and marketing and customer´s research. In the second part there is an evaluation of the questionnaire research which was made with the chosen students in the Liberec region. From these questionnaires were drawn conclusions and then were made recommendation which should lead to better satisfaction of the segments of the customers.Předmětem diplomové práce "Spotřebitelské chování na trhu notebooků" je analýza vlivů působících na rozhodování spotřebitelů při výběru notebooků. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V části první jsou prezentovány teoretické poznatky z literárně dostupných zdrojů. Kapitoly se věnují tématům spotřebitele na trhu, osobnosti spotřebitele a spotřebitelské segmentaci, dále spotřebiteli při nákupu, vnitřním a vnějším faktorům ovlivňujících chování spotřebitele, procesu kupního rozhodování a také marketingovému a spotřebitelskému výzkumu. Ve druhé části je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření, které bylo provedeno u vybraných studentů v Libereckém kraji, z něhož jsou poté vyvozeny závěry a vytvořeno doporučení směřující k lepšímu uspokojení požadavků výzkumného segmentu spotřebitelů

Pracovní podmínky ve školství s akcentem na odměňování

Pracovní podmínky ve školství vykazují v celé řadě bodů společný charakter a úpravu s pracovními podmínkami jakýchkoliv jiných zaměstnanců. Specifická pravidla vyplývají na povrch tam, kde je třeba respektovat zvláštní povahu činnosti zaměstnanců ve školství, a to navíc s ohledem na zajištění agendy škol a školských zařízení soukromými školami, resp. školami, jejichž náklady na provoz jsou plně hrazeny z veřejných rozpočtů. Od běžných zaměstnanců soukromého sektoru se budou pedagogičtí zaměstnanci lišit např. výší zákonné dovolené, rozsahem pracovní doby, po kterou jsou povinni vykonávat aktivně přímou pedagogickou činnosti, popř. stanovením výše odměny za práci (dle platových tabulek - vyjma soukromé školství). Komplex pracovních podmínek se může lišit v případě, kdy se jedná o veřejné školství (zaměstnanci odměňovaní platem), nebo o soukromé školství (zaměstnanci odměňovaní mzdou). Finanční stránka je však v obou případech podstatná pro vytvoření pracovního prostředí i vhodných a motivačních pracovních podmínek. Při zamyšlení nad specifičností oblasti školství, s ohledem na různé pracovní podmínky, krystalizuje jako základní prvek pracovních podmínek finanční agenda, resp. financování a prostředky na platy a další benefity. Vzhledem k tomu, že právo na vzdělání osob realizuj stát především prostřednictvím veřejného školství, má finanční - rozpočtová stránka věci kruciální význam. Bez dostatečného finančního zajištění by nebylo myslitelné nejen zlepšovat základní podmínky odměňování zaměstnanců, a tím zvyšování atraktivnosti školství pro zaměstnance, tak i možnost poskytování dalších benefitů. Vzhledem k dlouhodobě nízkému objemu finančních prostředků ve školství, musí být vhodně zvažováno především optimální nastavení odměňovacího systému.Working conditions in the area of education, in many aspects, are similar to working conditions of employees in other areas. Nevertheless, there are moments when particular aspects of work of employees in the area of education need to be taken into consideration bearing in mind the specific agenda of schools, both private and public whose expenses are covered by public sources. These aspects that differentiate employees in the field of education from any other employees are e.g. holiday allowance, working hours, remuneration, etc. The working conditions can differ in public schools sector (salary) and in private schools sector (wages). Finances represent a very important aspect playing a substantial role in creating a good and incentive working environment. Financial agenda, i.e. financial sources, salaries, and other benefits, seem to be the most important element of working conditions in the area of education. The state ensures the right to education mostly through public schools, therefore, financial and budget aspects are of crucial importance. Making work in the area of education more attractive for (prospective) employees and providing further benefits would not be conceivable without sufficient financial sources. Given a long-term limited budget in education, remuneration appears to play an essential part in the working conditions of employees in education

Zdraví a práce

Pracovní právo je právem ochranářským. Tvrdým jádrem pracovního práva se proto stala oblast bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Faktor „zdraví“ představuje v pracovním právu podstatnou roli při utváření i realizaci vztahu při výkonu závislé práce a bezprostředně ovlivňuje nejen samotné pracovní podmínky, ale i postavení zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele a jejich nároky. Ochrana života a zdraví má ve struktuře pracovního práva výsostné postavení, což se projevuje ve všech oblastech úpravy výkonu závislé práce, od bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, přes pracovní dobu, změny pracovního poměru, odměňování či sociální zajištění zaměstnanců. Text předložené publikace pojednává o řadě naznačených souvislostí vztahu zdraví a práce, popisuje základní problematiku a nabízí případná řešení a komplexní pochopení významu zdraví v pracovním právu.Labour Law is a protectionist branch of law. Health and safety at work has therefore become the hard core of this area of law. The factor of “health” plays an important role in the formation and realization of a legal relationship during the performance of dependent work and it also directly affects not only the working conditions but also the status of the employee and the employer and their claims. The protection of life and health has a sovereign status in the structure of labour law and this aspect is reflected in all areas of regulation of the performance of dependent work – starting with health and safety at work, and continuing with working time, changes in employment, remuneration and/or social security of employees. Virgo calibration and reconstruction of the gravitational wave strain during VSR1

Virgo is a kilometer-length interferometer for gravitational waves detection located near Pisa. Its first science run, VSR1, occured from May to October 2007. The aims of the calibration are to measure the detector sensitivity and to reconstruct the time series of the gravitational wave strain h(t). The absolute length calibration is based on an original non-linear reconstruction of the differential arm length variations in free swinging Michelson configurations. It uses the laser wavelength as length standard. This method is used to calibrate the frequency dependent response of the Virgo mirror actuators and derive the detector in-loop response and sensitivity within ~5%. The principle of the strain reconstruction is highlighted and the h(t) systematic errors are estimated. A photon calibrator is used to check the sign of h(t). The reconstructed h(t) during VSR1 is valid from 10 Hz up to 10 kHz with systematic errors estimated to 6% in amplitude.
