ANALISIS JALUR TERHADAP FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI INDEKS PRESTASI KUMULATIF (IPK) MAHASISWA STATISTIKA UNDIP

Education is a priority thing everyone today. Education is implemented in learning, by learning humans can develop all the potential there is in him. Learning is always related to the achievement of learning, because learning is a process while learning achievement is the result of the learning process. In the course of learning achievement levels measured by GPA (Grade Point Average). Factors that influence GPA among allowance, age, value of the UN Senior High School, many organizations, the internet long, long time to learn. Path analysis is the development of multiple regression which the independent variables affect the dependent variable not only directly but also indirectly affect. Based on the results of the discussion of the factors that affect the GPA is concluded that the allowance has indirect effect of -0,211, age has direct effect of age at 0,1901, the UN has direct effect of 0,258, many organizations have a direct effect of -0,3582 and has indirect effect of -0,132, the internet long direct effect of -0,2376 and has indirect effect of -0,038, long learning has a direct effect of 0,2344. Expert Opinions and Logarithmic Utility Maximization in a Market with Gaussian Drift

This paper investigates optimal portfolio strategies in a financial market where the drift of the stock returns is driven by an unobserved Gaussian mean reverting process. Information on this process is obtained from observing stock returns and expert opinions. The latter provide at discrete time points an unbiased estimate of the current state of the drift. Nevertheless, the drift can only be observed partially and the best estimate is given by the conditional expectation given the available information, i.e., by the filter. We provide the filter equations in the model with expert opinion and derive in detail properties of the conditional variance. For an investor who maximizes expected logarithmic utility of his portfolio, we derive the optimal strategy explicitly in different settings for the available information. The optimal expected utility, the value function of the control problem, depends on the conditional variance. The bounds and asymptotic results for the conditional variances are used to derive bounds and asymptotic properties for the value functions. PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KEMAMPUAN SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI 2 PROBOLINGGO

Tujuan dari ienelitian explanatory survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kemampuan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Probolinggo tahun 2019 baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri 2 Probolinggo  yang berjumlah 44 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus sampling. Sedangkan kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa: mean gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebesar 3,950; mean kemampuan supervisi kepala sekolah sebesar 3,740 dan mean kinerja guru sebesar 3,580. Hal ini menunjukkan interval dalam kondisi sangat baik. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kemampuan supervisi kepala sekolah, secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, kemampuan supervisi dan kinerja guru. THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL'S LEADERSHIP STYLE, THE PRINCIPAL'S SUPERVISION ABILITY TO THE TEACHER’S PERFORMANCE OF PROBOLINGGO HIGH SCHOOL 2 Abstract: The purpose of this research is describing the Principal's Leadership Style, the Principal's Supervision Ability and the Teacher’s Performance of Probolinggo High School 2 at 2019. The population in this study were all teachers of Probolinggo 2 Public High Schools, totaling 44 people. The sampling uses census sampling method. While the questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the Chief Leadership Style The mean school of 3,950, the Principal’s Supervision Ability of the mean 3,740 and the Teacher's Performance with a mean of 3,580 are already in very good condition (interval). Nodal pricing:The theory and evidence of Indonesia power system

This research presents a stylised nodal pricing model of Indonesia power system with engineering-economic constraints. The modelling in this research adopts the 8 nodes stylised model for the Sumatra power system, by incorporating generation, transmission and power system stability constraint. Nodal pricing analysis is performed based on Direct Current (DC) Optimal Power Flow (OPF) and marginal cost calculation in each node. This research is the first ever to estimate nodal prices in the Indonesian electricity market. Nodal pricing model in this paper provides a proper investment signals for Indonesian stakeholder in performing generation expansion planning. Indonesia,  even  though  state  gives  a  concession  on  moderate  on  religious  matter,  the phenomena  shows  that  the  radical  Islamic  group  tries  to  intervene  religious  matter  in  Indonesia. Thus  it  might  dangerous  to  manage  the  diversity  that  becomes  national  emblem.  In  this  paper,  I argue  that  democratic  society  should  regulate  and  control  religious  activity.  I  have  two  reasons about  it.  My  reasons  are  based  on  Indonesian  experiences.  First,  the  democratic  society  prevents activities of a majority religion that contain radical political activities and tried to force their values to other citizens.. Market power modelling in electricity market:A critical review

This paper presents a critical review of market power modelling in the electricity market. This research provides a coherent guideline to determine suitable modelling for market power in electricity market. This research also includes market power index application in competition policy enforcement. An ideal market power index is one which provides the most straightforward number to measure the market power exercise. However, a more sophisticated approach is needed to mitigate market power since traditional indexes have limitations in representing the complexity of the power system. Cournot modelling has the main weakness in large-scale power system modelling with transmission constraint. However, the Cournot model continues to develop as a tool to analyse player behaviour due to the analytical connectivity between a real power market and microeconomic engineering theory, e.g. DC load flow, reserve margin, transmission constraint, forward contract, demand elasticity, and RSI. Hubungan Antara Manajemen Diri Dengan Motivasi Berwirausahapada Siswa Smk

Pada dasarnya dunia wirausaha merupakan pilihan yang cukup rasional dalam situasi dan kondisi terbatasnya kesempatan kerja. Oleh karena itu sudah seharusnya kaum muda Indonesia menciptakan pekerjaan yang layak dan produktif melalui wirausaha. Individu yang memiliki karakteristik sebagai seorang wirausaha akan lebih berhasil jika didukung oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya yaitu manajemen diri, karena dengan man ajemen diri yang tinggi siswa dapat melakukan pengelolaan hidup dan dan kemandirian yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen diri dengan motivasi berwirausaha pada siswa SMK Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan positif antara manajemen diri dengan motivasi berwirausaha. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa - siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 2 Surakarta. Pengambilan secara cluster random samplingterpilih kelas XII jurusan teknik gambar bangunan berjumlah 22 siswa, teknik teknik konstruksi kayu dengan jumlah 28 siswa, dan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan jumlah siswa 30 orang, sehingga total siswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 orang Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala manajemen diri dan skala motivasi berwirausaha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment . Hasil analisis product moment diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,490; p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). Artinya ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antaramanajemen diri dengan motivasi berwirausaha. Sumbangan efektif variabel manajemen diri terhadap motivasi berwirausaha sebesar 24%. Berdasarkan hasil pengkategorian diketahui persepsi terhadap manajemen diri mempunyai rerata empirik (RE) sebesar 94,263 dan rerata hipotetik (RH) sebesar 93,5 yang berarti manajemen diri pada subjek penelitian tergolong sedang. Nilai rerata empirik motivasi berwirausaha (RE) sebesar 81,588 dan rerata hipotetik (RH) sebesar 72, 5 yang berarti motivasi berwirausaha pada s ubjek penelitian tergolong sedang. Hasil kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara manajemen diri dengan motivasi berwirausaha, artinya variabel manajemen diri dapat dijadikan sebagai prediktor (variabel bebas) untuk memprediksikan variabel motivasi berwirausaha. Semakin tinggi manajemen diri maka akan semakin tinggi pula motivasi berwirausaha
