PERENCANAAN KLINIK TERPADU DI KOTA PONTIANAK KALIMANTAN BARAT

Klinik merupakan tempat untuk memberikan pelayanan medik jangka pendek, bagi semua orang yang menderita sakit atau luka sesuai dengan sakit yang dideritanya. Klinik berfungsi Menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan yang menyediakan pelayanan medis dasar dan/atau spesialis. Klinik ini melayani masyarakat sekitar Kota Pontianak dan daerah sekitarnya. Perencanaan Klinik tersebut memang perlu dilakukan untuk memperbaiki fasilitas dan fungsi pada bangunan.Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perencanaan Klinik Terpadu di Kota Pontianak dengan membangun kembali bangunan. Perencanaan ini didasarkan atas standar yang telah ditentukan oleh Menteri Kesehatan. Lokasi Perencanaan Klinik Terpadu saat ini terletak di Jl. Putri Candramidi No.35, Sungai Bangkong, Pontianak Kota. Lokasi ini sangat strategis karena akses menuju lokasi ini mudah dijangkau terletak di jalan utama. Kata kunci: Perencanaan,  Klinik terpadu, Kota Pontiana

STRATEGI SALES PROMOTION PRICE DISCOUNT DALAM MENDORONG PEMBELIAN IMPULSIF PRODUK JENIS MINUMAN ISOTONIK Di PT. AMERTA INDAH OTSUKA”.

Penelitian ini berjudul “strategi sales promotion price discount dalam mendorong pembelian impulsif produk jenis minuman isotonik di pt. amerta indah otsuka” mempunyai tujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi seles promotion price discount dalam mendorong pembelian impulsif produk jenis minuman isotonic di PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka. Pada penelitian ini Metode yang di gunakan ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun  informan dalam penelitian ini para konsumen yang menjadi pelanggan di PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka yang berada di sekitar Lombok Timur. Penentuan informan menggunakan tehnik probabilitiy sampling dengan simple random sampling, dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Pengumpulan Data, reduksi data, penyajian data serta penyimpulan dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Variabel discount dapat mendorong peningkatan impulse buying konsumen pada PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka. discount yang diberiakn mampu meningkatkan volume penjulan minuman jenis isotenik pada PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka. Berarti strategi seles promosi dengan menggunakan diskon sudah berhasil dan mampu menarik atau mempengaruhi minat beli masyarakat,  Disamping promosi seles diskon yang digunakan pihak PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka harus juga memperhatikan  merchandising produknya Karen hal ini juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap keingin konsumen untuk mau berbelanja di PT. Amerta Indah Otsuk

FILSAFAT ETIKA IBNU MISKAWAIH

Ibn Maskawih defines the soul as a simple substance that cannot be sensed by any of the senses. the soul comes from an abundance of active reason ('aql fa'al). The human soul has three levels of power. From a low level, the order is stated as: Al-Nafs al-Bahimiyah (animal lust) which is bad, Al Nafs al-Sabu'iah (lust for wild animals) is moderate, Al Nafs al-Nathiqah (intelligent soul) is good. The soul cannot be accidental because it - in itself - has the power to distinguish between accident and essential concepts, and is not limited to conscious awareness of accidental things by the senses, but can perceive a wide variety of immaterial and abstract entities. Ibn Miskawaih argues that the effort to achieve al- sa'adat cannot be done alone, but must be together on the basis of mutual help and complementarity. The concept of morals developed by Ibn Miskawaih is closer to being said as religious- philosophical ethics, because the thoughts he conveys are always based on the guidance of religious teachings. So it is not uncommon when in his writings found various verses of the Koran and Hadith to support his argument

University student practices and perceptions on eating behaviours whilst living away from home

Transition to university is a vulnerable time and associated with adverse health behaviors. Purchasing and consuming healthy food is generally not a high priority due to other challenges they face. This study explored the dietary practices and perceptions which influenced eating behaviors of university students when living away from home. Forty-two university students (n 27 male) participated in 8 focus groups which identified four themes as being barriers to eating a healthier diet, namely Physical Environment, University lifestyle, self-confidence, and personal factors. Food choice is a complex behavior and these findings when applied to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs suggests that basic physiological needs for food is prioritized and only when this is satisfied is making healthier food choices considered

Eksplorasi Reka Bentuk Rehal ; Kajian Kes Pusat Tafaqquh Fiddin Kuching, Sarawak

Permintaan terhadap kelainan reka bentuk rehal yang profesional semakin meningkat di kalangan umat islam terutama di pusat tahfiz. Persepsi pengguna terhadap rehal yang sedia ada ke atas tempat meletakkan Al-Quran masih belum terpadam dek ditelan zaman. Reka bentuk yang telah ditransformasikan secara professional dan telah membawa kepada konsep pengenalan rehal. Di samping itu, konsep ini dijadikan sebagai satu kemudahan kepada masyarakat islam terutama pelajar tahfiz untuk membaca Al-Quran, menulis , belajar dan sebagainya. Oleh hal yang demikian , kajian ini melibatkan proses mengenalpasti jenis-jenis dan rekabentuk rehal, menganalisa rekabentuk rehal yang digunakan serta merekabentuk rehal yang mempunyai ciriciri ergonomik bersesuaian dengan keperluan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Justeru itu ,kaedah pengumpulan data kuantitatif yang telah digunakan dalam kajian ini termasuklah temu bual, pemerhatian , fotografi dan video. Projek akhir ini dinamakan sebagai „REHAL‟ berfungsi untuk kegunaan umat islam terutama pelajar tahfiz di Pusat Tafaqquh Fiddin

Modeling and optimization of surface roughness and vibration amplitude in heat assisted end milling of SKD 11 tool steel using ball nose tool

Tool steel - SKD 11 is frequently used in industries for making dies and molds. This grade is chosen for its toughness, strength, and hardness maintained up to high temperature. However, the same properties make the steel extremely difficult and expensive to machine using conventional approaches. Heat assisted machining has been found wide spread application in recent years to improve machinability of difficult-to-cut materials. This research paper presents the outcome of an investigation on heat assisted end milling of SKD 11 conducted on a vertical machining center using ball nose coated carbide inserts. The Design of Experiments (DoE) was done using the Response Surface Methodology, in order to develop empirical mathematical models of surface roughness and vibration in terms of cutting speed, feed, axial depth of cut, and heating temperature. The models were checked for significance using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). 3-D response surface graphs of the interactions of primary cutting parameters with the responses were plotted. Optimization was then performed by using the desirability function approach. From the graphs and optimized results it was concluded that the primary input parameters could be controlled in order to reduce vibration amplitude and produce semi-finished machined surfaces applying induction heat assisted technique

The utilization of RTK-GPS for real-time structural health detection

As safety precautions, the need for rapid assessment of the state of large engineering structure after extreme events such as earthquake, tsunami, typhoon or related wind effects is highly demanded. Compared to other often used practices such as acceleration integration method, laser distance gauge method and total station method, it is noted that GPS through static surveying technique is capable of providing 0.05 Hz of sampling frequency with location precision of 5~10 mm. Apparently, with the advent of Real-Time Kinematic (RTK-GPS) technique, deformations of various structures such as dams, wide span bridges, highways and high rise buildings can be monitored in real-time mode with 3D positioning accuracy of 10 mm ± 1 to 2 ppm (horizontally) and 15-20 mm ± 2 ppm (vertically). This paper therefore leads to a better understanding on RTK-GPS through simulation test made on a bridge in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) campus. For the purpose of real-time structural health detection, well-calibrated GPS Trimble™ 4800 dual-frequency receivers and Pacific Crest™ radio modems were used in this study. By applying static survey mode to determine true coordinates in which will be used latter as “reference�, the test was then conducted in real-time using RTK-GPS mode. It is noted that GPS through the utilization of RTK-GPS is potentially capable of being deployed as an effective tool in structural health detection
