    HUBUNGAN ANTARA PEKERJAAN, GAJI, KESEMPATAN PROMOSI, SUPERVISI DAN REKAN KERJA DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT.X

    Kepuasan kerja sangat penting untuk meningkatkan motivasi pekerja sehingga dapat berpengaruh kepada produktivitas karyawan dan perusahaan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan yaitu seperti gaji, kesempatan promosi, hubungan dengan rekan kerja dan lain sebagainya. Dampak dari ketidakpuasan kerja dapat berupa turnover dan absensi karyawan meningkat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara pekerjaan, gaji, kesempatan promosi, supervisi dan rekan kerja dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.X. Penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 27 karyawan PT.X dengan total sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan taraf signifikansi 0.05. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, kesempatan promosi, supervisi dan rekan kerja mempunyai hubungan positif dengan kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.X masih rendah yaitu sebanyak 55.6% karyawan masih tidak puas dengan pekerjaannya. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin kurang baik persepsi karyawan tentang pekerjaan, gaji, kesempatan promosi, supervisi dan rekan kerja makan semakin tidak puas pula karyawan PT.X Kata Kunci: kepuasan kerja, faktor kepuasan kerj

    Exploring Spirituality of Sa‘dūn al-Majnūn’s Poetry: A Perspective of Ibn ‘Arabī’s Hermeneutics

    Spirituality poetry generally contains elements of beauty and aesthetics, so it tends to display linguistics and literature. Sa‘dūn’s poetry has its uniqueness with spiritual content in it. Spirituality in Sa‘dūn’s poetry describes the close relationship between man and God, which is reflected in the form of criticism of society. Therefore, this study aims to determine the form of spirituality in Sa‘dūn’s poetry. This research method uses content analysis by using Ibn ‘Arabī’s hermeneutics approach in its interpretation. The results of this study indicate two things, namely: (1) essence of death in the first poem contains three important pieces of advice, namely life in this world, life in the afterlife, and prepare for death; and (2) essence of ma‘rifah contained in the second Sa‘dūn’s poetry shows Sa‘dūn’s closeness to God as evidenced by two things, namely zuhud and world prevents towards Allah. This study is important in expanding the study of Ibn ‘Arabi’s hermeneutics which is usually only used to interpret the inner meaning in the Qur’ān and ḥadīth. Hermeneutics can also be used in other literary works such as poetry, novels, short stories, etc

the important methods for categorical data analysis. This model deals with one nominal/ordinal response variable that has more than two categories, whether nominal or ordinal variable. This model has been applied in data analysis in many areas, for example health, social, behavioral, and educational.To identify the model by practical way, we used real data on physical violence against children, from a survey of Youth 2003 which was conducted by Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS). Segment of the population of children in the age group (10-14 years) for residents in Gaza governorate, size of 66,935 had been selected, and the response variable consisted of four categories. Eighteen of explanatory variables were used for building the primary multinomial </span></span><span class="longtext1"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;">logistic regression model. Model had been tested through a set of statistical tests to ensure its appropriateness for the data. Also the model had been tested by selecting randomly of two observations of the data used to predict the position of each observation in any classified group it can be, by knowing the values of the explanatory variables used. We concluded by using the multinomial logistic regression model that we can able to define accurately the relationship between the group of explanatory variables and the response variable, identify the effect of each of the variables, and we can predict the classification of any individual case.</span></span

    Pengolahan data yang efektif berpengaruh pada proses pelayanan terhadap pelanggan. System yang terkomputerisasi dengan didukung keterampilan pengguna akan membuat pegolahan data yang cepat. Sudirman futsal merupakan suatu bidang usaha yang mnyediakan sarana olahraga diantaranya lapang futsal, bulu tangkis, basket dan voli. Proses pengolahan data penyewa masih menggukan system manual dengan mencatat penyewaan pada buku lalu di inputkan kedalam excel. Ketika proses perhitungan penyewaannya pun petugas harus menghitung manual dengan kalkulator. Dengan system yang seperti ini memberikan peluang untuk membuat system informasi penyewaan lapang yang memberikan kemudahan, dan mempercepat proses pelayanan. Aplikasi yang akan dibuat berbasis desktop. Sebelumnya Luthfan (2013) telah membangun aplikasi Penyewaan Lapangan Futsal Pada Grindulu Futsal Pacitan dimana aplikasi ini mengolah data penyewaan lapangan futsal saja dengan jumlah lapangan hanya 1. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan perangkat lunak Visual Basic dan pengolahan databasenya menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft acces. Ricky (2013) juga membangun aplikasi penyewaan lapangan futsal yang berbasis desktop. Penyajiannya juga hampir sama dengan yang di buat Luthfan namun perhitungan biaya sewa masih dihitung secara manual. Pengembangan system informasi penyewaan lapang ini menggunakan metodologi Unified Approach(UA) dengan tahapan analisis mengidentifikasi actor, mengembangkan diagram aktifitas dan use case, mengembangkan diagram interaksi dan mengidentifikasi kelas. Sedangkan tahapan desainnya meliputi perancangan kelas, menyaring uml calss diagram, perancangan layer akses dan antarmuka, dan pengujian. Dari pengembangan SI ini menghasilakan tampilan menu utama, form data lapang, form data jadwal lapang, form data penyewaan dan cetak kwitansi serta cetak laporan, form untuk menginfut data penyewaan, form pelunasan,dan form untuk edit user

    The impact of human resource management practices in innovation culture Case Study: Bank of Palestine in Gaza strip

    The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of correlation between HRM practices and innovation culture and the degree of the impact of each HRM practice on the innovation culture. Data of this study are obtained from Bank Of Palestine (BoP), triangulation mixed method is used in this study, by using quantitative and qualitative analysis in order to get three points upon the factors being studied through questionnaires distributed to BoPs' employees in different branches in Gaza strip, and interview with the HR manager of BoP and a focus group with BoP's HR team. The results of this study concluded that there is a correlation between HRM practices and innovation culture. The HRM practices, which include staffing process, compensation, employee and labor relations, training and development, safety and health and communication, and participation, should be implemented in a holistic system and not in isolation in order to best stimulate innovation culture. The study recommended the pre-evaluation tests should be changed to better measure employees' creativity, flexibility and ability to take risks which all lead to a better innovation culture

    COMBINATION VACCINES AGAINST KOIHERPES VIRUS AND Aeromonas hydrophila CO-INFECTION IN KOI AND COMMON CARP

    Co-infections occur when hosts are infected by two or more pathogens, either simultaneous or as a secondary infection. This research aimed to determine the best compositions of vaccine combinations and their protective efficacies against pathogens co-infection. This research was conducted in two stages. Firstly, surveys were conducted in three research areas: infected, high risk of infection, and virus free areas. Samples (three to five fish per pool) were collected from three fish farms per area. The basic antibody titer of fish from each farm was checked before and after vaccination as well as after the virus challenge in combination with the PCR result. The second stage of the research was conducted in the laboratory. Carp and koi fish were used to determine optimal vaccine combination and dosage for oral application. The results of this research showed that combination of KHV: Aeromonas hydrophila vaccines in the ratio of 1:2 and vaccine volume of 3 mL via the oral application gave higher titer antibody and efficacy against KHV and A. hydrophila. In conclusion, the combined vaccine offers an effective means of preventing the diseases, decreasing fish mortality, and simplifying the immunization schedule, which will eventually increase the overall health of farmed fish and benefit fish farmers and service extension officers. This research recommends that further development of the combined vaccines should be carried out, for example, overcoming the technical difficulties in its manufacturing

    The accuracy of currently used WHO´s Body Mass Index cut-off points to measure Overweight and Obesity in Syrian women: A correlation study

    Purpose: Obesity is a common health problem in both developed and developing countries. BMI is commonly used to identify obesity. However, there is increasing evidence that the relationship between BMI and BF% differs among various ethnicities. The main objectives of this study are (1) to evaluate the correlation between BF% as determined by BIA, DEXA, Deuterium oxide (D2O) and BMI, (2) to assess the accuracy of currently used WHOÅLs BMI cut-off points to identify overweight and obesity among Syrian women. Material and Methods: A total of 908 healthy Syrian women aged 18-60 years participated in this study. Weight, height, BMI, BF% assessed by BIA and DEXA, and D2O have been determined. Results: BF% results obtained by BIA and DEXA, and D2O revealed strong correlations. BMI showed a statistically significant correlation with BF% determined by BIA, DEXA and D2O. Obesity when defined as BMI ≥ 30 and as BF% &gt; 35% (derived from BIA, DEXA and D2O) classified 43%, 52.5%, 75.9% and 72.7% of women as obese, respectively. ROC analysis defined BMI cut-off points for overweight and obesity of 22.5 and 25.7, respectively. Using the new BMI cut-off point, the prevalence of obesity among Syrian women was increased by 24%. Conclusions: The current BMI cut-off points recommended by WHO underestimate the prevalence of overweight and obesity among Syrian women. Our data suggests that it is important to lower the proposed WHOÅLs BMI cut-off points for the Syrian women

    Evaluation of patients treated with natalizumab for progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy

    Background: Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) was reported to have developed in three patients treated with natalizumab. We conducted an evaluation to determine whether PML had developed in any other treated patients. Methods: We invited patients who had participated in clinical trials in which they received recent or long-term treatment with natalizumab for multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, or rheumatoid arthritis to participate. The clinical history, physical examination, brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and testing of cerebrospinal fluid for JC virus DNA were used by an expert panel to evaluate patients for PML. We estimated the risk of PML in patients who completed at least a clinical examination for PML or had an MRI. Results: Of 3417 patients who had recently received natalizumab while participating in clinical trials, 3116 (91 percent) who were exposed to a mean of 17.9 monthly doses underwent evaluation for PML. Of these, 44 patients were referred to the expert panel because of clinical findings of possible PML, abnormalities on MRI, or a high plasma viral load of JC virus. No patient had detectable JC virus DNA in the cerebrospinal fluid. PML was ruled out in 43 of the 44 patients, but it could not be ruled out in one patient who had multiple sclerosis and progression of neurologic disease because data on cerebrospinal fluid testing and follow-up MRI were not available. Only the three previously reported cases of PML were confirmed (1.0 per 1000 treated patients; 95 percent confidence interval, 0.2 to 2.8 per 1000). Conclusions: A detailed review of possible cases of PML in patients exposed to natalizumab found no new cases and suggested a risk of PML of roughly 1 in 1000 patients treated with natalizumab for a mean of 17.9 months. The risk associated with longer treatment is not known
