    Asas Contante Justitie, yaitu merupakan asas peradilan cepat, sederhana dan biaya ringan, Asas ini menghendaki proses pemeriksaan tidak berbelit-belit dan untuk melindungi hak tersangka guna mendapat pemeriksaan dengan cepat agar segera di dapatkan kepastian hukum. Asas tersebut yang di anut dalam KUHAP, merupakan bagian hak-hak asasi manusia. Begitupula peradilan bebas, jujur dan tidak memihak yang di tonjolkan dalam Undang-Undang tersebut. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menjawab permasalahan mengenai bagaimana pengaturan tentang Asas Peradilan Cepat, Sederhana dan Biaya ringan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan saat ini, yaitu dalam hal penangkapan; penahanan; penyelidikan; penyidikan; penuntutan; pengajuan banding; pengajuan kasasi; penggabungan perkara pidana dan tuntutan ganti kerugian, serta putusan tidak dapat banding. Jenis penelitian dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode penelitian Normatif empiris, jenis penelitian berdasarkan studi kepustakaan (Library Research) adapun sumber bahan hukum primernya yaitu Kitab Undang- Undang Hukum Acara Pidana dan Perundang-Undangan yang relevan. Penelitian ini mengkaji data sekunder sebagai dasar utama. Jenis data skunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa dokumen-dokumen, sumber-sumber buku, jurnal,internet. Proses penerapan peradilan Pidana yang dilaksanakan dengan cepat, sederhana dan biaya ringan, tidak bekerja secara berbelit-belit, dan pertimbangan serta kesimpulan penerapan hukum yang mudah dimengerti oleh pihak yang berkepentingan. Pengaturan Asas Peradilan Cepat Sederhana dan Biaya Ringan tersebut tidak mempunyai saksi yang mengikat bagi para pelanggar namun demikian, dalam pemeriksaan dan penyelesaian perkara di Pengadilan tidak mengorbankan ketelitian dalam mencari kebenaran dan keadilan

    This study aimed to determine the direct perception of society towards organic fertilizers and forests as well as the way society treated farm wastes in the village of Dolat Rayat Tongkoh District of Karo. The method used in this research was a survey research methods. The results showed that the level of public perception in the Tongkoh village, Dolat Rayat District, Karo of the existence and functions of forests and the use of fertilizers at high category, respectively by 75 % and 93.75 %. Alternative most decisive election of respondents associated with the treatment of agricultural waste was to be burned with the percentage of 49.3 %

    Peanut is one of the source of protein for human foods. Production of peanutscan be increase by land cultivation and giving vermicompost. This research aimed toevaluate the effect of land cultivation and giving vermicompost for growth andproduction of peanuts. The study was conducted in Tanjung Sari, Kecamatan MedanSelayang. This research used split plot design, with two factors. First factor is landcultivation with 4 levels (traditional tillage with two stage of cultivation, traditionaltillage with one stage of cultivation, minimum tillage, and no-tillage).The secondfactor is the ratio of vermicompost and chemical fertilizers, whith 5 levels(chemical 100%,vermicompost 100%, vermicompost 75% + chemical fertilizer25%, vermicompost 50% + chemical fertilizer 50%, and vermicompost 25% +chemical fertilizer 75%. The result showed that land cultivation significantlyaffected the parameters the number of ginofor 2 and 3 month after planting(MAP), the number of filled pod, 100 seed weigth, production per sample andproduction per plot. The ratio of vermicompost and chemical fertilizerssignificantly affected the parameters of the number of branch 1 and 2 MAP. Theinteraction between land cultivation and the ratio of vermicompost and chemicalfertilizers did not significantly affected for all parameters

    Nationalism is the noble value of Pancasila which must be owned by students as the next generation of the nation to realize their independence and contribution to the country, so that the competitive character of students can be realized among themselves in the era of globalization. This study aims to reduce the content of the characters and their teaching methods in the class IV package book theme 5 of the 2018 Revised Edition of My Hero Curriculum 2013. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with content analysis, namely research that describes the Character of Nationalism and is then used to analyze the contents of teacher and class student books. 4 themes 5 My heroes. The results of the research and discussion that the researchers conducted showed that 1) The content of the character of nationalism in student books still contained some material that did not meet predetermined indicators, namely the "Let's Discuss" activity in the student book sub-theme 1 about Majapahit's territory, the "Let's Read" activity in student book subtheme 1 which discusses Mahapatih Gajah Mada, the "Let's Read" activity in the student book is discussing the text of the story entitled "Penataran Temple Complex". 2) The learning design for the teacher's Nationalism character content looks less varied and monotonous, making learning less meaningful

    In 2019, the world was shocked by the outbreak of a deadly disease known as Covid 19. Explanation of dr. Merry Dame Cristy Pane said the Covid 19 disease outbreak caused by the Corona virus was found in the city of Wuhan, China in December 2019. The existence of this epidemic has a major impact, especially on the world of education. The appeal to maintain distance and implement health protocols to break the Corona chain resulted in the government issuing a circular containing recommendations for educational institutions to carry out distance learning (PJJ). The PJJ process is carried out in two ways, namely online and offline. This study aims to analyze the PJJ process in SD, describe the implementation of measuring learning outcomes, and evaluate the implementation of PJJ and measuring student learning outcomes. This type of research is an evaluative study with a descriptive analysis research design using the CIPP evaluation model developed by Daniel Stufflebeam in 1966. The data sources in this study are the results of interviews with the principal and teachers and the PJJ report documents made by the teacher. Data analysis techniques in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data from interviews and documentation that were analyzed descriptively showed that the evaluation of the implementation of PJJ was quite good, but the evaluation of measuring learning outcomes was less effective

    Missense mutations cluster within the carboxyl-terminal region of DAX-1 and impair transcriptional repression

    DAX-1 is an orphan nuclear receptor that plays a key role in the development and function of the adrenal gland and hypothalamic-pituitary gonadal axis. Mutations in the gene encoding DAX-1 result in X-linked adrenal hypoplasia congenita (AHC). Affected boys typically present with primary adrenal failure in infancy or childhood and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism at the time of puberty. The majority of DAX1 mutations described to date are nonsense or frameshift mutations that result in premature truncation of the DAX-1 protein and loss of DAX-1 repressor function. Relatively few missense mutations in DAX1 have been reported. Here, we describe missense mutations in three additional families with X-linked AHC. When combined with previous reports, the DAX1 missense mutations appear to cluster within restricted regions of the putative ligand-binding domain of DAX-1 and affect amino acids that are evolutionarily conserved, suggesting that these regions correspond to critical functional domains. Transcription assays, using a variety of artificial and native target genes, were performed to assess the effects of these mutations on the function of DAX-1. All DAX-1 missense mutant constructs showed marked loss of repressor function, with the exception of I439S, a mutation previously shown to be associated with delayed-onset adrenal failure and incomplete hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. These data indicate that most DAX1 missense mutations associated with classic AHC exhibit marked loss of function. The locations of these mutations thereby identify important functional domains in the carboxyl-terminus of the protein

Pendidikan harus mampu merubah setiap targetnya, entah dari segi kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotorik. Madrasah Diniyah Nurunnadhoh adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang juga mengutamakan tujuan pendidikan tersebut. Implementasi nilai karakter adalah salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh madrasah ini untuk menciptakan generasi yang beriman dan intelektual. Letak yang strategis untuk menanam menjadikannya efektif untuk tempat bercocok tanaman hias yang mudah dibudidayakan. Bantaran sungai memiliki struktur tanah yang baik dan memiliki unsur tanah yang tinggi. Dalam kegiatan KSM Tematik UNISMA yang kami lakukan di wilayah Kelurahan Madyopuro ini, metode observasi dan pastifipatif kami gunakan dalam setiap kegiatan, khususnya kegiatan bercocok tanaman hias ini.     Clinical and functional effects of mutations in the DAX-1 gene in patients with adrenal hypoplasia congenita

    Adrenal hypoplasia congenita (AHC) is an X-linked disorder caused by mutations in a gene referred to as DAX-1. AHC is characterized by adrenal insufficiency and failure to undergo puberty because of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. The DAX-1 protein is structurally related to orphan nuclear receptors, although it lacks the characteristic zinc finger DNA-binding domain that is highly conserved in other members of this family. In this report, we describe the clinical features and genetic alterations in six families with AHC. These patients reveal the variable clinical presentation of adrenal insufficiency in AHC and underscore the importance of considering this diagnosis. Nonsense mutations that introduce a stop codon were found in three cases (W171X, W171X, Y399X). Frameshift mutations (405delT, 501delA, and 702delC), each of which resulted in a premature stop codon at amino acid 263, were found in the other three families. Three of these mutations (Y399X, 405delT, 702delC) are novel. Using transient gene expression assays to assess DAX-1 function, these mutations were shown to eliminate the ability of DAX-1 to repress the transcription of genes that are stimulated by a related nuclear receptor, steroidogenic factor-1. These studies reveal the variable clinical presentation of DAX-1 mutations and emphasize the value genetic testing in boys with primary adrenal insufficiency and suspected X-linked AHC
