TRANSPARENCIA COMO UNA HERRAMIENTA PARA EL ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN EN MÉXICO

En este ensayo haré un recorrido histórico sobre la aparición de la transparencia y el acceso a la información como conceptos globales además de como se han desarrollado en México, el desenvolvimiento de las leyes que protegen estos principios, la eficacia real que han tenido en la sociedad además de la opinión pública y su presencia a lo largo del tiempo en la historia de la sociedad. También analizo los obstáculos y la dinámica que genera la sociedad respecto a su propia capacidad para fomentar la opinión pública y el bienestar social al igual que los males que trae consigo la corrupción a la población y al Estado, este fenómeno claramente nunca se vio previsto y los síntomas aunque estaban presentes los sufre el país hasta el día de hoy

An R Package for a General Class of Inverse Gaussian Distributions

The inverse Gaussian distribution is a positively skewed probability model that has received great attention in the last 20 years. Recently, a family that generalizes this model called inverse Gaussian type distributions has been developed. The new R package named ig has been designed to analyze data from inverse Gaussian type distributions. This package contains basic probabilistic functions, lifetime indicators and a random number generator from this model. Also, parameter estimates and diagnostics analysis can be obtained using likelihood methods by means of this package. In addition, goodness-of-fit methods are implemented in order to detect the suitability of the model to the data. The capabilities and features of the ig package are illustrated using simulated and real data sets. Furthermore, some new results related to the inverse Gaussian type distribution are also obtained. Moreover, a simulation study is conducted for evaluating the estimation method implemented in the ig package.

Estudio de la extensión por Europa del proceso de la revolución industrial y los problemas que tuvo España que ocasionaron una tardía industrialización. Los factores como el crecimiento demográfico, las transformaciones agrícolas, las mejoras de las técnicas o el sistema fabril que favorecieron a que se produjera esta industrialización. Los sectores punteros de la época como el textil, el carbón, la siderurgia y sobre todo el ferrocarril. Conocer el origen histórico del ferrocarril en España, cual fue su impacto en la sociedad y economía de la época. Estudio del ferrocarril de Torralba a Soria, su proceso de construcción e inauguración. Manufacturing in Spain: aftermath of the global financial crisis

Technological change and the increase in productivity are believed to be one of the main causes of current unemployment rates. As a result, advanced economies are switching their employment base from manufacturing to services. This study aimed at proving whether this theory is true for the employment base in Spain. La conjunción entre cine y publicidad responde a una relación simbiótica en el que ambos textos interaccionan continuamente. Dentro de esta red de textos cobran especial importancia aquellos relatos fílmicos que versan sobre la industria publicitaria, ya que muestran al espectador un universo que, aparte de hallarse, normalmente, detrás de las cámaras, es elque confecciona los mensajes publicitarios con los que todos conviven cada día. Así, la presente comunicación se encarga de estudiar la figura de la mujer publicitaria en la televisión y en el cine, y su supuesta correspondencia con la realidad, pues esta última puede estar influenciada por su equivalente ficcional

Modular curves and complex multiplication

In this project we explore the connections between elliptic curves, modular curves and complex multiplication (CM). The main theorem of CM shows that the theory of CM for elliptic curves provides an explicit construction of finite abelian extensions of a quadratic imaginary field. The proof we discuss uses many of the properties of the classical modular curve, which is introduced both as a geometrical object and as a moduli space. This theory together with the Modularity theorem is used in the construction of Heegner points, which are in the heart of the proof of Kolyvagin's theorem, a result closely related with the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture
