Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Perpajakan Melalui Media Taxi Snaders Pada Siswa XI B Smk Pl Tarcisius 2

Vocational School (SMK) is an educational institution to transfer knowledge about the tax. Unluckily, teaching learning process in delivering this material was monotonous, so it needed a medium called TAXI SNADERS. The objective of the study was to increase interest and learning outcomes taxation on Value Added Tax (VAT) and Sales of Luxury through a medium called TAXI SNADERS. The result of the study showed that there was improvement toward students' interest for 14.5%. On the 1st cycle, students' interest was only 67.25%, then it increased up to 81.75% on the 2nd cycle. Moreover, students' learning outcomes also increased for 20% in post test. It was 67% on the 1st cycle and rose to 87% on the 2nd cycle

The Education on Emergency Response and Disaster for Junior High School Students of Surakarta

Emergency is abnormal and dangerous situations that threaten or require quick action to control, fixed and restored it to the safety condition. Most parts of Indonesia territory are vulnerable to disasters, whether natural and non-natural disasters or social disaster. Catastrophic incident may cause an emergency situation that must be carried out prevention and control into a safe condition, especially in the city of Surakarta that have strong possibilities to have floods, fires, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. Geographically Surakarta located in watersheds of Bengawan Solo that potentially to face emergencies situation and disasters. Floods is possible to occur due to Surakarta is surrounded by more than three large reservoirs i.e. Waduk Gajah Mungkur, Waduk Cengklik, Waduk Delingan, Waduk Lalung and Waduk Kedungombo. Surakarta is also located near to Mount Merapi, which its eruption in 2013 had covered Yogyakarta and Surakarta .Junior High School (SMP) students are aged between 13-15 years who psychologically are able to receive information properly and to follow an appropriate education and training. Education on emergency response and disasters has not been implemented adequately in Indonesia, especially in Surakarta. Through this kind education and training, junior high school students are able to well cope with the emergency response procedures including fire emergency response, evacuation of flood disasters, first aid to victims of disasters, and determine the line of communication and make a proper coordination during the disaster situation with Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana, Police, Hospitals and Fire Fighter

Risk Factors Concerning The Fire Safety Practices of The Fuel Station Operator in Blora; A fuel station is a place having a major fire hazard accident level, in which, if an accident happens, it may cause major loss in both casualties and other material loss; and such accident had ever taken place a fuel station in Blora. This research had an objective to finding out the factors effecting fire safety practices of the fuel station operator in Blora. The used research type was an explanotory research; the used method was a survey with a cross sectional study approach. The samples used in this research were the total population as many as 73 respondents. The research result showed that there were correlation between the fire safety practices and age, sex, educational level, marital status, knowledge, attitude, rules, facilities / amenities, supervision, coworkers. There most dominant variable affecting the fire safety practises, with was attitude, with the significance value of 0.044 and OR value of 5.01

Corporate Governance Disclosure Practices: Evidence From Indonesian Islamic Banks

The purpose of this study is to investigate corporate governance disclosure practices of Islamic banking in Indonesia. We content analyse the annual reports of Islamic banks in Indonesia in 2010 to 2013. This study used a disclosure index developed by Darmadi (2011) to calculate the extent of corporate governance disclosure. The composite index construction uses 7 dimension of corporate governance mechanism including shariah governance namely shariah supervisory board, board of commissionair, board director, board committee, internal control and external audit, risk management, corporate governance implementaion reporting. The results conclude that the 11islamic banks in 3 years adhere to 71% of attributes of the corporate governance disclosure index

Kajian Penataan Ruang dan Penggunaan Material pada Bangunan Pengasapan Ikan (Studi Kasus: Sentra Pengasapan Ikan Bandarharjo)

Bangunan pengasapan ikan merupakan salah satu bangunan industri rumah tangga yang banyak terdapat di Indonesia,salah satunya di Semarang. Di Semarang sendiri bangunan pengasapan ikan berada di kawasan sentra pengasapanikan di Bandarharjo, Semarang Utara. Pada kawasan sentra pengasapan ikan Bandarharjo, terdapat kuranglebih 35bangunan pengasapan ikan yang aktif melakukan kegiatan produksi ikan asap setiap harinya. Pembahasan mengenaibangunan pengasapan ikan ini akan difokuskan ke arah penataan ruang dan penggunaan material pada bangunanpengasapan ikan yang terdapat di sentra pengasapan ikan Bandarharjo. Mayoritas bangunan pengasapan ikan disentra pengasapan ikan Bandarharjo menggunakan kayu dan bambu sebagai material utama bangunan.Untuk materiallain yang digunakan adalah seng, GRC board dan plesteran yang diaplikasikan pada bagian dinding dan lantaibangunan pengasapan ikan. Sedangkan untuk tata ruang pada bangunan pengasapan ikan cukuplah sederhana, dimanatata ruang yang ada menyesuaikan alur proses yang terdapat dalam kegiatan produksi ikan asap. Melalui pengkajianmengenai penataan ruang dan penggunaan material pada bangunan pengasapan ikan ini didapatkan bahwasannya adabeberapa hal yang masih kurang dalam penataan ruang dan penggunaan material bangunan. Perlu ditingkatkannyakesadaran pelaku produksi ikan asap dan upaya dari pemerintah setempat untuk dapat bergerak bersama dalampeningkatan kualitas bangunan pengasapan ikan yang terdapat di sentra pengasapan ikan

The results obtained show. that the optimum value of the powder composition wood  ulin is 4% , with value of wear and tear  0,0544 mm/h with a time  96 hours 29 minutes 29 seconds. But overall, the addition powder of wood Ulin, cannot be used as ingredients of make head bushing, because value of wear and tear of head bushing without additive of powder of wood Ulin, more smaller than head bushing with additive powder wood Ulin

Inter-cell Interference Management Technique for Multi-Cell LTE-A Network

In modern cellular system such as LTE Advanced (LTE-A), frequency reuse scheme is targeted to be applied to fulfill the requirement of high capacity broadband access and high spectrum efficiency. But this kind of frequency planning may lead to the worse inter-cell interference (ICI) level experienced especially by a user located at the cell edge. Soft Frequency Reuse (SFR) is considered as an effective way to mitigate inter-cell interference and maintain capacity. We propose a power division SFR, known as multi level SFR technique to minimize ICI in a designed LTE-A network for sub-urban environment. Service area of LTE-A network was first developed to deploy particular number of eNB by using LTE network planning tools in the frequency of 1800 MHz with the use of SISO (Single Input Single Output) antennas. Coverage dimensioning and propagation consideration determine LTE-A parameters which were used in the simulation. Monte carlo simulation is executed to examine the performance of SFR for LTE-A downlink transmission to address different power ratio and traffic loads problem. Both performance of cell edge users and overall cell performance are evaluated in terms of CINR, BLER, and throughput. Analysis of the Competence Factors in Improving Personnel Performance Unit in Reserve Criminal Police Resort Asahan

The purpose of this study is to determine the most necessary competence factors involved in the performance of the personnel in the Criminal Unit of Asahan Police Detectives, so then it can be improved. This study also intends to develop education and training development policies to improve the competence of the personnel in the Asahan Criminal Investigation Unit, so then performance can be improved.
