    Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) merupakan kegiatan wajib yang harus dilaksanakan mahasiswa S1 bidang pendidikan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta setelah melalui pembelajaran Micro Teaching. Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) yang diselenggarakan adalah kegiatan terkait proses pembelajaran yang meliputi penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Hal tersebut merupakan garis besar dari program PPL yang merupakan implementasi salah satu butir Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pengajaran. Pelaksanaan PPL dilaksanakan tanggal 11 Agustus 2015 sampai dengan 11 September 2015 bertempat di SMA N 2 Klaten yang beralamat di Jalan Angsana, Trunuh, Klaten Selatan, Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Dalam kegiatan PPL ini setiap mahasiswa melaksanakan program-program kegiatan pembelajaran dengan ketrampilan yang dimiliki dan diperoleh selama berada di perguruan tinggi, serta didukung oleh kondisi lingkungan sekolah baik dari segi tenaga pengajar, kondisi siswa maupun sarana prasarananya. Sebelum memulai untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran, terlebih dahulu mahasiswa melakukan persiapan dengan mengikuti mata kuliah wajib lulus yaitu pengajaran mikro, pembekalan PPL dan observasi untuk memperoleh data. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan, maka mahasiswa dapat merencanakan beberapa program yang dilaksanakan selama PPL. Beberapa program PPL yang direncanakan dan telah dilaksanakan yaitu konsultasi dengan guru pembimbing, konsultasi dengan dosen pembimbing PPL, membuat perangkat pembelajaran (Silabus dan RPP), mencari bahan untuk mengajar, kegiatan pembelajaran, membuat lembar kerja siswa, membuat soal ulangan harian, mengoreksi lembar kerja siswa, mengoreksi ulangan harian, memasukan nilai lembar kerja siswa, memasukkan nilai ujian/ulangan harian, pembuatan media pembelajaran, pembuatan administrasi guru dan pembuatan laporan PPL. Pada kegiatan PPL ini mahasiswa mengampu kegiatan pembelajaran Geografi di kelas X MIPA 6, X MIPA 7, X IPS 1, X IPS 2, XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XI IPS 3. Hasil yang diperoleh selama PPL adalah bahwa mahasiswa telah mendapatkan pengetahuan terpadu antara teori dengan praktik yang sangat bermanfaat. Selain pengalaman mengajar, mahasiswa juga memperoleh pengalaman yang berkaitan dengan berbagai tugas guru di sekolah

    This study aims to determine the effect of Institutional Ownership and Leverage (DER) of the Dividend Policy (DPR) by the Free Cash Flow as a moderating variable. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2011-2015. The dependent variable in this study is the dividend policy (DPR), while the independent variable is institutional ownership and leverage (DER). This study has a population of 137 companies in the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. This study using purposive sampling techniques and sample that meets as many as 44 companies. Data processing method using multiple regression analysis and regression moderation. 21:00 SPSS software version. The results showed that the variables Institutional Ownership, Leverage, and Free Cash Flow simultaneously significant effect on Dividend Policy. While partially, variable Institutional Ownership significant negative effect on Dividend Policy, Leverage has no effect and no significant effect on Dividend Policy, Free Cash Flow to moderate the relationship Institutional Ownership Dividend Policy and Free Cash Flow are not moderate the relationship Leverage the Dividend Policy

    Pengaruh Pemahaman Konsep Aritmatika Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Aljabar Siswa (Studi Kasus Pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Ketanggungan Kabupaten Brebes )

    Aritmatika merupakan bagian dari matematika yang mempelajari tentang operasi dasar bilangan (penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian dan pembagian). Penguasaan pada keempat operasi dasar tersebut mutlak diperlukan untuk mempelajari aljabar. Berpikir aljabar merupakan jembatan antara aritmatika dengan aljabar. Ketika seorang siswa sudah menguasai aritmatika, tentu tingkat pengetahuannya akan beralih pada tingkatan yang lebih rumit, misalnya dalam hal ini aljabar. Dalam transisi dari aljabar menuju aritmatika, siswa akan mengalami proses berpikir aljabar. Sehingga selain berpengaruh pada aljabar, aritmatika juga memiliki pengaruh pada proses berpikir aljabar.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1Ketanggungan Kabupaten Brebes pada konsep aritmatika, (2) untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan berpikir aljabar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Ketanggungan Kabupaten Brebes, (3) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemahaman konsep aritmatika terhadap kemampuan berpikir aljabar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Ketanggungan Kabupaten Brebes.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Ketanggungan Kabupaten Brebes yang berjumlah 324 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 35 siswa yang terkumpul dalam satu kelas yaitu kelas VII F yang dimbil secara purposive sampling melalui pertimbangan guru matematika kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Ketanggungan.Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata nilai pemahaman konsep aritmatika sebesar 51,86 sedangkan rata-rata nilai kemampuan berpikir aljabar siswa sebesar 57,49. Setelah dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan α = 0,05, diperoleh koefisien korelasi (R) = 0,543, artinya keeratan pengaruh pemahaman konsep aritmatika terhadap kemampuan berpikir aljabar sebesar 54,3%. Koefisien determinasi (R Square) diperoleh sebesar 0,295, artinya terdapat pengaruh pemahaman konsep aritmatika terhadap kemampuan berpikir aljabar siswa sebesar 29,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 70,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Persamaan regresi Ŷ = 25,937 + 0,607 X, dari persamaan tersebut koefisien regresi sebesar 0,607 menyatakan bahwa setiap satu penambahan (peningkatan) pemahaman konsep aritmatika

    This research tells about The Assessment of Translation Quality in Bing Translator and FreeTranslation.com that discusses three statement of problems, they are: 1) How is the accuracy of translation result of Bing Translator and FreeTranslation.com? 2) How is the clarity of translation result of Bing Translator and FreeTranslation.com? and 3) How is the naturalness of translation result of Bing Translator and FreeTranslation.com? To analyze these problems, the researcher used the theory of Larson. This theory helps the researcher to analyze the data finding in order to know the translation quality of Bing Translator and FreeTranslation.com, and the researcher asked for help of an expert to validate the results of analysis. Descriptive qualitative method was used in this research because it describes about a situation or event of particular field. The source of data is the English article on The Jakarta Post. The article is about religion entitled “Ramadhan is likely to fall on Saturday” was posted on June 27 2014, 9:03 AM. In collecting the data, the researcher chose an article on Jakarta Post, opened the website of Bing Translator and FreeTranslation.com, and then translated the article from English to Bahasa by using Bing Translator and FreeTranslation.com. The result showed that the translation quality of Bing Translator calculating all the point for all the sentences is 1) Accuracy: (a) bad score is 13 points, (b) fair score is 14 points, (c) good score is 0 point, (d) excellent score is 0 point, 2) Clarity: (a) bad score is 18 points, (b) fair score is 4 points, (c) good score is 0 point, (d) excellent score is 0 point, (3) Naturalness: (a) bad score is 17 points, (b) fair score is 6 points, (c) good score is 0 point, (d) excellent score is 0 point. Meanwhile, Translation quality of FreeTranslation.com calculating all the points for all the sentences is: : 1) Accuracy: (a) bad score is 11 points, (b) fair score is 16 points, (c) good score is 3 points, (d) excellent score is 0 point, 2) Clarity: (a) bad score is 13 points, (b) fair score is 14 points, (c) good score is 0 point, (d) excellent score is 0 point, (3) Naturalness: (a) bad score is 14 points, (b) fair score is 12 points, (c) good score is 0 point, (d) excellent score is 0 point. In this research, it is concluded that the scores which were given by the researcher for Bing Translator and FreeTranslation.com were validated by the expert, and the most score for all of the sentences is bad for the accuracy, clarity, and naturalness aspect. As dominant score is bad, it is suggested to students of English Department of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung not use these kinds of translation tools

    Relationship Executives Rewards with Financial Performance on Corporate Banking in Indonesia

    The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of Executive rewards andfinancial performance on corporate banking in Indonesia. This research using a sample of as many as 140 28 banking company which is listed on the Indonesia stock exchange, whereas the observed financial reports for the past five consecutive years 2007 to 2011. Method of data collection was done manually inputted into the tabulated using excel. While the analysis used to determine the relationship of free variables (X) Executive Award (reward) and variable (Y), namely the financial performance is a non-parametric statistical analysis that tests rank correlation.The result of this research shows that by using the level of significance of 0.05 as a two- sided test then 2.5% and n = 140 obtained a table t = 1,977. Whereas t calculate for debt to equity as seen from the output though the data is 1,3001 (t count < t table) then based on this t-test concluded the Executive reward no relationship with financial performance. Likewise testing to return on investment and return on equity, show t 5,7884 and 6,63034 of count (t count > t table) then concluded the Executive reward is a relationship with the financial performance of the banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange

    Rematching Spatial Home Based School Pattern for West Jakarta

    Rematching spatial home-based school pattern by using the trip distribution model is a fundamental tool in demographic related to the transport planning process of urban and interurban areas. Thus the study highlights student origin-destination movement in West Jakarta as to check the level of effectiveness of Jakarta Local Government Home Based School Regulation. School profile as secondary data was included to define two leading schools from 17 public senior high schools located in West Jakarta. Geocoordinate points of students’ addresses as primary data was collected to figure spatial Home Based School pattern. The data analysis was carried out using mapping network analysis and cross tabulation. Network Analysis was performed to set the origin-destination (OD) matrix. Cross-tabulation was applied to evaluate the frequency of home-based school travel pattern. The analysis showed that the local government regulation less worked ideally due to some constraint of trip distribution e.g. threshold and preference at two core schools of West Jakarta

    Village Funding Allocation for Improving the Use of Long-Acting and Permanent Methods of Contraception (LAPM) in West Nusa Tenggara Province

    Indonesia has managed to control the rate of population growth through family planning programs, but the Total Fertility Rate (TFR) is still stagnant, even higher than ASEAN countries. LAPM was an effective method of delaying, distancing pregnancy recommended by the governments. West Nusa Tenggara was a province with high TFR, low Contraceptive Prevalence Rate (CPR) and low LAPM in family planning (FP). Decentralization should strengthen institutional support for family planning at the village level. John Hopskin University through University oI Health Research Center and Yayasan Cipta Cara Padu (YCCP) has initiated advocacy of Village Law No. 6/2014 for the interest of family planning programs. This study aimed to see the effect of family planning allocation on village funding in increasing the use of LAPM in West Nusa Tenggara. This research was quantitative research, conducted by cross-sectional design by using chi-square bivariate analysis with secondary data of end line survey of Improving Contraceptive Method Mix Project (ICMM) held by Jhon Hopskin University in collaboration with Yayasan Cipta Cara Padu (YCCP) and Center for Health Research UI in 2016. The results showed there was the influence of village funding allocation for FP to increase the use of LAPM with p-value 0.028. The most significant districts were Sumbawa and West Lombok. From 7281 women studied, 6002 people (82.4%) used in LAPM, 1279 people (17.6%) used LAPM, most of them in villages with village funding allocation for FP above 7 million, i.e. 658 people (51.4%). The number of villages reaching LAPM target in Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) 2016 was (21.1%) 37 villages out of 121 villages (30.6%). Recommendation of this research, there should be village-level health advocacy intervention in various regions by allocating village fund above IDR 7,00,.000, for the strengthening of the FP program to support the use of LAPM. Access barriers in the use of LAPM could be overcome by the use of funds other than for counseling, counseling, could an also be used for acceptor transport, and transport cadres that deliver acceptors to health facilities.     Discrepancy of Home-Based School Regulation in West Jakarta Study Case of Student High School of 78 and 16

    The Local Government has been limiting prospective students by implementing home-based school regulations since 2013. The study highlights the spatial pattern of trip distribution of Student High School of 78 and 16 in which both are located near the west border of Jakarta as the impact of government regulation. Primary data were collected using questionnaires and GPS receiver used to capture the coordinate points of schools and students’ home address. Secondary data included Administrative and Road Network Map. The methods applied involved Mapping Network Analysis and Statistical Cross Tabulation. Network analysis was performed to evaluate nearest school to student and a set of origin-destination (OD) matrix. Cross tabulation was applied to evaluate the frequency of student travel pattern. The analyses showed that Student High School of 78 trip distribution was widen and widespread than of Student High School 16
