    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty of PT Bayu Buana Travel, Tbk. With non-probability technique (census), questionnaires were collected and used in data processing using Structural Equation Modeling with WarpPLS program and Importance Performance Analysis methods. Based on this research, it was found that e-service quality has an influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty, e-service quality has an influence on customer loyalty, and e-service quality and customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty. The e-service quality attributes, such as the website providing accurate information, the website having a good reputation, all online payment be confirmed, the website easy to use, and the products/services on the website delivered according to the time, need to be improved and enhanced

    Social media is an online media, where the users can easily participate, share, and create any content such as banner, posters, videos and advertisement. Many companies use these social media as a tool to promote their products and make customers aware with their brand. On the other hand, not all companies succeed to market their products and make their products are at their customers' awareness. The purpose of this research is to find the correlation between social media commu- nication marketing with companys brand awareness in social media. The research method for this research is quantitative research. This method collects data with explanative research type which explains the relationship between two variables. The result of this research is to show that marketing communication in a company has an impact to company's brand awareness. In addition, this research wants to show that marketing via social media can give impact to company's revenue. The summary of this research is to get significant information about the effect of social media toward companys brand awareness through quantitative and explanative research method due to the rising of social media

    Temperature effects on the magnetization of quasi-one-dimensional Peierls distorted materials

    It is shown that temperature acts to disrupt the magnetization of Peierls distorted quasi-one-dimensional materials (Q1DM). The mean-field finite temperature phase diagram for the field theory model employed is obtained by considering both homogeneous and inhomogeneous condensates. The tricritical points of the second order transition lines of the gap parameter and magnetization are explicitly calculated. It is also shown that in the absence of an external static magnetic field the magnetization is always zero, at any temperature. As expected, temperature does not induce any magnetization effect on Peierls distorted Q1DM.Comment: 11 pages, 2 figure

    Slow Switching in Globally Coupled Oscillators: Robustness and Occurrence through Delayed Coupling

    The phenomenon of slow switching in populations of globally coupled oscillators is discussed. This characteristic collective dynamics, which was first discovered in a particular class of the phase oscillator model, is a result of the formation of a heteroclinic loop connecting a pair of clustered states of the population. We argue that the same behavior can arise in a wider class of oscillator models with the amplitude degree of freedom. We also argue how such heteroclinic loops arise inevitably and persist robustly in a homogeneous population of globally coupled oscillators. Although the heteroclinic loop might seem to arise only exceptionally, we find that it appears rather easily by introducing the time-delay in the population which would otherwise exhibit perfect phase synchrony. We argue that the appearance of the heteroclinic loop induced by the delayed coupling is then characterized by transcritical and saddle-node bifurcations. Slow switching arises when the system with a heteroclinic loop is weakly perturbed. This will be demonstrated with a vector model by applying weak noises.     The spatial and temporal variability of Mn speciation in the coastal Northwest Atlantic Ocean

The speciation of Mn in seawater was previously operationally defined on filtration, with soluble Mn presumed to be Mn(II) and solid‐phase Mn as Mn(III/IV) oxides. Recent findings of abundant soluble Mn(III) complexes (Mn(III)‐L) highlights the need to reexamine the redox cycling of Mn, as these complexes can donate or accept electrons. To better understand the complex cycling of Mn in coastal waters, the distribution of Mn species at four Northwest Atlantic sites with different characteristics was examined. Diurnal influences on Mn speciation were investigated within a productive site. At all sites, Mn(III)‐L complexes dominated, particularly in surface waters, and Mn oxides were low in abundance in surface waters but high in bottom waters. Despite intrasite similarities, Mn speciation was highly variable between our stations, emphasizing the diverse processes that impact Mn redox. Diel Mn measurements revealed that the cycling of Mn is also highly variable over time, even on time scales as short as hours. We observed a change of over 100 nM total Mn over 17 hrs and find that speciation changed drastically. These changes could include contributions from biological, light‐mediated, and/or abiotic mechanisms but more likely point to the importance of lateral mixing at coastal sites. This exploration demonstrates the spatial and temporal variability of the Mn redox cycle and indicates that single timepoint vertical profiling is not sufficient when describing the geochemistry of dynamic coastal systems.This work was funded by grants from the Chemical Oceanography program of the National Science Foundation (OCE‐1355720 to CMH and CHL).     Synchronization of Integrate and Fire oscillators with global coupling

    In this article we study the behavior of globally coupled assemblies of a large number of Integrate and Fire oscillators with excitatory pulse-like interactions. On some simple models we show that the additive effects of pulses on the state of Integrate and Fire oscillators are sufficient for the synchronization of the relaxations of all the oscillators. This synchronization occurs in two forms depending on the system: either the oscillators evolve ``en bloc'' at the same phase and therefore relax together or the oscillators do not remain in phase but their relaxations occur always in stable avalanches. We prove that synchronization can occur independently of the convexity or concavity of the oscillators evolution function. Furthermore the presence of disorder, up to some level, is not only compatible with synchronization, but removes some possible degeneracy of identical systems and allows new mechanisms towards this state.Comment: 37 pages, 19 postscript figures, Latex 2

    On the Navier-Stokes equations with rotating effect and prescribed outflow velocity

    We consider the equations of Navier-Stokes modeling viscous fluid flow past a moving or rotating obstacle in Rd\mathbb{R}^d subject to a prescribed velocity condition at infinity. In contrast to previously known results, where the prescribed velocity vector is assumed to be parallel to the axis of rotation, in this paper we are interested in a general outflow velocity. In order to use LpL^p-techniques we introduce a new coordinate system, in which we obtain a non-autonomous partial differential equation with an unbounded drift term. We prove that the linearized problem in Rd\mathbb{R}^d is solved by an evolution system on Lσp(Rd)L^p_{\sigma}(\mathbb{R}^d) for 1<p<1<p<\infty. For this we use results about time-dependent Ornstein-Uhlenbeck operators. Finally, we prove, for pdp\geq d and initial data u0Lσp(Rd)u_0\in L^p_{\sigma}(\mathbb{R}^d), the existence of a unique mild solution to the full Navier-Stokes system.Comment: 18 pages, to appear in J.     Dynamical systems with time-dependent coupling: Clustering and critical behaviour

    We study the collective behaviour of an ensemble of coupled motile elements whose interactions depend on time and are alternatively attractive or repulsive. The evolution of interactions is driven by individual internal variables with autonomous dynamics. The system exhibits different dynamical regimes, with various forms of collective organization, controlled by the range of interactions and the dispersion of time scales in the evolution of the internal variables. In the limit of large interaction ranges, it reduces to an ensemble of coupled identical phase oscillators and, to some extent, admits to be treated analytically. We find and characterize a transition between ordered and disordered states, mediated by a regime of dynamical clustering.Comment: to appear in Physica
