Dále bude diskutována možnost rozšíření aktuálního programu. This bachelor thesis focuses on acceleration of global illumination method called Pathtracing. The goal of this thesis is a demonstration and performance comparison of different implementations of this method on GPU as well as CPU. Implementation will compose of two scenes. One simpler to verify correctnes of used algorithm and one more complicated to demonstrate various effects. The effectiveness and efficiency of said implementations will be analyzed and compared. Additionally, future program expansion and improvements will be discussed.

Weight of the load is 550 kg and height difference of roller tracks is 2000 mm. The aim is to suggest the type of power lifting, power lifting functional calculation, functional calculation of the driver tray pallets and determining the main dimensions of the lifting table. The Appendix contains technical drawings of the lifting table and the table frame.
Data diagnostics in modern car control units
Presented Diploma thesis is aimed on design and implementation of car diagnostic interface of engine control units EDC. Diagnostic interface provide communication between car and computer by USB interface. User will be able to task commands by developed computer application. For developing application is necessary to get information about used protocols and basic knowledge in car’s hardware. Understanding OBD2 standard and communication protocol CAN, eventually KWP is necessary for design the solution. Main purpose of this thesis is to store enough usable information about car diagnostic for future continuation.
Transport and deposition of inhaled fibers in a realistic female airway model: A combined experimental and numerical study
Modeling and simulation of an enzymatic reactive absorption process in the internal zone of a rotating packed bed apparatus
A kinetic model of carbon dioxide absorption within an internal of a rotating packed bed (RPB) apparatus was developed using experimental data. Kinetics of the chemical reaction between carbon dioxide and aqueous solution of N-methyldiethanolamine with and without carbonic anhydrase additive were determined in a flat phase contact surface batch stirred reactor and implemented into the model. Overall pressure drop and absorption efficiency within a metal foam internal were modeled and compared with experimental measurements. The model's predictions of CO2 absorption and pressure drop fit mostly within 20% error range. Validated model served as a tool for further absorption process simulations and sensitivity analysis
Habitat-based biodiversity responses to macroclimate and edaphic factors in European fen ecosystems
Understanding large-scale drivers of biodiversity in palustrine wetlands is challenging due to the combined effects of macroclimate and local edaphic conditions. In boreal and temperate fen ecosystems, the influence of macroclimate on biodiversity is modulated by hydrological settings across habitats, making it difficult to assess their vulnerability to climate change. Here, we investigate the influence of macroclimate and edaphic factors on three Essential Biodiversity Variables across eight ecologically defined habitats that align with ecosystem classifications and red lists. We used 27,555 vegetation plot samples from European fens to assess the influence of macroclimate and groundwater pH predictors on the geographic distribution of each habitat type. Additionally, we modeled the relative influence of macroclimate, water pH, and water table depth on community species richness and composition, focusing on 309 plant specialists. Our models reveal strong effects of mean annual temperature, diurnal thermal range, and summer temperature on biodiversity variables, with contrasting differences among habitats. While macroclimatic factors primarily shape geographic distributions and species richness, edaphic factors emerge as the primary drivers of composition for vascular plants and bryophytes. Annual precipitation exhibits non-linear effects on fen biodiversity, with varying impact across habitats with different hydrological characteristics, suggesting a minimum requirement of 600 mm of annual precipitation for the occurrence of fen ecosystems. Our results anticipate potential impacts of climate warming on European fens, with predictable changes among habitat types and geographic regions. Moreover, we provide evidence that the drivers of biodiversity in boreal and temperate fens are closely tied to the ecological characteristics of each habitat type and the dispersal abilities of bryophytes and vascular plants. Given that the influence of macroclimate and edaphic factors on fen ecosystems is habitat specific, climate change research and conservation actions should consider ecological differentiation within functional IUCN ecosystems at continental and regional scales
ReSurveyEurope: A database of resurveyed vegetation plots in Europe
Aims: We introduce ReSurveyEurope - a new data source of resurveyed vegetation plots in Europe, compiled by a collaborative network of vegetation scientists. We describe the scope of this initiative, provide an overview of currently available data, governance, data contribution rules, and accessibility. In addition, we outline further steps, including potential research questions. Results: ReSurveyEurope includes resurveyed vegetation plots from all habitats. Version 1.0 of ReSurveyEurope contains 283,135 observations (i.e., individual surveys of each plot) from 79,190 plots sampled in 449 independent resurvey projects. Of these, 62,139 (78%) are permanent plots, that is, marked in situ, or located with GPS, which allow for high spatial accuracy in resurvey. The remaining 17,051 (22%) plots are from studies in which plots from the initial survey could not be exactly relocated. Four data sets, which together account for 28,470 (36%) plots, provide only presence/absence information on plant species, while the remaining 50,720 (64%) plots contain abundance information (e.g., percentage cover or cover-abundance classes such as variants of the Braun-Blanquet scale). The oldest plots were sampled in 1911 in the Swiss Alps, while most plots were sampled between 1950 and 2020. Conclusions: ReSurveyEurope is a new resource to address a wide range of research questions on fine-scale changes in European vegetation. The initiative is devoted to an inclusive and transparent governance and data usage approach, based on slightly adapted rules of the well-established European Vegetation Archive (EVA). ReSurveyEurope data are ready for use, and proposals for analyses of the data set can be submitted at any time to the coordinators. Still, further data contributions are highly welcome.OA-hybri
